Came here early morning (715ish) before heading to the Grand canyon. It was like 26 degrees!!!! It's a small drive up to coffee shop. They had a lot of coffee choices. Only 1 person working, but she was working fast. Very friendly and helpful. Ordered a wicked mocha large (20oz). Cost $5!!!!! Coffee was good and hot and definitely kept me warm. Debated btwn 4 stars or 5 dtars. So id give them overall a 4.5 stars. The reason they got 4 stars was that I don't want to open my window when it's freezing outside!!!! Granted I would have to do that thru a drive thru coffee place too like starbucks. For 5 bucks I'd rather goto starbucks. And I hit my Sideview mirror on the yellow post. Which I guess is more driving error than their fault, but why the heck is it there!?!?! No biggie tho it was my fault. This place is a nice small place that tastes pretty good. Very rude staff members. The drinks are really good but I won't ever come back due to the awful customer service. I went there for the first time yesterday and the lady that was working did not smile and was just very cold and rude. I went there for the second time today because I heard you can get a free drink if it's your birthday. Another lady that worked today asked for my ID gave it back to me and never said Happy Birthday or made any conversation throughout the whole interaction. Both days there were no cars behind me so they weren't in a rush at all, they were just rude for no reason. I don't understand why they were rude I was really friendly with both girls. read more

Recently on a cross country trip my husband and I were in much need of a stimulant (legal stimulant that is) and caffeine is the drug of our choice. We didn't want to do the usual Starbucks but instead wanted to try something that we can't necessarily get back home. As we drove through Flagstaff we saw this cute little drive-thru coffee shack. So we stopped by (technically drove-thru). Because we stopped in around Halloween they were serving their version of a Pumpkin spiced latte (which is what I ordered) my husband ordered his usual mocha. For starters the coffee shop is small just big enough for pretty much one or two workers. The young lady who was working that day was as sweet as pie. She was super nice, energetic and very friendly. She made us our drinks quickly and even gave our four legged child a treat of her own. The drinks themselves were well made. No bitter after taste, nice and hot but not scalding your tongue and waiting 30 minutes to take your first sip hot. Serve promptly and not overly priced. For such a small place I give them 4 stars for appearance and location. 3.5 stars for quality and 5 stars for service. If you find yourself on a cross country road trip and happen to be passing by Flagstaff and definitely recommend stopping in at Wicked AZ for a cup of happiness :) read more

Everyone gave so much hype about this place (including my boyfriend) so I was excited to give it a try when my boyfriend suggested it this morning. He ordered the mocha latte and I ordered the sexy Mexi with caramel. Wasn't sure if it was the batch or if the girl was new, but when my coffee cooled off enough to drink without burning myself, the coffee tasted extremely burned and bitter. So I took it back and tried the pumpkin spice latte with caramel and it wasn't as bitter as the first, but it was still yucky to sip down. About 3/4 of the cup went down the drain. Definitely not a good first impression. I'll probably stop by the one by my house next time and hopefully get a coffee that isn't burned or bitter-tasting! If you live in Flagstaff you love four things: 1. local 2. coffee 3. drive thrus 4. dogs Wicked is a local business, a drive though, they give puppy dogs treats, and their drinks have fun names. I appreciate anything quirky, even coffee drinks. Their chai is heavenly and when you can handle a cold drink I would suggest sampling ALL of their freezes. We made the mistake of asking for espresso drinks instead of just a plain cup of coffee... While they have an espresso machine and someone appears to be a barista at this place even the simplest of drinks seems to allude them. ordering an Americano, which is shot of espresso with equal volume of hot water yielded a large cup of coffee with milk. asking for a flat white, which is A common coffee drink that even Starbucks can handle yielded a large cup of we don't even know what it is but it has coffee in it. is Ikelea if you would like a large cup of coffee, this place probably rocks anything else, keep driving. a read more

Ok so this place may look sketchy in the outdoor photos, but the coffee is tremendous and the prices are good... so if you're passing thru Flagstaff, take the mile journey north of the 40 to drive thru this kiosk and grab a great cup o' Joe or smoothie. I use to come here often when I lived in Flagstaff. I felt kind of dumb ordering and felt rushed. I had trouble reading the menu because it was very small. If you go to this location know what you want before you get in line. I thought they had a drink and was told that that might be Dutch or Starbucks and that I should maybe go their. I said no because I obviously wanted to go to this great place and share the experience with someone close to me. I tried getting an idea of what a good sweet drink option was from them and wasn't given any recommendation and was told by the barista, well everything we have is pretty much sweet and then said I'll start your first drink so you can figure it out. So I was left to figure out a drink option on my own not being able to read the menu or get any sort of recommendation. So I ordered the same drink I ordered. Both tasted completely different from each other. We left feeling like we had had been an inconvenience to both the worker and now every customer behind us. So long story short it really makes me not want to support this great coffee shop. And I'm sorry I didn't know what I wanted and inconvenienced your business. read more
