I've not found mary to do either decent or competent work -- e.g., she does not locate or displace injections sites for either good or maximal effects, her needle work is painful, and she does not offer to cool the injection area beforehand. On my last, and truly last, visit she inexplicably increased my usual unit amount by 33% and charged me $100 more than what was expected. When you call for an appointment Michelle (the office manager) is so upbeat and friendly you wonder why you didn't call last week. Then when you arrive at the FABULOUS new and gorgeous location you are greeted again with such enthusiasm your spirits are uplifted before your wrinkles even get a chance to do the same! Mary has literally worked wonders on my old face. She gave me a series of Sculptra injections this year (and oh, yeah--Botox is my friend). I just returned from visiting a cousin I hadn't seen in almost a year. She was staring at my face and said "How come you look so much better than you did when I last saw you? Have you done something?". I took this as a high compliment--she couldn't tell WHAT it was, but I looked better to her! Mary and Michelle are two people that you instantly like. They're friendly, upbeat, caring and great listeners. It's obvious they love what they do. The office is beautifully decorated. I came in for a free consultation after my last treatment from a doctor in San Francisco didn't seem to take very well. I was concerned I wasn't using the best product available to me. Before I even told her my concerns, Mary recommended switching to a newer product. She was able to do the procedure right then and there and it was MUCH less painful than any past treatment I'd had. Mary is a true artist in sculpting the facial contours with Botox and fillers and I totally trust her. I've had these treatments done at other places with varying ( not good) results! I went in for Botox and she suggested I do fillers in the corners of my mouth that had deep scars from Accutane treatments when I was a teen. What a difference! I now have plump, pretty lips and no more deep scars. With the Botox she raised my brows perfectly to open up my eyes.
