I'm not one to ever write one star reviews, those are usually reserved for the dregs of society…read more But for Hunter Road Power Sports, I shall make an exception. I brought my sons go kart here to repair a simple worn out wheel bearing. The repair technician convinced me to get two new front wheels. No big deal, right? After picking it up, I get home and start to drive this thing down the street before I let my son use it. I get maybe 100 feet down the road and the front tire assembly explodes in a cloud of scattering parts. When I looked at what happened, they replaced the old rim with a new rim that had a larger axle bore diameter. This allowed it to slip over the existing bearing spindle and lodge The tire against the frame, rendering the go cart inoperable. The spindle and wheel were totally destroyed and these guys could not get replacement parts. So I was left with a basically unusable go cart with no hope for repair due to a $300 repair these guys attempted to make. It's clear to me that the mechanic did not even test drive the vehicle before letting me pick it up and potentially let my son drive it without test driving it myself first. Had that happened, my kids would not have had the same reaction time as me and probably would have crashed into something on the side of the road and gotten hurt. I ended up just giving the go cart away to somebody and buying a new Polaris for my son. If you are ever in need of a go cart repair and these guys are your only option, do yourself a favor and just donate it to charity.

Easy to get parts on line and maintenance is no problem. Oil changes are easier once a spin on filter is installed. Swapped out the cheap air filter with a UNI filter immediately. I use it to work around the property. It has been reliable and not too many problems. Woods Cycle delivered it without any grease in the bushings or wheel bearings. Luckily I don't ride in water or mud. A few bolts were also missing from the skid plate. Also, I don't think the original Chinese coolant was flushed out and replaced. So, make sure you double check that they grease everything and replace the coolant. I noticed coolant leaking from the water pump housing recently and believe it's because it had cheap coolant in it. Replaced the seal and flushed out the coolant and replaced it with quality coolant and noticed the difference in cooling right away. Replaced the brake pads with Traild pads after 2 years and immediately noticed the difference. Everything else works fine, no other issues so far. I'd recommend CFMoto Uforce and Woods Cycle but just make sure they don't forget to double check the grease fittings, wheel bearings, coolant, and all bolts.

Upon arriving I was met by a salesperson with no knowledge of the bike so I moved on to the price of the model I wanted, the first price was a $1000.00 higher than the Honda website, after questioning him he said he gave me the price for the DCT model by mistake, after correcting the price I asked him what the price would be out the door so he gave me another price with no breakdown of how he got there. I asked for a breakdown and he said he couldn't provide it, so I approached the manager that he had been going to for the pricing and he told me they don't give that detail and if the price was to much just don't buy it! Keep in mind that all the prices were just scribbled on a business card. I will continue shopping and will be buying a 2024 Gold Wing but not from this dealership, I will take my business else where. So what happened to the slogan "you meet the nicest people on a Honda?

I am a 62 year old man who has owned and ridden numerous motorcycles since I was 14. I can recall…read moreevery experience that I have ever had dealing with private sellers and motorcycle dealerships over the years, and on the whole, I have found the private sector to be far less exasperating. Until today. I had been searching for a well maintained, low mileage, later model Honda 919 for the better part of a couple of years to retire my beloved but ageing 750 Nighthawk. I checked Craigslist at least every other day throughout this period, and was disappointed to find that examples of the model were becoming as scarce as hen's teeth, not only nationwide, but particularly on the local front. Having located a rare potential candidate being offered by a private party about an hour away in San Antonio ("In perfect condition, excellent shape"), I took advantage of the chance to investigate at my earliest opportunity. As has happened on numerous occasions in the past, I found the description of the bike advertised falling far short of reality... the right side of the tank was badly dented and patched, with plenty of scrapes on both frame and motor indicating at least one nasty low-side crash, with a diverse array of aftermarket parts used to minimize the apparent damage. I had also been following an ad for an identical bike posted by a place called Extreme Motorsports, and since it was located not far from the private seller's residence, I decided (out of desperation and scarcity) that I would try to overcome my long held prejudice and at least check the place out. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the bike a much better candidate than I had previously uncovered in my two year search, the owners and staff , to a man, were among the best that I have encountered in any vehicular retail setting. I found that every person I met was pleasant, informative, helpful, respectful, and professional... though not to the extreme of being off-putting. Indeed, that was perhaps the most enjoyable aspect about the whole experience. This jovial group acts like a band of brothers who love their work, and their enthusiasm and camaraderie will put you at ease and make you feel like one of the family. My sincere thanks to all that I met, and to Dave and James in particular, the owners from whom I suspect all this motorcycle nirvana flows. You have provided me with an exceptional bike at an exceptional price, and perhaps most surprisingly, an exceptional experience!

I submitted a request to test drive through Indian's main site and got a response from Reid within the hour. Arrived at the set time and day and Reid was ready to ride! Tested out a couple of Scout variants and even a Chief after chatting with Reid about what I was looking for. Spoke with Jess after the test ride and BOTH of them gave me their personal mobile numbers and was told to contact them at any time. Jess gave me his best out-the-door price the first time, sparing me having to haggle. Set up my order and payment over text with Reid. Yup. That convenient. Didn't have to drive down or haggle further or anything. There was a 14 month wait for my Scout to arrive, but that's due to the craziness of the times we live in, not because of anything Woods Indian did. Got my bike, got a great price, got awesome customer service, got really friendly treatment and attention, and got back on two wheels. Even though there is a dealership closer to where I live, I will go out of my way to come to this dealership because of Reid and Jess!
