This little drive thru was really cute and the barista super friendly! I was sort of impressed (horrified?) that they make their blendeds in a giant freezee/slushie machine. That's pretty brilliant. Instant ice blended... The barista showed me the giant pitcher of espresso that gets poured into the machine - some ridiculous number of shots. I wasn't anticipating it being made that way but now I wonder why more places don't take advantage of those machines. Anyway - it was very convenient and I'm happy we gave it a try. If you are a coffee snob you may not like it... But I love coffee and would definitely go back if I am ever in the area again. read more

We did not realize this was Americano only (plus blended specialty drinks), as in no drip, but the Americano was solid. It got me through a 20-hour drive home from vacation! Service was fast and friendly. Loved the drive through! read more

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to try it out today (went at about 3:30pm). The coffee was good but the service I received was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! I think the barista's name was Maleah. She greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing. I told her it was my first time there and asked if she had any recommendations. she was so patient and explained the different drinks to me which I really appreciated. She talked to me while she made my drink and made me feel really welcomed. I was really surprised at how quickly she made my drink because there was a really long line. It wasn't awkward or uncomfortable which I thought was great. I will definitely be returning to this location because of her incredible customer service!! read more

As someone who used to work for Wicked, let me give you the full account of this "cute, local, sooo tasty!" business. I quit after just 4 months, because I couldn't take it anymore. The long hours, underpaid and angry coworkers, low pay, security cameras in the restrooms... I could go on and on. Firstly, the employees are mistreated. We're paid $5 an hour, plus meager tips. The owner has no respect for any of us, and he makes sure that we know it. I worked with a girl for a few months who was fired because the freeze machine was malfunctioning during her shift. She had nothing to do with it, but the owner fired her anyways, basically "just because I can". Another girl got fired for asking for a raise. Yet another girl was fired for covering a shift for a girl who had a family emergency. I find it surprising that the owner hasn't been sued for sexual harassment yet. The way he treats some of his employees is utterly inappropriate, and, between being drunk-dialed in the middle of the night and being casually objectified during our shifts, it's clear that we are nothing but his own personal eyecandy to him. Secondly, DO NOT DRINK THE FREEZE. I've cleaned out those machines enough to know how incredibly disgusting it is. Every night, we would pick all of the dead flies and bees out of the freeze (seriously, it was awful during the summer), before emptying all of the freeze out of the machine, and then pouring it back in the next morning. It doesn't sell that fast, so we'd keep reusing it over and over again, meaning that it's usually a week or two old by the time it's actually consumed. Ick! Lastly, although the bar is clean and the girls are all pretty competent, the coffee is just bad. I've never had a cup of coffee quite so repulsive before as the ones I've bought at Wicked. I strongly, STRONGLY encourage you to take your business elsewhere. This business is evil. read more

The rudest coffee run I've ever experienced in my entire life! I'm not willing to give my star rating solely on the purpose of this visit which was to get coffee. I enjoyed my Iced White Monsoon (4 stars) but the service was absolutely the snootiest (0 stars). When we said we didn't know what to order upon pulling up, the brunette girl with the big nose piecing said "OK you can look then and I'll be back" and let the window slam on us. Hello chick, we've never been here before, WTF?! Then, when asking questions about the drinks once she did come back, everything was said at rapid speed and with an awful tone. Maybe she hadn't had her coffee yet but honestly, still unacceptable. I wish I would have gotten my receipt or her name but neither were given to me. In the end, I wouldn't have ever known what to order if it wasn't for my friend Kaitlyn's review because the menu is not intuitive in the slightest and clearly service is lacking. i really like wicked, it's a nice place to go to grab a quick coffee on a break and the drive thru makes it really convenient. they have very flavorful drinks and i have never had a bad experience here! i love their iced chai (i usually get it dirty) and my partner always gets the coconut khalua kicker which is really great also! read more

Support your local coffee joints!!! I love coffee and I don't mind Starbucks but I prefer local as oppose corporate. I had the Dirty Chai (chai with an expresso shot) and my husband had the Chunky Monkey (banana like mocha).....wholly s*** this place rules!!!!!! It's kind of like Dutch Bros if you are a west coaster; drive through and awesome staff. If you have not tried this place, ditch Starbucks and hit this place up, you will not regret it. read more

