I drove over 30 minutes one way and had to fill out a ton of paperwork for the 1 simple question I had. I had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Upon entering the consult room, I was immediately handed 2 brochures (without anyone looking at my skin) and told they really only offer 1 service for the face. The consult was maybe 5 minutes at the most (and that's because I asked questions). It wasn't a true consult. I could have saved a lot of time and unnecessary paperwork (identify theft is real these days) if they could have just answered my question over the phone in 10 seconds. On principle, I won't be receiving services from this place and will look elsewhere.

But they never refunded the consultation fee, which I think is unethical to say the least. I spoke to someone who said that they would follow up, and they never did. The whole experience felt super disorganized and frustrating.
