What a fun place to grab a hot cuppa Joe and some delicious pastries en route to the northern entrance of the beautiful Yellowstone National Park. We live in Bozeman and are devoted patrons of Wild Crumb in town, but we decided to head over to the Park for the day and Mrs. B had seen an article about this great bakery/barbecue combo. Given that we're suckers for good bakeries (and barbecue), we had to stop. It's set just off the highway in the charming tiny community of Emigrant, the owners and staff are enthusiastic and obviously enjoy their work, the atmosphere is small town but sassy, and the pastries themselves are as good as you'll find anywhere. If you're headed into the Park (or out), you really should stop. You'll love it.

Finally was able to experience their baked goods, so very excited! Its days/hours open are a challenge, unless you live nearby in Livingston or in the Paradise Valley, or passing through to or from Yellowstone National Park! The sourdough bread loaf is exceptional: Dense, toasts beautifully--perfect for all purposes! Love it! 24 ounces & slices very easily; they offered to slice it for me, which was very nice, but I opted to slice it at home. The blueberry-peach oat crumb bar was very delicious! Perfect after hiking in Yellowstone! The white mocha latte was a bit of a disappointment because I asked for two shots of huckleberry, & I didn't taste huckleberry at all, even after she added more... I also bought a huge cookie with chocolate, toffee, & some other wonderful ingredient--probably cashews or hazelnuts? Saving it for tomorrow, & it smells amazing through the wrapping! Definitely worth a stop as you're passing through Emigrant on HWY 89 in the Paradise Valley! Typically in the high-season summer months, they're open 7:30-2:30 Thursday through Monday.

Great service! My latte was decently priced and very good! Will definitely be coming back!

Went here both mornings we were in the area, and did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the staff very accommodating with our food allergy requests (dairy and soy). Everything is made from scratch and tastes better than you could imagine. Also tried the breakfast burrito with bbq from the place next door and it was legit. Go here. You won't regret it!

What an amazing find in Emigrant! Such great bakery pastry items as well as coffee (they have oat and almond milk) and savory items (breakfast sandwich/burritos). Highly recommend!

What an amazing find. We were staying about 4 miles away in an air bnb and saw that a previous guest noted how good this place was in the guest journal. I had a skinny latte and homemade pop tart. BF had black coffee and huckleberry scone. All was delicious but I have to say that was the best scone I've ever tasted. You won't be disappointed

Best pop tarts!! They are homemade and filled with berry filling and frosting that hits the spot. However the second day we got our second helping of these amazing goodies, we found to our dismay that they gave us three more-than-a-day old. A bakery should never serve day

    Outside the yummiest bakery :)

Our waitress was very kind, provided great service & great recommendations! We had the FRITES & FONDUE for an appetizer, fries were great, the Parmesan was a nice touch and the fondue didn't have a lot of flavor. Our entrees were served hot, packed with flavor & the pasta was cooked al dente. We both loved the our entrees, as we continued our meal seeing all the other entrees going to tables we are excited to come back to try the vast options on the menu. The cheesecake was delicious & fresh we truly appreciate the quality & taste of desserts being made in house- you can tell the difference & it is absolutely worth it. We will be back, it may be over an hour drive for us but a drive well worth it.

The Fungi Pizza: This is our usual go-to, but the dine-in version was totally off. For takeout, they pack the greens separately so you can control the heavy lime flavor, and they include a cream of mushroom sauce that makes it incredibly creamy. In the restaurant, they forgot the cream sauce entirely and piled the greens on top with so much lime it tasted like biting into lemons. We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. This dish is actually much better when you dine in. When we get it for takeout, it loses its crunch and ends up feeling like a basic chicken nugget. Definitely order this one fresh at the table.

That was the best tasting scone I've ever had! We started off with the garlic bread and it comes out on a pesto. It was toasted just right and has just a splash of balsamic glaze that added the best balance. Whole cloves of roasted garlic on there too! The chili, I can honestly say beat mine, and I make a damn good chili! Just the right amount of heat and the jalapeño cornbread added just the right texture. Bison strip in bourbon garlic sauce was the best meal I have had in a really long time. The vegetable served with it was perfectly cooked and fresh! I highly recommend trying this place you won't be disappointed!

The town itself is quaint, and this felt like a perfect place to grab a bite before heading into the park. We ordered the wild game chili, which was really flavorful and hearty, along with the loaded tots, which were a fun addition to the meal. Overall, a great stop for us and a place I would recommend if you are heading into Yellowstone from this entrance.
