I met Dr Kulkin after my treatment, he was very personable and answered all of my questions. Regan has given me all of my laser treatments and she is amazing! I have been going to WIFH for several years now for Botox and fillers and had been pleased with the service and staff. However, This year I have been disappointed. I typically see Reagan who I highly recommend, but I saw Shannon the past couple of times who I do not recommend. My first visit with her I asked for a heavy dose of Botox for my frown line as it has been established at this point that I need a heavier dose in that area. She talked me into a lighter dose since I have been going regularly and shouldn't need as heavy a dose. Well, I had to return a couple of weeks later for another injection, because it was too light a dose which means I had to pay more money. She even made me feel like a freak of nature that I still had frown lines, commented the last time she gave me a pretty heavy dose the first visit... Bottom line it didn't work. So I had to go in again for a third visit to get another injection because the frown lines were still showing. I requested not to be paired with Shannon, since I do not seem to get good results with her, and this time I got the doctor. He said that as we get older we often times need heavier doses, which I am fine with, but I wish he would share that secret with Shannon, because it would have saved me time and money. Of course I had to pay again for the injection, and this has turned out to be an expensive Botox experience for the frown lines. The experience I had with the medical director (Dr. Kulkin) was so shocking and unwelcoming that I decided against returning to this facility. To begin with, I had a test spot done on my underarm. Although I had not asked for a test spot, I certainly agreed as I thought they may have had concerns about my skin (I had a test spot done years ago that had light scabbing likely due to lotion on my skin). While Shayna (the PA) appeared somewhat cold early on in the consultation process, she eventually warmed up and began to talk freely and with a more welcoming demeanor which was somewhat reassuring. Following the test, I immediately made the decision that I would like to begin the process of LHR on my bikini line and underarm. Shayna and I agreed that I would let her know if I had any questions or concerns regarding the tested area and we could begin the process in the near future when I make the first appointment. The next morning my underarm was very sore (a stinging feeling) and there was stubble there so shaving it was a little uncomfortable. I sent an email to the staff to ask how long the area is supposed to sting and whether it was normal to burn the next day. The Patient Concierge happily said she would forward this question to Shayna. What happened next was the lowest level of customer service and/or overall human decency I've ever received. Dr. Kulkin called my cellphone and left a message asking me to call him back (instead of Shayna). I thought that it was strange so I called him to ask if everything was ok. He smugly stated that he didn't think I was mentally prepared for LHR. What? Confused, I asked him to clarify. Essentially, he felt that my questions were that of someone who shows too much anxiety for LHR. Mind you, I had not said I'm in agony and cannot tolerate any level of pain. I simply asked if it was normal. Instead of just saying, yes the soreness can persists for days, he said his job is to weed out people who he felt should not receive LHR because they essentially asked too many questions. This is strange considering the entire office makes a point that the patient should feel free to ask any question they may have. The entire conversation was shocking and he continued on with an extremely condescending tone. He said "we don't mind holding our patients' hands but (sigh) I'm concerned that your questions are that of someone who needs too much hand holding". Honestly, I've undergone a major surgery with no need for pain medication and have a high tolerance for pain so this response to such a basic question was baffling. When I told him I felt uncomfortable with the tone of the conversation he said "Well I'm sorry you took it that way. That's a shame" which as we all know is essentially the best way to avoid an apology. To end the conversation on an especially low note he said "well, you can't please everyone, right?" and hung up. If you value being treated like your questions aren't a bother to the healthcare professionals you are dealing with, I would strongly advise that you avoid WIFH. As a pharmacist myself, there are no questions that my patients could ask that would annoy me or make me conduct myself in the way that the staff at WIFH did (not including front desk women who were pleasant and welcoming). I expected much more from this facility and was very disappointed in the treatment I received by Dr, Kulkin. read more

