The two treatments before this one hadn't worked out for me and instead of just moving forward, she actually took the time to ask questions and dig into why that might have been the case. She explained the science behind the specific product she chose and why she chose it for my hair. That level of care and knowledge is rare. The results speak for themselves. Before this treatment I had to start blow drying the second I stepped out of the shower because air drying meant 30 minutes of flat ironing to get it straight (just for it to get big and frizzy, the second it was exposed to humidity). Now I can let my hair air dry with zero frizz. I just spent a week in San Francisco, which has always been a nightmare for my hair, especially around my face. It's honestly one of the reasons I've dreaded going there for work over the years. This was the first trip where I didn't have to think about it once. I could walk outside, enjoy the water, and just live my life without worrying about the humidity or the rain and how it was going to ruin my hair.
