I never saw him for four months called and all now they closed the case I made three years old and they said I abuse the glasses and they look very old four months. What can I do? Sit on them sleep with them they lied through their teeth. The glasses are brand new. I said to him I like if I have to pick out another pair, I would like to put them on my over my head once in a while because then I don't lose them. I keep them on my head. I never wore the glasses and they lied and closed the case without getting in touch with me email text nothing like I was nobody and I paid for the lenses insurance and even that woman that I spoke to today Customer Service and then you make a they said that they closed the case four times and they gave me four different case numbers and then the last one I spoke to she had no idea what she was talking or I asked her one question sheet and she got very annoyed at first as soon as I said something to her that I was waiting for an answer cause it was over seven days working days I should say never got an answer and she started choking. I said to her, would you like a glass of water go go get a glass of water while she was on the phone and she know that's fine but anything I guess if she's not you're asking too much now I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know who I should've called but this is not over Roberto and his manager over him all he had to do was escalated, but he doesn't care. He just wanted to lie and he had a nice girls that were there that was so nice to me. He wouldn't let them talk to me no more when I asked him a question he said don't don't need. I heard him whispering it and so did the girl that was on the phone with Customer Service and I was making a complaint heard it how he was so nasty was just impossible to deal with. I'm not giving up. I'm gonna make this not go away. I did try to get in touch with. The Ceo PAUL DUSAILLANTE at 4000 LUYOTTIC A Pl., Madison, OH phone number 513-765-6000 but it's impossible to get through. They ask you all different numbers I want up with I don't know even know with some cost car buying a car or something, and Alfonso, Cerullo andClark Chang Lenscrafters has a 39 million class action to resolve deceptive advertising claims I called Corporate complaints and they do nothing so now I have to go further but if anybody reads this from Lenscrafters and knows if I can get in touch with any of these men that they could help me, I would appreciate it so much. I thank you because it's such a scam being that motor vehicle is in that building and everybody goes down to get a new pair of glasses wasn't my fault that this man lost his glasses while he was taking care of me and he mixed up the glasses, but that's life and it happens. I'm not blaming the man. I just wanna be compensated the right way when I'm entitled to nothing more nothing less anybody that knows anything please help. I appreciate it. These people that put their opinion like this one man said oh it was so wonderful. She found a screw to fix my my wife's glasses could've went to a shoemaker and he would've found a screw some people like to be contrary Mary the only way he could approve is to get rid of this manager, Ricardo and his boss cause she was supposed to he was supposed to escalate it to his manager. That was a week two weeks ago Monday thank you will update.

The frames were too big for my face and needed to be tightened .didn't realize when I picked them up but to tight the arms they bent one inwards. What???? $500 FOR A pair of glasses and you bend the arm so it fits my face. Is that how these things are done ? You bend the arms on a brand new pair of $500 glasses.     Had a HORRIBLE experience. I called the office located at…read morethe add shown on Google, in Lighthouse Point. The day of my appointment I was called to confirm my appointment. I asked for directions and found out that the Lighthouse Point office had been closed since last October. Due to where I live, their Coral Springs office is going to take me 45 - 60 minutes to get there. (strike 1) When I arrived, the doctor wasn't there and I had to wait 45 minutes before he returned. (strike 2) Then, I had to wait for the technician to go over the glasses with me. By the time I left, I had been there for almost 3 hours. I will say, I felt like the exam was thorough. When I finally got the call to say my glasses were ready, I was told that I could stop in on Saturday, but I had to be there before 1 as that was the time they closed. (different then the timeline on the internet) I arrived at 12:30 and was told that the receptionist almost was going to leave early, but she was glad she didn't. ME TOO! She hands me my glasses. No technician there to check the glasses fit and prescription (strike 3) and I had to pull up something on my phone to see if I could read with them. That was a first. I noticed that if I put a hand over one eye, the vision of the other eye was blurry and visa versa. The receptopmost told me that I would have to make an appointment to come back for a RX check. BTW, the doctor leaves at 4, M-F. Then I found out that the doctor is not there on Saturday's. The next time I can take of work, he is out of town. Although I have insurance, my $500+ out of pocket glasses are non-refundable. I was offered no case and/or cleaning clothes. I told the receptionist that they just lost a customer and I would not be back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The store manager, Mike, was not willing to assist in resolving the issue and instead appeared more focused on encouraging us to purchase an additional pair of glasses. This approach felt dismissive of our concern and did not reflect a customer-first attitude. The situation became uncomfortable and frustrating, particularly as we were simply seeking a fair resolution. As a result of this experience, my mother and I have decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase her eyeglasses. It is disappointing that what should have been a simple exchange turned into such a negative experience. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as customers should feel supported and treated fairly. At this time, I would not recommend this location based on our experience. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be addressed.
