Simply horrible people work here. I've been there 4-5 times looking for a challenger. Each time they're sexist, assuming the bike is for my husband. I specifically asked them over a month ago to call me if any used challengers pop up. Today, after calling for 3 days all day for the service dept, getting nobody on the phone, I'm talking a dozen calls each day with nobody answering the phone. So I went up there, low and behold they have a bunch of challengers and haven't called me about any of them. I asked how long one had been there and the guy said oh, bout a month. Another, he said 3 weeks. They don't want business from women. They don't stock anything g for us. We aren't welcomed when we come in- they usually don't even speak when I walk in the Indian side. If I want help I have to go to them and practically beg for it. So, I'm done. I bought a challenger elsewhere and they won't see a single EFFING CENT of my woman-owned money. read more

Purchased a new 2024 CFMoto Uforce 1000 XL. Wanted to do a review after a few years of owning it. 650 mi. 125 hrs. Overall it is a great machine. Easy to get parts on line and maintenance is no problem. Oil changes are easier once a spin on filter is installed. Swapped out the cheap air filter with a UNI filter immediately. I use it to work around the property. It has been reliable and not too many problems. Woods Cycle delivered it without any grease in the bushings or wheel bearings. Luckily I don't ride in water or mud. A few bolts were also missing from the skid plate. Also, I don't think the original Chinese coolant was flushed out and replaced. So, make sure you double check that they grease everything and replace the coolant. I noticed coolant leaking from the water pump housing recently and believe it's because it had cheap coolant in it. Replaced the seal and flushed out the coolant and replaced it with quality coolant and noticed the difference in cooling right away. Replaced the brake pads with Traild pads after 2 years and immediately noticed the difference. Everything else works fine, no other issues so far. I'd recommend CFMoto Uforce and Woods Cycle but just make sure they don't forget to double check the grease fittings, wheel bearings, coolant, and all bolts. read more

Was there early on a weekday. Stood in front of the dealership looking for 15 minutes, nobody spoke to me. Stood in the reception area, nobody spoke to me. I asked to have a salesperson paged. I was shown a couple of vehicles of interest, and my questions were answered. I was told my intended trade was not worth much sight unseen( rather insulting), and not even encouraged to bring it in for a better idea. I was interested in a used vehicle, told them I have tier one credit and asked about financing and was told not worth it- rates too high, but that is everywhere. No interest to talk price because I was told the vehicle of interest would sell itself. There was no inclination to make a deal at all. No offers were given or asked. Seemed quite content to resume swigging coffee and watch me walk out the door. Really unpleasant experience-particularly for an elective type purchase. Ok, first of all, I only deal with the Indian Motorcycle side, so that is what this review is about. (but something tells me the whole shop is going to be the same) Adrian is the man! I bought lower fairings for my 2022 Indian Chieftian Darkhorse, after he verified it was the correct part number. Once I got them, I realized I may have the wrong crash bars. I called and Adrian not only helped me figure out the issue, but sent me video of the correct bars so I can see the difference. Total time from when I initiated the phone call till the resolution was identified, 10 minutes. Every time I call the Indian side, whether it is sales, service, or parts, they go above and beyond. However, I will say that working with them while looking into ATVs for my kid, they have been the quickest to respond and more importantly, most transparent. I'm in Central Texas. My closest dealer, initials R.N., just had plain terrible communication. Never texted or called back. Another dealer had very good communication but out the door prices were not transparent and often left out title fees etc. Meet Woods Cycle Country and Tyler - fantastic communication. Want an Out the Door Price, sure! They will email you a line item summary of every charge. No hidden fees, no accidentally left off charges, just the out the door price. While I may not be getting anything at all. If the time ever comes again, I will heavily consider them as they have been, by far, my favorite dealer. I have had one bad experience at this location, but it was with the salesman. I feel that he lied to me other than that. Their service department and help have been amazing. Two years ago was stuck out of state in the mountains having problems I called and was finally able to get through to one of the service man after a little bit of a struggle and they were able to help me reset my machine and get it working. Michael immediately answered a ton of questions and gave a quote that was clear and far better. He then spent a bunch of time working on the bike to make it perfect. One star on customer service. I Purchased a 2021 maverick two years ago from Woods Cycle. Two years later, we Had to take the Maverick back to dealership for 1000 mile service and minor body repairs over two weeks ago. I Gave their account manager the insurance claim information a week in advance prior to the dropoff. She failed to reach out to State Farm to discuss the differences in labor cost to cover the claim estimate except to ask me what am I going to do about it? TWO WEEKS and NO activity or updates...NONE except to tell me that there would be a charge of several hundred dollars to give me an estimate for repairs when I had already submitted the claim number and the detailed insurance repair estimate. Does this sound like great customer service to anyone in this industry? Not to mention I have been a long term customer and spent thousands of dollars in equipment purchases for the last 20 years! We haven't even turned a screwdriver yet on this side by side repair and there's NO communication! This is a perfect example of "ignore the customer after the sale"! read more

