What I mean by that is, you will see all types of people and different walks of life here lol For example, while we were walking around shopping, we witnessed a drug deal go down. Not even kidding lol The next minute, we saw security running after the dealer. The whole scene was a little bit funny lol Kuddos to security for cracking down on the drug dealer! But that's not an idea thing to witness while you are at a mall lol You can find some good value items here. Selection of stores is decent. Service varies by the individual store.

I feel like it'll get busier during the weekend as around the area are bars and clubs. It is near city hall so you do have a lot of business people but it still wasn't that busy even during lunch time. The place is well maintained and pretty clean and organized. Nice art structure placed throughout the walkway. I don't know much about Riverside but I assume oranges have something to do with it as loads of oranges trees were planted. Could also be just for decoration. There's benches placed along the walkway for seating. Honestly, it's a cute little area but would I check it out again, maybe not. There's not much there. Maybe if I'm out for the night in the area but besides that, there's not much there. I'm not familiar with the area so maybe I'm missing something but it was fine checking it out. There's parking along the street for a fee or at the parking structure nearby.

During X-mas time it comes alive even more, it's like a cool X-mas market, they bring rides, they have a stage for concerts, many food stalls where you can grab a bite, a fun dessert, a nice hot drink. Prices are reasonable and everywhere we went, customer service was very good. The decorations are incredible, it's a fun holiday venue. Very lively and pretty.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

However, I had friends visiting and met them up here. Surprisingly, it was decent once I pulled into the parking lot - completely different from the sketchy vibes on University. Anyway, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was here. The people that go around cleaning FHC really do a good job. Even the restrooms looked pristine. I do appreciate the dual faucet and dryer at the sink. Farm House Collective offers a handful of counter-style restaurants, similar to what you'd find in an indoor food hall. Places I tried during this visit were: The Taco Stand, Sarap Social, and Benedetto Gelato. They also had a stage with a large screen that showed music videos. I'm assuming they have live bands that play here on certain days. The music video that was played was techno, which probably didn't match the vibe. It's summer so they should play some island reggae or chill country songs IMO. It's still nice with music regardless the genre. They have plenty of tables and seating styles scattered around and they have the grassy area in front of the stage. I suppose you can take a picnic mat or blanket out there to sit. Overall, this is a decent spot that's great for groups because there's a variety of food vendors to choose from. Note: it's summer and there were mosquitos - wear bug repellent and sunscreen. There's no breeze coming through here. I'd love to come back and try the other businesses here.

The inventory is all used stuff so there is an assortment of different items all over and I was told it's constantly changing. There were some old "vintage" Chanel purses and sweater in one booth but they were replicas so I would say pay attention and don't assume anything is authentic unless you verify but everything seemed priced fairly. For me not antiques Riverside, CA…read more Date went 11/9/25 (Sunday) Time went 11:53am (Relatively busy) Atmosphere: When I tell you I've been to quite a few antique/thrift stores in Riverside/Norco area I mean I've been to approximately 5 different stores in the past 2 days alone. The atmosphere here is far different from all the stores I've been to in the area. Although small, it's packed and wonderfully staged into small sections which makes it easier to envision items in your space; which is something most stores don't take time to do. Clothing is limited, but carefully curated and organized into sweaters, outwear, pants, and even plus sizes (which I haven't seen in other stores). COME HERE IF ... you're looking for furniture and unique Knick knacks and accessories for your home. There's a lot of it and this is the first store where I wanted to purchased everything I practically laid my eyes on. DOWNSIDE ... I laid my eyes on a table set I wanted to purchase for my soon to be first apartment, however, I decided to walk through the whole store first before coming back to purchase it. IT WAS SOLD by the time I walked back towards the front of the store. LESSON LEARNED HERE IS if you want something buy it right then and there because you quite frankly, YOU WILL NOT FORGET IT (a fitting name for the store) AND BE SAD YOU DIDN'T GET IT. There was also another girl who purchased the exact mini lamp I wanted on my way out as I was contemplating what I wanted to purchase. If you want something here just buy it because chances are it won't be there if you come back again. Ultimately, I will be back and feel like I found a gem with this location and everything is reasonable priced.
