The portions were generous & I ended up taking leftovers home. Yay me! Kudos to our server for working so hard for us as we were a big group of 11 people. This young lady was efficient and attentive. They were giving away a FREE Little Hat Burger when wearing Burnt Orange. Parking was a bit challenging to find because there was a crowd there for the promo. The place was very busy and the line was very long, but the staff was friendly and efficient in keeping the line moving when taking orders. It took some time before I received my burger because of all the orders. The free Little Hat burger was very tasty and I got my burger with cheese and added all the toppings. This restaurant also has amazing tater tots that are fried crispy with just the right texture. The restaurant has a playscape on site that is always popular with family and children. Hat Creek is always a solid go-to for a casual meal, especially with the family-friendly setup and outdoor space.