By FAR the best customer service I have ever received. I ordered a JetSki and had to wait three months for delivery because they're so hard to find right now. These people answered any question or concern I had throughout the process without any sort of attitude (which is hard to find nowadays). Spot on communication from the get-go with Caleb Barrett as my excellent sales consultant, he made the process to purchase so easy and stress free, coordinating my arrival from Northern Texas and having the bike ready for pickup on the showroom floor, just built out of the crate, sparkling and brand new. I pre-arranged my own financing with my credit union and everything else with Caleb by phone and text before traveling to the dealership, total out the door price the motorcycle was transparent with all taxes, registration and fees disclosed and itemized up front; no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. Caleb assisted me with getting the motorcycle loaded into the back of my truck and tied down appropriately for the long drive back home. The dealership has a platform ramp where the bike can just roll straight across into the bed of your pickup. Caleb was a consummate professional, cordial and polite. Chris Reyes in parts is another outstanding individual I met. While my paperwork was being ready for purchase, he showed me his personal Royal Enfield GT650 with all the farkles he installed, absolutely stunning looking motorcycle with the sound emanating from the aftermarket exhaust system installed best described as a rumble and bark that is fruity and ferocious music to the ears from the 270° crank twin cylinder motor. Here's the kicker though, Royal Enfield had a promotion that did not get much broadcast/air time, I certainly didn't know about it and I am fairly good at doing my research before purchasing a vehicle, and the dealer did not have the information yet at the time I purchased my motorcycle. Chris called me two days ago to let me know how about the promotion they found out that I had no knowledge of; the promotion was a sizable amount of Royal Enfield parts accessories for the motorcycle I purchased and offered to hold them at the dealership for me to pick up If I wanted to drive back there, or to ship them to me at current UPS rates. Unfortunately as much as I'd like to go to the dealership again to look at all the eye candy on the floor, it is a wee bit too far of a drive to pick up accessories - I opted to pay for the UPS shipping at cost. Chris had UPS pickup the accessories from the dealership yesterday and they are already on my doorstep today; wicked fast and efficient. Before anyone complains that it was not fair that I had to pay for shipping for the accessories from a promotion the dealer did not have full information on at the time of purchase, I will just say that the accessories are valued about 7 -8 times more than I paid for the UPS shipping. Chris did not have to contact me to let me know about the promotion and accessories almost a month after I purchased the motorcycle, I would have had no idea and then none the wiser as I am completely satisfied with the motorcycle as purchased and have not been conducting any more research into it after I purchased it. That ladies and gentlemen is the most rare and highest measure of integrity, exceptional customer service and a business truly earning your business. We purchased a Polaris Ranger 1000. Overall I give it a. A-- the one thing about the Polaris Ranger is the transmission. It is a horrible design. It is a hydrostatic transmission and you have to put it in gear and he's down on the accelerator until the transmission engages. Absolutely horrible if you accelerate a little too fast the gears will grind it will not engage. That's the way the transmission is designed and what they tell me. Absolutely horrible. My first visit to this store and my last. I walked in today to purchase 2 Shoei helmets, but came out empty handed. Upon entering the store, i wasn't greeted, managed to make my way around the whole store without even being approached to see I had been helped or need any assistance with anything. After 10 minutes inside with still no one assisting me, I ended leaving. Prior to departing I did mention to the lady by the front door, that their establishment has to be the worst in New Braunfels for customer service. Took my Yamaha Wave runner to Kent Powersports in Kyle Texas to perform a seasonal Maintenance and they did the plugs and checked the fluids only. They put the exhaust water tank and resonator back together but did not realize they were cracked. Brought it back to them to troubleshoot why it was stalling out when put in water. They couldn't figure it out so I took it to Woods Cycle Country and next day they called me with the correct diagnosis and quote to fix. They also did a second seasonal maintenance on it which consisted of a whole lot more then Kent Powersports did. Took to lake after getting it back from Woods and I was doing 80 mph again.
