My receipt so you know which cashier it was

Great products, love the store. My only complaint is it's the second time I've gotten the same cashier who doesn't acknowledge me or say hello, thank you, or goodbye. She seems very unhappy with her job and very unpleasant almost to the point where she's disrespectful. Maybe she needs a different position where she's not working with the public.

I've been into Wilco several times looking for various things from pet supplies to gardening supplies. They have a wide variety of everything you could want or need including stuff for your horse, chickens, garden, home, fire pits, barbecues & smokers, tools (chain saws, blowers, compressors, tool set, hedgers, drills and anything else you can imagine), western clothing and boots, they even have a few children's toys such as plastic horses, tractors and more. I've walked passed the paint department and was very impressed, though I haven't had to purchase anything from that department yet, I know I will be soon. Everyone I've come in contact with has been very helpful and cheerful. I really like their garden department, plenty of plants, seeds, and everything you need to grow whatever your hearts desire. Prices for what I've looked at so far seem very reasonable as well. I have to say I've used their dog grooming services more than the actual store. Mainly since my pups toe nails seem to grow like crazy. The groomer we've been seeing is Dejane (Deja for short) and she is fabulous with animals. When I first stopped by to see what they had to offer she described the various services. She also made sure to mention that I had to have a current vaccination on file with them for my dog otherwise they couldn't work on him. I've talked to her about how his toe nails were growing fast and I wasn't one to use trimmers because I'm always afraid of cutting the quick which I've done with a prior dog and let me tell you blood was gushing every where! Deja explained about using a dremel and how using it every 2 weeks will help the quick to recede back and then we can get his toe nails down to a manageable length and not come every 2 weeks after that. She's also given him 2 baths, cleaned him all up, you know the whole spa day works except no hair cut since he's a short haired dog. Deja really has a way with animals and my Rocko just adores her. Sadly she is leaving, moving out of state shortly but there is another (sounds like I'm talking Luke & Leia in Star Wars. ha ha ha), Jodie, who is capable and loves dogs. In my opinion the prices are very reasonable for pet grooming at Wilco. Nail trims are $10 and dremeling is $15. Bathing prices vary depending on the size of the dog but they are still reasonable. They also have monthly specials that you can add onto your service. For instance, the first time I took Rocko they had a special where you could add 3 additional items to the bathing service for $8 which I took advantage of. Wilco is located in a strip mail where there is plenty of parking, along with fast food, restaurants, a smog check facility, other stores including a UPS Store. Wilco is an Oregon based company. Petaluma was their first California store, otherwise they have approximately 21 or so stores throughout Oregon and Washington and they are a farmer owned business.

Went in to look around and bought some gardening soil. You order up front where they have photos of their selection (without prices) and they give you a ticket to take to the back for pickup. We bought 3 cu ft bag but the guy loaded our car with the 2 ft bag. Upon arriving home, we noticed the error and called them immediately. They checked and said they're actually all out of the larger bag and that they're not sure when more will arrive. We asked if they could just refund us the difference but they refused and said we would have to come in even though it was their fault. Terrible customer service. So basically they sold us something out of stock and gave us a smaller item! Most things are overpriced. Would recommend going to Friedman's or other home improvement store for most items.

We are so happy that Wilco opened. The store is clean, customer service is very friendly, it has a large selection of products that is well organized large. We also use the dog grooming services here and would highly recommend it. It is the first time that we have picked up our dog from a groomer in less than 90 minutes and had her wagging her tail a mile a minute. The cut was exactly what we asked for and made her look quite cute. You can see for yourself in the attached picture. They also have baby chicks inside the store which is an extra bonus.. If you haven't visited the new Wilco yet, make sure you do so soon!

Any plants or products that don't work out, just bring your receipt and they will give you a store credit or credit your card. Much of the value Harmony offers is in the quality of the products, the plants, and the intelligent service. Seriously, there is nowhere else I could go to find out how to dig up a fern from acidic soil, and properly care for it while it overwinters before planting it under a nearby redwood tree in the Spring! Harmony Farms also carries extraordinarily unique products, such as Stella Natura's biodynamic planting guide and a wide variety of seasonal, organic specialty plants as well as hard-to-find organic soil amendments. Parking is abundant. They're located just off of the Hwy 101/Penngrove exit heading east. A large sign that says "Barn" offers a fairly quick turn on your R into a wide gravel driveway. Enjoy!

Yes, it'd be a mouthful, and it's probably unnecessary in that they already sport a highly descriptive, apt moniker. Anyhow, this place is just wonderful. I'd even call it aspirational. As I wandered the open-air back of the shop, I suddenly had a revelation for what to do with my personal backyard space. Pebbles and wooden runners made a perfect landscape in which to showcase the plants while creating a through-line through a space. Between the fountains, bird feeders, trees, roses, florals, and garden tchotchkes it was both aspirational and inspirational. I left with a Coleus, 2 packs of Botanical Interests seeds to grow both Gourmet Baby Greens and Upland Cress Microgreens, a contraption to cover fruit and vegetable plants in my existing garden (to keep birds and insects from enjoying things before me), and two tubes of Sister Bees Lip Balm at 50% off. E D Wilson is a perfect place to know about if you need to get someone a gift and doing so would demonstrate your creativity, your thoughtfulness, your cool factor, and your commitment to sustaining small businesses. Being polite as a shop owner is crucial to the survival of your store…read more I remember when this store opened a few years back. At the time, I was extremely excited to have a local garden center that supplied David Austin English roses. On my first visit the owner, Eugene, was friendly and helped me select some border plants for my garden. On my second visit I asked for a recommendation of an organic black spot and fungal treatment for my roses. He brought me to a small shed at the far edge of the property where he gave me a bottle of a BioAdvanced Rose & Flower care... for $35.00. I trusted he knew the best product per my ask, and at the time I was in the early stages of learning about organic gardening. Little did I know that the same product could be purchased online for $20.00. This in addition to the markup he has on David Austin roses made me rethink my appreciation of the local garden shop. His prices for David Austin roses are $45.00, when you can purchase direct from DA for $35. These two strikes kept me away for a while, until today. Walking home from the American Graffiti car show I stopped in to see what was new. I entered the store front, which was empty of staff and walked towards the outdoor garden area. I am in the market for large planters for my, ahem, David Austin roses - I have 35 in my collection. There were a few planters I liked on display so I took some photos to show my husband when I got home. As I was exiting, the owner came out back and passed me. I said hello, he replied 'no photos, please. It is a retail shop so no photos allowed." I replied, oh I must have missed the sign. There was no sign and this is not a museum. I attached the photos of the beautiful planters and garden bench I was interested in purchasing. I needed 5. I'll take my $2,000+ elsewhere. Don't worry, Eugene you will never see me in your shop again and I will make sure all of my garden friends and rose enthusiasts know what type of service you provide to locals.
