I tried the "Free trial offer" and you pay for shipping and handling only, about $18. Received the product and did not seem to do anything. I had a friend who is a beautician have a look and she tells me it mainly is glycerin and no more that what any skin lotion is. So I threw it out and forgot about it. Later I have very expensive charges showing up on my credit card. Come to find out they bury in the terms and agreements (on the 7th page a single sentence in the middle of a paragraph of fine print) that if you don't cancel in a few days you get billed the full amount for the 'Free Trial" and are set up for a reoccurring monthly bill. Sharon gave me the DN-AGE Peel a few days ago, and what a difference in my skin! After peeling, my face is now smooth, even textured, and touchable soft! My fine lines are virtually gone. I LOVE IT! Sharon amazes me with her skin knowledge, what products I should be using- and why- and always has a recommendation for my questions about my ever changing skin. This is definitely the place you want to go for CLINICAL care. Don't expect the "fluff" that you might receive from a spa place, as Sharon is results driven and uses products to achieve those results. I wish I could experience Sharron's treatments, unfortunatelly I gave up trying to schedule after couple of bumps on the road. First of I should say I purchased Groupon for a microdermabrasion treatment the end of last year. I had to leave the country for couple of months and go to Italy where my mother lives. I knew the Groupon didn't expire till March 2012, so I knew I had time. When I returned, the beginning of March, I called her and she said she's book and can't see me until a month after the Groupon expires, but she'll extend the offer and I still will be getting the treatment without paying extre fee. So I booked it for a month after the Groupon expired. Even then she sounded irritated on the phone for having to do so, she was explaining how this is interrupting her business; she's not a nail salon place where you can get in and out, etc. It almost sounded as if she was giving me unneeded lecture of how bad customer I am and how she doesn't want my businesses. I didn't say anything, I understood this is a frustrating situation for her and I didn't feel the need to explain her my situation. I thought I'll go in, get the treatment and be done with it. But about a five days before my treatment I received an invitation for a job interview- opportunity I wouldn't miss! Of course I gave her a call and left a voice mail asking for a call back. She didn't returned my call until the day before my scheduled treatment saying she's done enough for me and all other people who are taking advantage of her courtesy and we should be more carefull before buying groupons that we can't use on time, and how this is not some nail salon again and bla bla bla...I had no choice but to call Groupon and report to them what's going on. They were nice enough to refund the monetary value of the groupon, but they couldn't refund the emotional distress from having to listen to all Sharron had to say. I understand I wasn't her best customer experience ever, and that I was bad with my time management, but I didn't need to explain my reasons to her as I was the customer, not a child justifying their actions in front of the teacher. If she couldn't fulfill her obligations with Groupon and manage the volume of customers she would get by posting this offer, that wasn't my problem. It's her responsibillity to be ready for situations like this one and hire additional staff if needed. I can't speak from the name of all who originally called shortly before the offer expired, judjing by her comments we were a lot, but I never once complained to her about my personal situation and I feel like she was trying to buy my symphaty of hers! Ridiculous!!! I purchased this groupon based on all stellar reviews I read about this place and I was very much upset when she lived up to them. I work in a body fat laser reduction facility and we worked with Groupon once, I know how irritating could be when everybody decides to call the last minute. But not once we returned a customer and we told them what we are not. Instead, we keep adjusting our schedules by theirs because eventually they will come. So I want this review to be looked as a lesson for Sharron, if she reads it, of how she could improve and keep her word. I do believe she's amazing esthetician and I do know I could have used the amount I paid for after the groupon expired, based on her attitude on the phone though I didn't want her touching my face. Maybe next time she offers a groupon she could decide more accordingly on what volume of customers she could handle, so they don't have to listen to the nail salon story. It doesn't present her in the best businesswomen light as I didn't care about what she's not as a service, but what she claims to be. read more

I've heard Sharon does great work but Ty m (her new eyelash extension technician is HORRIBLE. She gave me a full set of volume lashes. A few hours after my appointment I texted her to ask her about it. She immediately scheduled me to come in the next day, which was awesome. When I showed up I stood their for 30 minutes as she ripped my eye lashes apart and did nothing more me but make it more painful. She told me to come back in a few hours and she would remove the lashes. I asked her if she had eyelash extension remover and she said no..WHAT..she said she would just pull them out. RED FLAG. I immediately left and called a well known lash girl (she's a farther drive for me) and she got me in right away to remove them. When I got to the other lash tech to get them removed she was shocked at how messed up she did my lashes. They were SO painful. BEWARE PEOPLE. My eyes still hurt. Then I go on Instagram to unfollow her (no reason to follow her anymore) and she blocked me!! I texted her and asked her why and she said she didn't want me to bash her. People need to know! First I have to say, Pristine Clinical Skin Care is the DIAMOND in the rough...the experience, products, service and of course Sharon just blew my mind! I got a peel, and all I can say is WOW! My skin is VELVET soft, fine lines, dullness, gone! I can't believe I didn't try this a long time ago, but then again I have yet to see a spa be able to deliver this service, the clinical part is what I have looking for..I'm African American so I have a darker skin tone and I'm very cautious where I go because darker skin should be treated different especially with peels and Sharon knew just what to do and what I needed! So ladies with darker skin it is safe to COME IN!! Sharon is just amazing in her product knowledge, she has been in the 20 years experience as a clinical esthetician and you can tell the minute she touches your face!
