Room was large, bed was huge and comfortable, linens smelled fresh. Furnishings were suitable for the theme of the Inn. Breakfast was adequate- yogurt, fruit, some packaged muffins, mini bagels, juice and coffee. Perfectly fine. You should be made aware when you book, but there's no elevator so you're carrying your bags up those steps (see my pics). We were here at the end of September during some sort of freak heat wave and the poor little window AC was doing its best to keep up. I was comfortable; my husband was hot. I just appreciated they had AC at all. It's just a very large room with high ceilings to try to cool with a small unit.

Quiet little street (I'm a city girl) - can see Mine from window looking out front of 2nd story. If you are from the country, you will think it is a highway out front. I lived by the freeway in MN so this is quiet to me. Room has everything a girl needs, except food - and that is walking distance. On second look, there is coffee and water in the lobby. You can probably find a muffin or tangerine in the fridge if you want a little snack. Cute little park area (very small, think tiny mountain town) across the street to walk dogs. I had to take it to my bank and getting in contact with the manager has been challenging (maybe there has been new staff since the last review). In addition to disputing this claim, the walls at the Inn were so thin on the second floor you could hear people having conversations. I don't like writing negative reviews but I wanted to share in case you decide to stay here do not prepay for your stay at this hotel. Even though I prepaid directly through Hilton it has felt like a nightmare getting this issue resolved and be prepared to bring earplugs to avoid noise at night.

When I checked out they said expedia will provide receipt. When I was home expedia said I should ask the hotel. I emailed from two different email addresses- no response. I called twice 2 and 4 days after my stay, and each time they said will do it soon, maybe spam filter, just excuses but no receipt. I checked and had emails from previous stays there. Now they won't provide anything and I am stuck and won't get reimbursed. Update a week later. With the help of expedia support I finally got some pdf. However it is not ítemized, the room charges are not consistent with expedia prices or what I was charged, and what was shown as taxes or property fees is all mixed up together. This new management is far from professional, and if you need to stay for business and rely on their work - STAY AWAY.

It sent me to another booking company and I reserved a room on Jan. 15th. We arrived early and called to get an early check in. There was NO FRONT DESK to check in. There were NO PEOPLE on the property. We waited till check in time. We waited another half hour (in a blizzard) in the parking lot. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. THE PROPERTY WAS APPARENTLY CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Now they refuse to refund my money. They are still booking rooms and cabins on at least 3 booking sites. Beware! This place will scam you.

The only reason we rented a room here for 4 in our group because the ad says it sleeps 6. We reserved through Expedia which defaults to 2 and forgot to change it. We acknowledged 4 would be staying with us when checking in and she charged us extra for that as well. I recommend the Hampton Inn up the street where the rest of our group stayed. It was cheaper and sooo much nicer and free breakfast.

We were informed that they actually did not have any pet-free rooms but were assured that by then putting us on the top floor we would be as far from any rooms that have had pets in them as possible. I was stunned to walk out of my room this morning and see a couple get off the elevator with an enormous dog! This is the off season and there is no way that this hotel is filled to anywhere near capacity , so why they would send someone with a pet up to the top floor is beyond me. I'm very disappointed that the hotel would put my wife's Health in jeopardy
