I've gotten the most satisfactory experiences/outcomes when I had done research in advance and had an idea what I wanted walking in. Debbie can help refine from there but if you don't know what you want you'll be overwhelmed because 1. they have so many machines, 2. Debbie will try to upsell you on combining many different things and her recommendations are good but i.e. if you'd bought only the treatment you came in for and one of her recommended complementary treatments, you'd get 90% of the result vs if you got everything and spent exponentially more. Hope that makes sense. But again, I recommend them and shiny laser continues to be my go-to for non-surgical cosmetic.