Have had two different procedures here over the last month. The first was a MiraDri procedure for excessive sweating which has bothered me my entire life. It went amazingly well and gave me the confidence for a Smartlipo cosmetic procedure to my saggy chin which also went very well. Unless you have to deal with excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) , you probably can't appreciate how the problem rules your life. If this continues to work as well as I hope, it will be life changing. The Smartlipo is also amazing. For me there was little, if any, discomfort in either procedure. Dr. Kulkin is an amazing physician with excellent bedside manner and very skilled at what he does. I decided to go with WIFH after seeing a news broadcast where this Dr. was featured for hair removal and specialized in brown skin. I had a reverse reaction to the treatment and to my face, I actually broke out with worse acne, experienced a 2 day headache after first treatment and the laser hurt my front teeth. I canceled after 2 visits, yes the the 10 hairs that I had on my chin area fell out, even if they return I will not. The most contact I had with the Dr. was when consulted with him about smart lipo of the chin area, after canceling the hair removal Dr. did not want to work with me and that is understandable. I was interested in seeing pictures of his work because I was not impressed with the pictures online However, I found a great Dr. with great prices and wonderful reviews in Duluth Ga and had my chin lipo done with great results. Keep searching until you find the quality that you are looking for. Good luck with the hair removal, quite painful but if you have a medium tolerarance, I am sure you can bare it. I would suggest waiting for a special and buying a package, overall a good deal. read more

My first visit with WIFH was last Tuesday. I had an awesome, seamless experience from booking the appointment to walking out. I have been to a few other places to get my Juvéderm lip injections, but I would have to say that this has been my best experience so far. The front desk staff was really nice, and my nurse practitioner was awesome and super precise... Just how I like!! I choose this place because of its Yelp reviews. I needed to get my lips evened out (since the last place I went to left me so uneven) and re-plumped. My nurse practitioner started off with a consultation, followed by a 10 minute numbing, and then the sculpting began. Once we got them the shape that I wanted, she gave me some post injection directions and sent me home with a cute ice pack. It wasn't the easiest beauty service and there was a little bruising, but it is definitely to be expected. Now that all of the swelling and bruising has gone down, I am so in love with these lips and will continue to go back! read more

This place is incredible. I first came with a head full of doubt. After all, I had tried laser hair removal twice before. Each time was painful, expensive, and left me with no result. So why in the heck was I going for a third try? The reviews helped, and the fact that it is headed by a doctor. I figured, one more try. And wow am I glad that I did. The staff here, from the front desk to the doctor to the ladies who perform the treatments, listen. After one treatment, I was blown away by the difference. After two, I wanted to cry tears of joy. I have 6 more treatments to go and I can only imagine that once they are complete, I will be 110% satisfied. Yes, it is expensive. But I believe you get what you pay for. And really, WIFH is no more expensive than the standard in this market. The lasers are high quality. Whereas the same treatment took 20-30 minutes at other places, it takes 2-3 at WIFH. I did some research this year on Smartlipo and was ready to have the procedure done. Dr. Kulkin and his staff's super nice and very professional. They had me scheduled for the procedure only a few days after the consultation. The procedure took less than two hours and I was on a plane to San Francisco the next day. I finished treatment for laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line about 6 months ago (started about 1.5 yrs ago). Overall my experience was okay but the results are a let down. The hair has definitely thinned out a lot and I do not have to shave nearly as often, but I am still shaving once a week. I am glad I got the treatment (as I don't have to shave as often), but it's hard to say if it was worth the price. Here's a summary of my experience. On the first visit had the consultation (cannot remember the woman's name, she was foreign and I do not believe works there anymore). She was nice and I had my first treatment then and there. However, the laser she tried was not working so she moved me to another room and that one was still not working so we tried a third and final room, which worked. We weren't off to a great start but she assured me everything would be fixed. Man does the bikini line area hurt!! They don't warn you about that. My 2nd visit I met with Julia. Unaware that they set you up with a different staff member each time, I requested to see the same person every time (not totally comfortable being undressed in front of multiple women). This was a mistake as Julia was not very friendly (sometimes a bit rude even) and not well informed (I learned this part later). On my 5th session, I went into a room and the laser was not