I went tonight. I got the elote burrito and cheese curds. The burrito was huge... Taste nothing at all like it had elote on it. The cheese curds are good, not sure they were worth 12.00. Service was okay. Nothing memorable that's good now days. I didn't go inside so I cannot comment on the inside. 35.00 is a bit expensive... the burrito will be a few meals so it's probably worth it. read more

Went through the drive thru, there's never a line. The food comes out in a timely manner and the workers are always amazing. The food is good, fresh and delicious. The only thing I'd change is the price, it's kinda expensive to not include napkins or guac with your taquitos. I think that's a basic topping with taquitos. I was the only one inside buuut it was getting near closing time. Food came out in a decent time. My order was also to go. The taquito were tasty but I had to add cheese. Pollo Bros in apple valley is by far the best out of the other locations in the HD. Staff is very quick, friendly and attentive to their costumers. Food is tasty in small orders but also for their big orders. We catered for a big party and the food was like if you just ordered for a dine in. This spot serves drive up, pickup, curbside pickup and delivery. Location it's close to Home Depot and other fast food places. The service was amazing in hand with the speed of service. The ladies at the window are very helpful and friendly. The food: Chicken it's flavorful and very well cooked. The potato salad it's good but overhyped in my own opinion. (I wouldn't get it again) The rice and beans are a good option but nothing great. The cheesecake tastes nothing like cheese. I love coming to this location since it has a drive through and it across from my office. They have the most flavorful moist chicken I've ever had. The rice is perfectly cooked and is a great side with the beans. I really enjoy the eloté bowl with white meat chicken and avocado. So delicious!! The burrito is giant! My husband was a fan. He always orders burritos with beans and no rice. They have a great deal for two chickens with sides on Tuesday's and it's a perfect amount for my family. read more

Scarlett was the most sweet and accommodating worker, I accidentally spilled my drink on the counter when she was getting ready to refill it and she did not make me feel bad at all and refilled my drink then cleaned it up. I was so embarrassed and she helped ease that with not making me feel like a pain in the butt lol. Something seriously wrong with the cooking here ... Everything is yellow from chicken bouillon cubes (yuck flavor!). The rice is not edible, completely gooey gelatin globbed mass. Flan crumbled apart & with burnt taste. The sodas not drinkable, chlorine flavor too strong. Tortillas soggy, fell apart in bag as well as a large pet hair on the tortilla in the bag. Potato salad was ok flavor but overcooked potatoes are grainy. Employees not willing to provide a 2nd salsa without paying more. This was by far the worst spend of money. Nobody could stomach any of it. Total trash , went in the trash. Near double price of pollo loco but with less amount - not even edible. Everyone was super grossed out. read more

This food is disgusting, chicken was overcooked (was like wood all the way through) dehydrated, beans undercooked, and potato salad bland. I'm super upset because I'm in no shape to drive it back to get a refund. I loved the taste of Juan Pollo and this used to taste the same, not anymore and you'll never get another cent of my money. I don't prefer El Pollo, but I'd eat there over this place. Not sure how you're still in business serving this overpriced, nasty food. If I had a dog I wouldn't even feed it to the dog. COVID - 19 friendly. Super friendly in general. Especially the manager and her employees looked very joyful/nice. I don't like fast food, this place is nothing close to that. Growing up in Cali and able to get Los Pollos Bros (Juan Pollo) was easy. Now living in Vegas, I get excited to stop at Los Pollos Bros to pick up some chicken to take home. This is the BEST Rotisserie Chicken I have ever tasted! Plus the rice, potatoe salad, Hot salsa and flour tortillas makes it the perfect meal. I have been going to the one on Hysperia, but decided to check out the new location in Applevalley. The location was nice and clean, staff was very friendly, will be definitely coming back again. At least until we get one out here in Vegas! lol I was 21 when i 1st tried this place, now 23 years later and it's still my go to place whenever I visit California. Just found this place. Had a Bros Elote Burrito. Wow! So refreshingly different. So refreshingly good! I am looking forward to trying the chicken. Oh! The potato salad was wonderful as well. Yep.
