Considering we were far from home, we did not know the area, but miraculously found Moe's. this was the place to be! I loved it! The place was busy but when it was our turn, the person who helped us made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered (in other words, did not rush us). He gave us some options and it seemed that everything there was quality stuff! They even had an open (maybe used) seat and a band new one. Both looked the same, yet we paid less for the 'used' one. We ended up getting 2, and that saved the trip! Definitely visit this place and let them help you with whatever you need. ........ .. ... .. ..

I am always happy to encounter a salesperson who is more concerned with selling me the right product and not what they want to sell. From the very start it was clear Moe's wanted to prioritize earning my trust and having me as a return customer. They listened to what I wanted but asked questions to find out what I needed. If there was ever a contradiction between two things I wanted they never made me feel in the wrong for it. Not once did I ever feel pressured. And the little details to surprise me at pickup really drove it home and the sale was done already. I strongly recommend this be the place you checkout if you're interested in a bike at any level or price range. They told me twice at the counter that we get 15%…read moreback when we use the card (too good to be true) and then again on a visit 4 days later, the same guy clarified that when we received the Card, we would get %5 off the purchase that we could use pretty fast and that the other 10% applied later somehow. It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.

Ok, well the Oregon Sports employees have never been famous for their customer service, no matter which location you visit. I'm in the middle of a discussion with my husband, and I hear his name yelled. Apparently he worked with our douche of an employee like a year ago. So, he's distracted. Which means I have plenty of time to wander and find things. Sadly, find things I did! We ended up spending almost $150. Apparently he was in a good mood last night and bought me everything I wanted. Lol. Failing that, he felt bad for making me go to that crappy bar I just finished reviewing. Either way I found some great Nike shirts and a hat. I'm picky about my Duck gear and wear exclusively Nike for that. I found a good selection and was impressed. Nathan found one shirt, I believe. Everything else was mine. There's a single mirror in the women's section, that's completely hidden/camouflaged, and I had to ask where it was. There's no fitting room. My only saving grace is I was wearing multiple shirts, so I can try stuff on over them if needed. I was not impressed by this though. So douche (I forget his name, as he's not important enough to remember) previously worked with my husband. There was some sort of personality conflict between him and the managers. Somehow after listening to him, I could see why. Customer service is huge in my husband's job. This guy fit in far better at Oregon Sports, where he wasn't required to have any customer service skills. I was impressed by the selection in this store, although small and cramped, it deserves 3-4 stars. The customer service is a 1 star shit show. So that's why it gets 2 stars. Will I return? Probably, but not in the near future. My husband already paid a small fortune for his whim. I doubt he'll be excited to let me in there loose again. Lol.
