The tone was incredibly condescending, quite embarrassing to be honest because there were still customers inside of the store and you would think that if you still have people shopping in the store and you don't want additional customers coming in, you would ensure that the doors are locked to begin with. Instead, you decided it be appropriate to embarrass your Incoming customers in front of your pre-existing customers. Next time, learn how to help mitigate from being any type of misconstrued misunderstanding pertaining to your store hours by either having somebody designated to the front of the store to kindly direct people out of the store by letting them know you're closed as opposed to shouting from the middle of the sales floor that you're closed. The store has so many great selections that it was a little hard to locate on my own--especially since I forgot my glasses and couldn't see very well! Jasmine was at the register and immediately stepped in to help me. She went above and beyond by checking both the sales floor and the stockroom to find the exact perfume I was looking for. I was so relieved and grateful when she finally found it. Many employees might have simply said, "Sorry, we don't have that," but not Jasmine.
