I explained that it had been about a year since her last grooming and that she had just lost her husky brother -- this would be her first visit to the groomer without him. August was incredibly compassionate and made sure Sierra felt loved and cared for throughout the entire experience. He kept me updated during the day, which I really appreciated. Which we took him specifically to get a haircut. Not only that but we paid $92 for a bath and nails cut amongst a few small other things but no haircut. I would have thought for $92 he would have had his haircut. But they said that would have been another $15. The environment when walking in was really nice though. They had a little store and treats and food. Our dogs name was actually on a sign outside when we pulled up welcoming here which was a sweet surprise. He did leave with a nice size sample of food they let us try. Not sure if we will be back bc of the pricing but our dog did smell great from the wash and they were friendly.
