Leeward Auto Glass is the best place ever! I will take all my cars to Leeward Auto Glass for all glass maintenance. A rock hit my windshield so I called them to replace it. I made an appointment for 9am the next day. When I arrived, there was about 9 cars lined up so I figured they were really good. I dropped off my car, went to have breakfast and when I went back, it was finished. My windshield was installed very professionally! Leeward Auto Glass is the best! By coincidence, 2 friends needed new windshields so I referred them to Leeward Auto Glass. As for this place: I called on a Monday during business hours and sent an email to assure that this company received my information. On Wednesday, called again since nobody returned my call. I never received a phone call or an email and I had cash money to pay for my new windshield. I'm guessing that this place is too busy to practice Business 101 - return your potential customers phone calls. Plus I read on another review the remark that "we have the right to refuse service..." I was referred this place from a friend and they are taking me to dinner for such a poor referral. My car was broken into yesterday (a Friday afternoon) and my passengers window completely smashed. I called around to a bunch of places before calling Wiki, and was getting stressed as no one could do weekends. I work far away from my home and I have to drive on the freeway on Monday, so I was really hoping to get it done over the weekend. They so generously offered to fix it the very next day, early on a Saturday morning. They were so nice, the work was really fast, it looks great, the price was fair, and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Total Lifesavers. I had my driver side window shattered while driving on the freeway (horrible experience) BUT was very pleased with Wiki because they were able to fix my window quickly! I tried calling around and nobody seemed to have the window available (2013 model) and Wiki had it and was able to fix the same day! They told us what time they would be able to meet us and they were on time. Took them less than 30 minutes to fix! We were able to meet them at Magic Island, walk around while they fixed my car, and they called us when my car was ready. Great customer service, superb quality, and they were very friendly. I bought my own glass to have installed on my Jeep that I'm restoring. They told me the glass was too thick after they tried to install it. They suggested I use THEIR glass (of course they would), so I said ok. In order for them to do the job correctly, they needed me to remove my entire windshield frame (which was a pain, but ok, I'll play ball, I need a windshield installed regardless. Also, if their glass would be a perfect fit, why would I need to remove the frame??). They came back a few days later, helped me reinstall the frame and all seemed great... until it rained. I had water leaking out of 5 different spots into the interior. Called them a few weeks later about it, and they sent their guys again to re-do it. They redid the entire thing while I went to work. I came back later that day to see a ridiculously rushed and sloppy job. Urethane smudged around the glass and interior. The windshield isn't sitting flush against the frame. The outer molding not sitting properly. From 5 leak points I'm down to just one leak (I guess you can call that progress). I emailed Wiki about the sloppy work and leak, and they said they'll give me a call next week. This was a month ago and still no call back. One star because I paid a lot of money for something not done right. read more

Had to get windshield replaced. Called the company and asked for an estimate and it was within my budget ($270). Initially I set up an appointment for a Friday but had to reschedule and called if it was possible a day earlier. They said sure no prob and come on by. The staff over there were very professional and courteous. They also gave me cautions with closing the door on a car with fresh windshield sealant. The experience I had with this company was awesome. Someone broke my back windoow on my car. I called my insurance company to report the problem. The soonest someone to fix my window would've been today (3/13/12). I wanted it fixed sooner. I couldnt drive my car, so i called around. Called many different companies. Vince from Wiki Auto Glass is the only one that called me back, after the others told me they would. At first he offered to do it today (3/13/12), but after telling him my story, he offered to fix it after hours. I was very happyu. The service was great & really quick. Updated Review: With busy schedules I left messages, called and didnt leave mesaages, and had one quick conversation try to schedule trim repair since January as exterior trim edge peeling/blown out of groove. I have offered to come to them. Because of liability issues I can't get competitors to do the trim repair. I will have to resort to super glue or similar to repair myself. Had hoped the duct tape I am presently using would be temporary fix. Btw, Safelite would have warranteed such repair for lifetime of windshield replacement. Initial Review in July, 2015: Outstanding! Vince called me to work around my schedule and meet me where it was convenient for me in order to replace my windshield. It was done within an hour. I just had the guys from Wiki auto glass repair my windshield at my home. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. One of their guys initially came out and before installing the glass, noticed a scratch on the new glass and brought it to my attention. He recommended I reschedule so they could get better glass. I rescheduled and the two other guys from Wiki arrived and put in the new glass. They did a great job and were very patient with me since I arrived late for our appointment. My driver's window had been shattered by vandals. I called two of the larger auto glass companies on Oahu and received quotes, thinking they would be the more reliable choice, but the part was not in stock and at one I would have to pay an additional $50-$80 in shipping. I did schedule an appointment at the other for the next week since I wouldn't be able to take off from work. After looking at the website I decided to call Wiki Auto Glass. Vince got back to me within a short time and asked if I would like to scedule an appointment that morning or later in the afternoon. I was surprised he could get the glass so soon! I could bring my car to a location in central Oahu or west Oahu, or if needed, schedule them to come to my home. As I wanted it replaced asap I told him the best time and location for me and it was set.
