They are big asset in our community and I will support thot 100%! The employees and owner are helpful and if you have questions they will help any way they can. When I spoke to them they said they plan to expand and grow in location they are in. They used to be in antique to chic but they have lot more room and control of the business I. Current location. I think they will do very well and can't wait to see what they do next. When I went today they had a touch tank outside and a pretty good sized iguana who I have to say was gorgeous sitting in his cage outside the door. When I went in I was of course welcomed by employee but also by the office dog! So sweet I just loved the pup! Then I walked around there was a ferret in a cage , a parrot, and some baby rescued bunnies! I think it's a great place to take kids because not only do they have animals but the gem collection is awesome. I purchased 4 and can't wait to go back!! Some I knew some I didn't but it's a really cool addition to our community! I highly recommend it

This is a state law of NC that the managers CHRIS AND STEPHANIE need to education on. Not only were they rude, they didn't care what condition bags on food for animal consumption were in as long as they got full price! On top of being rude when I mentioned in CT the Tractor Supplies never sold damaged open containers, that were retaped. Called corporate for tractor supply and they said that is not policy at any of their stores and apologized many times. This is not the first time I have had to call corporate on the store in New Bern NC for delivered damaged goods. Unfortunately, I will no longer be doing business with them. BTW in the last 18 months I have spent over$4000 there. You've lost a good customer.

Upon arrival to the grooming salon, Kristina was already irritated and informed me that because my…read moredog did not get along with other dogs she would have to rush through his grooming because there was a full schedule today. I informed her that it's okay if she can't dry him as he has never liked the blow dryer. She informed me that they would shave him "dirty" and then give him a bath to which I said what ever is easier for y'all. She calls us an hour later to pick up my dog. His haircut is so bad. He's got insane streaks, his legs, his tail, and his head are not shaved. We were charged 89$ for my dog to look like Frankenstein. I have taken my dog there for about 8 years on and off , however this last year things have really changed with this salon. He used to have no issue having his nails cut and after going to this salon he will not even let us touch his feet ( which everyone knows what that means). However until today the salon has never returned him to me looking crazy or even wet for that matter. It was not until he was groomed by Kristina that things really escalated. The manager of the store did refund me for the haircut, which I appreciate, but morally I feel I have to leave this review. I think we all have to deal with difficult things at work, but most of us manage to still be a decent person and act with kindness. Especially when you are dealing with a senior animal). I wouldn't trust Kristina to shave a strangers leg let alone touch my dog again. My dog is high strung and loud, not aggressive what so ever, he does not like the blow dryer. I know this and always tell them it's okay if you cannot dry him completely , I would rather him be damp than stressed out. He is 9 years old and has hip dysplasia in one hip, all I ask is that his hair be cut for the summer. I'm disappointed but honestly I appreciate this experience because who knows what happens behind closed doors.
