My technician, Gavin, was right on time for the work. He diligently performed all of the necessary maintenance, informed me that my machine (and its related parts) was very clean, and was done with all of the work within an hour. Normally, I would shop summer specials, but because I really wanted it serviced to ensure its health during these brutally hot months, I accepted the rate they charged.
