The self service had everything you need to wash your dog: brush, aprons, hot and cold water dispensed through a spray that has different spray settings, leash for inside the wash tub and blow dryer. Everything went smoothly with our dog wash. My only suggestion is adding some heat to the blow dryer as it was hard to dry our dog's hair fully. Fair note though, I forgot to use the included towel :) The shop itself is big! There are so many different food options to choose from for your dog, and there is even a dog bakery. The cashier and workers were very friendly, kind and helpful. They give our kids some crayons, a drawing and stickers! We were able to check out as soon as we got in. This made leaving very easy since our company was two toddlers and a young dog :) Next time we are in the area, we will definitely drop by again!

Great, I thought, as I have another one even older that is also broken so I brought it in. They repaired the first one, and told me that the second one was so old that the model had changed and they couldn't get the parts to fix it. So they gave me a brand new one, not under warranty - just gave it to me for free. I was stunned. This level of customer support is amazing. This is my go to store from now on for all things bird related. Bearded dragons looked like they were struggling to survive without a uvb light, same with the turtles as they will develop metabolic bone disease. Some reptiles living in enclosures with no lighting at all!! Never mind how their feces is covering their whole enclosure. Chinchilla just looked downright depressed in its cage, rodents had no toys or hides. No return policy on any of the animals because they all look so sick they'll probably won't even make it home with you. Some birds were in tragically small cages. I really wanted this place to be good but unfortunately I do not think i'll return due to these conditions.

Staff is down home and scruffy. Good prices. Off the beaten path to most, but I used to live not too far away and I still make a monthly visit for dog food and big bags of bird seed. They sell finch food in cloth bags! Love those.
