I was told if he wore it and it didn't fit, they would accept it back as long as I had the receipt and tag. I bought it on a Wednesday and attempted to return it on a Friday. He wore it once for a long walk and I removed it when I came home. It didn't fit him well and seemed too snug for continued use, specifically around his neck. Somehow on our walk it became frayed on the underside. I tried to exchange it with the intention of buying one of the nicer harnesses. I was told they would be unable to resell it bc "he must've chewed it up". Which didn't happen. He only had it on for the walk and was taken off when we got back. I was told it wasn't too small then and we can't resell it". People are constantly saying to support local businesses. Return policies like this make it difficult when big stores like petco or petsmart will exchange with 0 hassle. For a store that is empty every time I've been there, I would think they'd be more understanding and relaxed in an exchange, especially considering I was going to spend more money than the first time I was there.

Well, Tractor Supply is a hardware and a store for folks who work outside. That's it, it is not trying to be anything else. When you need just 3 lock washers, and not a prepackaged assortment on a sealed package of 12 lock washers, Tractor Supply is there for you. Or maybe you need PVC pipe, or a stock tank, animal feed, coveralls, a lawn mower, or affordable hand tools, they are there for you. It is kind of like what hardware stores used to be - before they became "home centers." Looking closely, you might notice that while there might not be a large selection of brands, there is a great selection of useful hardware items. And those items are usually good quality and at a reasonable price. I have always been greeted at the door, and if I appeared lost someone would come to my aid. Being less than a half mile from my home I have come to think of it as my other work shop when I need that one item to finish a project. While you might not be able to order a full kitchen remodel, you will easily find the faucet washer you need to stop that leaking faucet in your current kitchen. So do not think of it as some kind of farm store, think of it as your savior when your tool box does not contain the specific piece of hardware that it hold you up. It was more about training the humans as the dogs are relatively easy if they humans get it right. :) Second class was just for fun agility. It was a great course that my dog enjoyed. Most recently, we completed the Canine Good Citizen course and test with Karen DiCostanzo (she was not the instructor for the other courses). She was very knowledgeable and communicative. The class was incredibly helpful in getting my dog to pass the test. I appreciated Karen's attention to detail (text reminders about what to bring to class, providing full water dishes for each dog, etc.)

I purchased a mouse from her once, two days later she died from wet tail. I will never go inside again, I gave it two stars because she owns a very sweet tortious and I'm sure she's doing her best.. Her store is not big time crisp and clean. It is a hometown store where you get homegrown care. We have never met a more compassionate, caring person when it comes to animal care. Her animals look good, fed and if you see one not well, just ask. Most likely she took it in. She takes in the injured, sick, hungry. Gets them well and on their way.
