Coming in I greeting with that good ole southern hospitality by Mr. Matthew. He have me the scoop (no pun intended) about the store and that they take pride in doing thing around the community and helpi g with our youth. They many awards and newspaper clippings showing all that they have down. I side you will find children's books and games for them to play while visiting. Today I got a large 3 scoop icy. The flavors are Lenox Lemon, Peachtree Peach and Summerhill Lemonade. I love love the Lenox Lemon. I have to say I wish the other 2 flavors popped with more flavor. Their wasn't enough Peach and Lemon/Strawberry in them. Oh! If you can't tell. All the icy names are landmarks and street names around Atlanta. I love that. The young lady still gave it to me in a small cup then says Ill refund the rest ...which she didn't and lied about it and then the manager Mary lies about reverse the charge for the difference of the snow cone she added. They think people stupid about money when I work to damn hard for this shit over some overpriced flavor syrup over crushed ice. $28.55 was the amount and I received a text from square up when the transaction was originally taken ...but when she so called reversed/ refunded my ( never told me the amount) it went to a different card...I showed her my app and my debit card transaction..to show it was not refunded.. they both lied and made up numbers ending on someone else card...not mine. She never offered a cash refund or no explanation...she was like okay move on.... I suggest don't patron this business....and they don't take cash after all this it's ridiculous to be so ignorant when dealing with electronic transactions and you dont know how to properly refund back to the same card and transaction number...they need to be trained on accounting and customer service!!! I was outside this food truck for at least 20 mins making my point with the idiots not comprehending. I got so hot and frustrated that the ice cone was melted and it was a hot stanking mess!!! So I went with a believer was the birthday cake milkshake and oh my God it was so good that cupcake and the thickness of the milkshake. It was so good going down. The service was really nice. They explained to me everything on the menu. They let me know what was included. They even gave me their recommendation. I love the fact that the manager even came over and spoke, and it was a clean environment and spacious definitely will be going back again. I wanna try all of the flavors and I'm hoping to go back when they actually have the food going as well.
