I waited for almost 30mins till she noticed me and said she was almost done with her current client. Ten minutes later, her next appointment showed up. I decided to leave after waiting 47minutes. I texted her and messaged her on IG regarding my appointment. Not one reply from her instead she resorted to bashing me on IG. I never asked her for a discount as she said. I asked her for the same service I had booked for but for a different date. Because of my review, I have received comments from their establishment saying, "next time make sure yu have the patience to wait" and other insults that I will post with my review. . This salon is so unprofessional starting from time management, customer service, and rude customer service. I'm sure you'll see other reviews. I'm sure Adriana has talent but clearly this entire salon lacks customer service and expects you to wait on them.

However they don't put prices on a lot of the products and I don't like asking them how much this is, how much that is. Would be a lot easier to just see a price on the product. Also I noticed quite a bit of their products are very cheap made products. I got my daughter some barrettes for her hair for $1 and and I love the price however very very cheap product. I rather pay a little more but have a better product. But for $1 that's what ya get. I like how they are on the east side. You have this tantalizing language posted all along your front entrance - wigs, hair - human and synthetic, Remi, lace front, ponytails, products, braid hair, and on and on it went, beckoning to the beauty-starved... and beauty starved I was! The store is small, slightly cramped, but decently stocked - and the folks running the store - helpful to a fault - as in "being waited on". I made the awkward mistake of barreling behind the counter (not realizing) to examine the hair since their massive stockpile is located in a cubby off of the front entrance and was immediately re-routed (oopsy!). But once I recovered from my embarrassment, I browsed the store while waiting my turn. They sell everything from shampoo and conditioner to relaxers and dreadlock wax, braid hair of every color and numerous brands, wigs, ponytails and hair-on-weft. I didn't notice if they had the keratin tipped hair, though. Due to the shop's small size, they didn't carry the complete line of each of the product brands featured - but I did see plenty, mostly ethnic hair care products - Mizani, B&B, Elasta QP, Motions, Mixed Girls as well as some Paul Mitchell and Joico. So, if you use some obsure styling lotion, you're not going to find it here, but you will find the basics. I also saw they carried marcel irons (of various sizes and types) and stoves, hair accessories (mostly from grown folks rather than children), scarves and hats and costume jewelry. Not being all that familiar with Bakersfield, I give this place two thumbs up on having the goods, being easily accessible (not too far off from the 99) and having great service and reasonable prices.
