We stopped by to enquire about the peacocks for sale, and he was kind enough to give us a tour of his whole operation. He breeds peacocks, turkeys and horses, and is starting to work with a breed of lean red pigs. He also has some sheep and goats. He gave us lots of helpful info, since we just bought our farm. He was a real character! If you are serious about purchasing an animal, even if in the next season, stop by. Just knock on the door of the house up the driveway.

I have interacted with him daily, gave him treats, sing and whistle to him, but he's still terrified of hands because of whatever these people did to him. When I called to voice these concerns I was originally put on hold for near an hour, then when I finally reached the manager she just deflected and denied, even tried to tell me they don't have male employees when I mentioned that he's more scared of males but the kicker is a male employee sold me the bird! So not only do they mislabel and possibly abuse their animals, but they'll lie to your face about it! She offered me a refund if I brought the bird back but I didn't want him to go back into the hands of his abuser. EDIT: I feel like I should also state that they didn't even know the age or gender of the bird when I purchased it. They just had it labeled as a hand fed Cockatiel which in retrospect should have been the red flag to not purchase from these horrid people.

We became best friends went everywhere together I loved him like no other taught him colors, how to count, Spanish even. So amazingly smart, easy going, last few months he started showing signs of Cushing disease it was breaking my heart I researched it no cure, tryed everything to try keep him comfortable, took him to a vet locally for blood test anything to help me. Everywhere I took Naynay couldn't or wouldn't even see him. Then the unthinkable my brother 2d one this year was in Hospital heartache. Naynay and I packed left that evening headed to California, 58 hours it took driving. We were 1 1/2 hrs late we list him... then headed to my mommas stayed 1 night left 12am headed to Pahrump NV, I had lived there 15 years surely a vet would see him hit Pahrump 9am stopped at first vet big fat no try this place hit every vet Naynay was in trouble needed a salin iv something I knew he was in big trouble nobody would listen. Advice was all they would give call 8 am they said I said he wouldn't make it till 8 am. I held my baby boy till he took his last breath last heart beat I kissed his little head cried lived you so very much my baby boy passed away in my arms. Today all I can say is I wish I could of helped him as much as he helped me even if it was for only 7 years 1 month. I found him 1 week after losing my other dog. This year I lost 2 brothers and 2 dogs. Would love another.
