We get the Acropolis Special Steak! Highly recommended! Tender! Marbled! Perfect! A nice lady customer at the store recommended it to us! Thanks! I just recommended it to a couple I met at the store! Preparation... coarse salt, lots of fresh cracked black pepper and tons of Lebanese spice mix. 3 minutes per side in a lightly oiled medium high heat preheated cast iron skilled. Bam! It's a small shop but they offer a lot of great choices. If you can't find what you want here you probably won't find it. We got a 4 pack of sirloins and they were very reasonable and the flavor was amazing. We cook ours medium rare and they were so tender you could cut them with a fork. We will be back for sure to try out some other cuts and meats.
