8 Kickin' Bourbon Wings with tater tots and ranch dipping sauce.
    Abel T.

Wicked wings has a sports bar feel, the dinning room was clean and the TVs had every sports station on. The service was very attentive to our table and over all nice. The food was a little disappointing. The appetizer sampler was fresh and hot, it could have been a meal and was the best part of the meal. The Kickin' Bourbon wings were bland and not so kickin" (spicy) but it was fresh. While Philly Cheesesteak was hot and fresh it tasted more like a mushroom cheesesteak. The steak portion was light which cause the mushroom to outshine the steak while you couldn't taste fried green peppers or onions.

First off Steven greeted me immediately and Mark were very helpful in getting my order of wings. I was fighting depression and anxiety and it's so important to have friendly people who really care about making sure you eat. I just met these guys and they already were happy to help. I ordered Sweet Red Chili boneless wings/Hot Honey. These are real cuts of breast meat, fried crispy. Side of ranch cools down the heat. They even made me Jameson and sprite since they currently don't have ginger ale. All I'm all; respectful crowd and great food n drink. THANKYOU For a good experience. Thank you for making me welcome. As an African American this is so important to me. God bless and I will come back.

I was driving by land checked on yelp for food around and this place came out and the pics looked promising so I gave it a try cause why not! I think the wings were great I recommend getting the spicy lemon pepper those were the bomb.com ! I just wish they would'be put more fries cause they were good too but they only put like 5 and they were $3 dollars extra but other than that it was great and the workers were very friendly!

Wings were good, but wasn't worth the 1 hour and 56 minute wait. I see why the Austin location is out of business.

Technically, I'd give this a 4.5/5 for the elevated airport prices, but you're sort of a captive audience and I have to give credit to AUS for at least including local brands, even when they some are tweaked a little bit to be included. (I'm looking at you, 24 Diner's less-anchovy-y airport caesars.) There's not really anything to change about beer, thank goodness. This stand has Austin Beerworks' beer, which is some damn good beer. I wish ABW had a distribution deal in the northeast so I could continue drinking it at my new house. Service at the Beerdrop is usually friendly and just the right amount of attentive--friendly if you're bored, hands-off if you've got a laptop out. One bartender on a slow day even checked on my order at the other food hall counter for me, which was rad. There's a full bar with non-beer options, too, although I've only ever been there for the beer. It can get a little loud and crowded if the wider food hall's busy, but unless you're hitting at peak food o'clock, it's pretty laid-back in there.

I appreciate this small bar in the airport, which features five draft beers, and three canned…read morebeers, from Austin Beerworks, a revered local brewery. I ordered a 14-ounce serving of Fire Eagle IPA (for $11.49)--which is very good. The bartender suggested to instead order the 20-ounce serving for $1.50 more ($0.65 per ounce rather than $0.82). However, I was trying to spare some room in my stomach for a subsequent crawl to Hippies & Hops (featuring local beers from Live Oak Brewing). I lucked out on the timing, to watch an NFL playoff game during my visit here. It was surprising that other patrons at the bar were mostly drinking beers other than the local beers that this bar showcases; or alcoholic beverages other than beer. I like the easygoing atmosphere here, where it is easy to socialize with the bartenders and patrons.

I've been here twice in the past week so I guess you could say I like it here. For drinks, Mexican martinis and margaritas are perfect, not too strong and not too sweet. For food, I wasn't crazy for the birria tacos and wouldn't get them again, but everyone else in my group had delicious plates which is why I gave it another chance. Second time around I got the al pastor mini tacos. These by far are the best al pastor tacos I've had! So juicy and flavorful. Can't wait to come back and try something new.

Well my aunt (who is almost 70) didn't see on the menu it said charro beans was an up charge, refried beans came free. So when she got her bill she was surprised to see she was charged extra for the beans. Mind you the refried beans DID come with her tacos. Why did the waitress not ask "do you want the refried that comes with it or charro for an up charge?" Instead, the waitress automatically gave her charro beans. You don't automatically give someone the upgraded version to their meal and especially not without asking which kind of beans does she want. I'm writing this update bc in my last review the waitress did the same thing by up charging my husband's meal when he didn't ask to. BEWARE here! The food is pretty decent, nothing crazy but it hits the spot if you need some decent Mexican food. However, go over your bill and clarify everything-twice! Just in case because they will try to make extra money off upgrading you without asking you.