I decided to skip on my usual Starbucks run while out of town searching for a cup of coffee and try out a local business. I really enjoyed the coffee from Wicked AZ Coffee. It's convenient and fast. Although there was only one barista, she served us quickly. I had a regular house-coffee that she added sugar/creamer too and I have to say, it's one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. It was prepared perfectly. I honestly didn't expect it to be that good, it was a pleasant surprise because I am picky about how much creamer and sugar is added to my coffee and most baristas put whatever amount they want even after you told them how much you like. Great coffee, and the doggie-bone offered to my dog who was in the back seat was much appreciated. read more

While visiting flag we decided to give this place a try. The barista was absolutely terrible. She didn't even give us a minute to think or ask if we needed help deciding. She asked if we wanted whip and my husband said no and she didn't even wait for my response before she blurted out how much it would be and quickly walked away. Fabulous customer service and delicious coffee! I was amazed at in such a short time I felt connected during my time in the drive through. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who served me my yummy coffee! I grew up in Seattle and I now live in Phoenix. I currently frequent Flagstaff on the regular and I have always seen these drive throughs, yet have never stopped. I love Hawaii and that they have a shaka as their logo. I've been here twice, both times I was met with a smile and good coffee. Tried a snickers latte once and a black coffee the other. Normally I don't do anything special with my coffee... either black or americano. But I love snickers and had to try it. Very good for sure! Visited Flagstaff and surrounding areas for about a week with my family. We were excited to find a few local drive through coffee shops and decided to check this one out before hitting the sights one morning. The woman working (wish I caught her name) was super friendly. Not only did she explain the different drinks and allow us to taste them prior to paying to ensure we liked them, she gave us loads of local insights on the best places to buy native crafts, where to hike and the must-see sights. She truly went above and beyond- great customer service! Onto the drinks-The coffee wasn't bitter and all the drinks were the perfect temperature. Prices reasonable. We enjoyed it so much we made this our go-to coffee stop each morning. Definitely worth going to over a big chain like Starbucks. Thank you Wicked AZ for fueling us on our journeys! read more

I use to be a Starbucks lover but then I was introduced to Wicked AZ Coffee! I decided to try something new and I'm SO glad I did! Now I don't want to go anywhere else when I am in Flagstaff. Their dirty chai is to die for. Definitely my favorite thing to get there but their Chunky Monkey is a close second. What I love most about Wicked is their excellent customer service. Their employees are always sweet to me and my pup (they give her a treat every time). One of their employees, Faye, recognizes me and always makes a point to ask how I am doing and if there is anything more she can do for me. I love how bubbly personality and how friendly she is. I go there pretty regularly (~3 days a week) and recently noticed an additional charge to my account. Not a lot, but it's the principle of the matter. So many choices for drive thru coffee in flagstaff these days. I don't know who I keep giving this place a chance. My vanilla latte was burned tasting and no regard to customer service. Upon asking if the little dark skinned girl could remake it (in the past I just keep it and feel terrible about wasting the 4 bucks) she was very rude and asked what I wanted it to taste like. There are other staff there that are friendly and can make a decent drink. But this is the LAST TIME I will go to this place. I have come here often enough that I've earned a free drink through their rewards system, but lately they have had the worst service. Honestly, I've never experienced worse service. Bad enough that as someone who was a loyal customer (even had one of the tumblers) I will probably never go back. The girls are typically rude and seem to be in a bad mood, in a major rush to get you out even when there's no line. Today, online, they had a special saying free t shirt, with no mention of needing to make a purchase. When I went to go ask about it, the girl said I had to make a purchase. This left me really upset considering the fact that they falsely advertised their special all over social media. This isn't the first time this has happened, either. Last week they had a special on sugar free drinks but didn't advertise that it was only on their lattes, not their specialty drinks. Don't trust the specials online; there's often details missing that make the deal less of a deal.
