I have been to Sonic three times. Paid twice. NEVER got any food. Employees are drooling, lifeless automatons. it's obvious that management treats them like crap and nobody who works there cares about the company the customers. The service was good, pretty quick. We ordered online and picked up, which was easy to do. We got the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float and it was ok. I've had them before from a different location, and the other location made them much better. There was hardly any strawberries in it. Now serving warm red,white,and blue slushy with a side order of I don't care. Took 21min from the time I placed the order til I got my order in the drive thru. Apparently they made it right away and it sat there. I didn't notice it til I got to the light, then I went back. I was told the slushy machine wasn't working and they should have told me. So apparently they serve fluids with ice cream because there were plenty of people there. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 business days. First I'd like to say that I understand with COVID restrictions that places like this which are drive through only are going to have a longer than usual drive through wait/line... however, the employees should at least aknowledge the wait or apologize etc. Even with that, we waited in line in the drive thru for 30+ mins only to get our order and it was terribly wrong. We ordered a decent amount of stuff so we didn't fully notice until we got home and we live almost 20 mins away. The order seemed right in the screen but some details are left out. We ordered two non-shake drinks and got one, ordered 2 footlong Coneys got 2 regular size, ordered a large shake and got medium, one shake was the wrong flavor, etc etc. I'd also like to add that the chili cheese fries were kind of disappointing. The fries were hard and dry, minimal cheese and the container wasn't even full. I doubt we will be back here anytime soon . read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. Just like all the other reviews, their customer service is mediocre. We got out of the car to order because we were going to sit and eat; we decided it was too windy, but we had already ordered and waited in our car. Thirty minutes passed, and we still had no food. One of the employees came out for a take-out, and we asked her about our order and pointed out that we had been there longer than the customer that had just received their order. They did not bring enough straws, no ketchup and no napkins..... they would not answer the intercom, so when I walked up to ask for these items staff got mad that I entered through staff door. I went to this location specifically for a STRAWBERRY Milkshake for my Son. The first mistake was that I didn't check their rating. The customer service at the drive thru window was lackluster and then I tasted the distinctive flavor of Peanut Butter in his Shake; keep in mind, my Son had already taken several sips... his throat began to close up as he has a NUT ALLERGY!! I called the store and it took 15 minutes and several calls to get through. When I finally got someone on the line, she (the store manager) stated that I should've informed them that someone had a food allergy. Really?!?! I would think that if I ordered a STRAWBERRY Milkshake, I shouldn't have to note that I do not want any other flavors CROSS CONTAMINATING my order!! The manager really tried to blame me for their lack of FOOD HANDLERS PROTOCOL! I do not recommend this spot... especially if you are trying to live after dining there. read more
