Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity.
