First of all it took 4+ hours = Ridiculous Second of all - Sierra the Groomer should be Fired Finally, the MOD was a complete moron. We have a 2 year old Havanese and we were explicit of how we did NOT want him cut too short. As you can you see from the photo, he is almost completely shaven and looks terrible My wife was in tears picking up our dog and when she escalated the displeasure to the manager he did NOTHING. They even claimed we got the upgraded package with better shampoo and nail trim. Too bad he had nails done at the vet two days ago. All in All a Total Sham. The manager should count himself lucky I was not there to pick up the dog, or I would have taken the clippers to him!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

I get a…read morecall an hour later saying I had to pick her up because she tried to bite them when they were getting her out of the kennel. i told them at the beginning she has separation anxiety and she might nip. she has never bitten anyone and she is almost 5 years old. We are new to this area and wanted to find a reliable pet groomer with nice people. Petco is not it. If you are afraid of dogs, you should not be working there!

They attracted me from the street with their swooping eagle and twirly windtoys that I'm sure you too have seen if you live in Davenport and drive on Kimberly Road near Eastern Rd.. Hubby bought me the flying eagle (stationary kite?) for Christmas, but I decided it was a bad idea... we have a small plot of land, many neighbors, and I LIKE watching the bunnies and birdies who visit my yard... and yeah... that eagle is just too realistic and would scare them all away. This shop has lots of fun garden decorations inside. From rock ornaments that look like cranes or turtles to solar powered butterflies for your garden, it was just a fun store to browse through. The prices aren't "cheap" but it wasn't exorbitant either. It's a nice shop! I want hubby to buy my next gift here too! :)
