If I could give them zero stars I would. After having an amazing cleaning lady for 10 years who had to move away, we thought we would give this local company a try. Unfortunately, I could not be more disappointed. When my husband was put in the hospital for a brain issue and we had to reschedule (gave plenty of notice), we were in a major time of need and they were terrible inconsiderate. We were completely willing to work around their schedule to get them to come out and they literally just stopped coming. They responded in a disrespectful & unprofessional way. I would not ever use them again, & no one should. I won't do work with people with low morals or ethics. They also only did an average job cleaning & charged $40 more than our previous housekeeper. If you are looking for a cleaning service, keep looking. There is way better & more affordable options available. read more

I wanted to have a maid come by and help me clean our house this week. My wife and I just came home with our newborn baby from the hospital last night and we are expecting a lot of foot traffic from friends and family in the upcoming weeks. The internet said they open at 12pm today (Saturday) but I called a few minutes before noon hoping to secure an early appointment, if possible. Nobody answered my call, I wasn't surprised as again I called early. My phone rang moments after I called and I was greeted by a lady, asking me what do I want, but was helpful with rates and upcoming availability, but did ask me very weird questions during our brief interaction. I didn't think twice about these questions at first. Upon concluding my phone call, I learned it would be 2 weeks before they could come to my house. I advised that I would make other inquiries to see if I can find faster service and would let them know. After hanging the phone up, my phone rang moments later, from the same phone number. I answered my phone as I normally would and was greeted by a man this time with a very stern voice who advised me and I quote "do yourself a favor and don't EVER call this number again for any reason", then hung up. Now, if I am a small business owner, trying to earn local business from my peers, I would think customer service would be #1 on my to do list. I can only speculate this is not a legitimate business, a front for something else? Very rude and uncomfortable experience, not one I would want ANY other person to share in. I have been using this service for 6 years and have never had anything other than excellent cleaning service and friendly, positive interactions. They are very thorough and pay attention to details. If they see something that needs attention, they take care of it. They go out of their way to clean my home as if it were their own! I assure you this is an honest and legitimate business and can't imagine why anyone would think it's not. These people are the most trustworthy folks I know! The fact that they stay booked so far in advance shows they have many happy customers, and they don't overbook so they can give every job the time and attention it deserves. They have always been friendly, respectful, and accommodating--I can't imagine them ever being otherwise and I've known them a long time.
