On this day I was looking for specific type of bead for extensions. The store has everything you're not looking for and nothing you are looking for. The employees were not that knowledgeable. I was looking for I-tip beads. The lady gave me wax. I thought there was a communication issue but she spoke English perfectly and still gave me wax. Lol. Eventually found the beads but they were only in one size and I was looking for multiple sizes. I didn't buy anything. I won't be back. There really wasn't anything for me there. read more

This beauty supply store is nicely stocked with decent variety. This visit I found a markdown section which I love and usually take advantage of because I love a bargain especially in makeup because it's so easy to spend lots money as things add up quickly. This visit however the working staff (assuming owners-of Asian decent) had a very strange loud sound coming from behind their raised counter. It sounded like a strange baby cry. You couldn't help but look around and wonder what that was...finally after about the fourth cry out my daughter went to investigate. It wasn't a baby, but it was a crated dog. I've never heard a dog cry out and actually sound human, it was so odd feeling. They could have sold tickets to allow people to see that freakish sound it was that odd! Needless to say it was very disturbing to my shopping visit, almost everyone who walked in was asking about what that sound was and the workers were acting like they heard nothing.... so strange. Well outside of that, it's a decent store to grab false eyelashes, cosmetics and other beauty products. I wish they would offer more beauty classes. I saw only onetime they offered one for teenage girls to show application etc., of course it filled up fast as only 15 students were accepted. But I like the concept and think they should offer more of them. read more

I love coming to the store... not only do they have a very nice selection of wigs/weaves but they also have a lot of make up and the staff is really really friendly. However some of the make up items are a bit overpriced but that's just my personal opinion. read more

Sad to say that I had the worst experience in XO Beauty Supply today! One of the employees falsely accused me of giving her a problem about pronouncing my name. I tried to explain that it wasn't me that did that to her, but she still had A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I have spent so much money in that shop. I came there when they first opened. I have ALWAYS been nice to that employee. (And the owners) I'm extremely unhappy with how she treated me today! We used to talk about hair styles, kids, work, etc. I don't know where she got that lie from, but I'm not standing for it. Unfortunately, XO Beauty Supply has lost a loyal customer. I came when your doors first opened. No one even knew XO was in that corner of the shopping center. That's how long I have been a customer, but no more! Another shop will gladly accept my business. Love this store! I wanted to try some LA Girl products but the only store I knew that had it was the CVS on Hageman and Coffee Road. Every time I go everything is always sold out of a lot of products on a small little display. Not worth it so when I came across this I was shocked at how much they have and all the different super affordable but great quality of products on hand everytime I went(which was like 6x)lol Come her if you want some cute Kiss, KoKo and other super adorable eyelashes and makeup stuff!!!! read more

This is my go place for eyelashes and make up and wigs. They have the most affordable and nicest wigs in town. For someone that doesn't know much about how to apply them. The owner teaches and offer to help you put them on in case you can't once purchased. I have bought three wigs from there and I can say they all good quality and the price was right. They have different styles and colors that are trendy right now, like the rose gold hair trend. They offer a lot of make up brands from the us and Korean too. They have testers for everything too, this is my go to place for brands like Rude and l.a girl. They always have the latest stuff. Their eyelashes collection is huge as well many styles and prices to pick from. If you like Korean face produce they also offer them. Overall this place is my go to make up store after Sephora and it kinda feels like target when you go in for one thing you ended buying everything except what you were suppose to buy in first place. read more

I bought a $400 wig and before I left store I kept calling my beautician to see if I got right one... no answer so I bought.... when I got home she told me it was wrong one.....I go to them all the time and yes I know the policy but the owner wouldn't give me money back knowing i had barely left the store! Horrible business....so I have this wig I don't need .... I didn't have a whole hour and he wouldn't give my money back....not to mention I have a hair loss condition so I was really excited to buy this wig so when I found out it was wrong one I really didn't think this would happen..... this place is amazing. I usually go to Sarah's outlet to find some hard to find LA girl concealers and they are always sold out. I came here and they had EVERY shade completely in stock along with brands I had been wanting to try but had been sold out else where. I was able to chat with the owner a bit (the husband) and he let me know his wife just really loves makeup and beauty supplies and you can tell. the store is set up with care with cosmetics in the front and hair products and wigs in the back. definitely want to come back and visit and see what I can find! read more

So i drive about 35 min to get to xo beauty for one specific item I use for my daughters hair . Haven't been here in months and before the staff was always nice asked if I needed anything . But I noticed there were new staff . The gentlemen behind the counter told me " hey " as I walked in . Not ONCE did anyone ask me if I needed help or anything ! I was looking around the make up area hair products but nobody asked me nothing . I had to ask one employee for help and she looked bothered to help the only good thing she gave me free hair product sample. I was best off just googling about the different products they offer cause it was no help . As I was cashing out no customer service at all ! They had new product on the counter and I was looking at it not once did they offer if I wanted to look at anything or to sample it . I did notice one employee I think she had blonde hair she was actually helping the customers . But out of the 5 employees they had working that day she was prob the only one I saw give correct customer service . read more