working again. Julia said this had never happened before (I didn't correct her and tell her it happened on my first visit) and we switched to another room with a working one. On the sixth visit, I had to change my appointment time and it was a time that Julia was not available so they set me up with Shayna. Shayna was great! So nice!! And when I asked her about some small scabs I had gotten on my bikini line after treatment she assured me this was normal (which Julia had told me in no way could have been from the laser). After that I saw Shayna for my next two sessions. About 2 months after my 8th (final) session the hair was still growing so I called back. They said I could have an additional appointment at no cost so I went in and had an appointment with Reagan. She was also very, very nice. She said my underarms were too tan (not sure how that is possible) so she only did the extra session on my bikini line and said I should come back later (which I did not end up doing). I NEVER once met or even saw Dr. Kulkin in the office (on the radio commercials they make it sound like he meets all the patients). So there you have it. read more

I have been going to WIFH for years! Dr. Kulkin & his staff are awesome! I went originally for laser hair removal. It took me longer than expected since I got pregnant in the middle of treatment but they were totally flexible. I was so excited to learn they have SculpSure and couldn't wait to try it! A couple of years ago I had moved from New Jersey to Warner Robbins in Georgia, and now back to NJ. I had laser hair removal treatments in NJ at Anara Medspa by Dr Chandra, which was life changing. After 4 sessions I had to move to Georgia due to Job reason. I asked the doctor in New Jersey about a referral in GA to continue my hair removal and maintenance sessions. He recommended Dr Kulkin in Atalanta, GA and said they use the same lasers and I shouldn't go anywhere else. I am glad I listened to his advice. WIFH is wonderful, clean and spotless with very attentive and compassionate staff just like I had experienced at Anara Medspa in NJ. The only difference is while in NJ, only doctor does the laser treatments in GA the treatments are done by nurse or tech which is okay as I only needed touch ups. The tech said that they did a great job on my treatments in NJ. The price at WIFH is not too cheap but reasonable to have great results. I have heard many many horror stories about people going for Groupon deals, and after 15-20 sessions only have very minimal hair reduction. Thats awful! After a lot of research I booked with WIFH, with the deciding factor being that it is a well known doctor run office with good reviews. The office is very welcoming, with excellent facilities. My therapist Regan is an RN, and she has been friendly and professional throughout.The small touches are also nice e.g. bottled water, coffee, and candy in the waiting area. I have done 3 sessions now and already have really promising results. There has been an overall reduction of hair, and the ones that remain grow back slower and finer. I simply can't explain how happy I was after my treatment! I had the Mira dry treatment done. I was always so self conscious about my underarms sweating! I was always the one with sweating armpits and a wet shirt. I always had to wear dark colors. What made me so happy is that the results are instant! I have not have a wet shirt since Saturday morning! I am extremely happy with my results! So much so that I referred my brother because he has the same problem. I will refer this practice to anyone and everyone! I was in some pain afterwards and I had to call Dr.Kulkin for a pain med. He responded right away and checked on me the next two days! I went to Dr. Kulkin because I thought he was good, nice, and personable. The staff was great, he called me personally to check on me. Mostly a good experience besides my procedure. I explained to him I wanted my love handles and stomach done (smart lipo). He said he could take care of it. He said I only needed the front done. I had the surgery and it went great. No pain really and I was awake. I was amazed. Afterwards my stomach did get smaller but not as flat as I hoped. My love handles still there. I explained to him that the look I wanted wasn't achieved. He said he could do revisions but I probably needed to get the back done. I had no problem getting my back done I just wished he had told me this in the beginning so that I could have gotten everything done at one time. I went back several times and thought my stomach didn't look how I wanted and he said that its just lipo you can't take ten years off your life. He did say it jokingly and he kept telling me I was still swollen. He was nice but I thought the comment was still inappropriate. (I am 34)A year and half later and I still had a fat tummy. I got everything redone from another doctor and I'm so excited to finally have the look I wanted. He is not a plastic surgeon, which he states. I thought this was okay in the beginning but it makes a difference. He just was not what I was looking for. I usually never complain or give negative reviews but I wasted a lot of money. read more
