He cleaned them off and then gave them back. THAT was huge to me because I get drippy drinks all the time and no one ever cares. But he did. He went above what I've experienced before and that made a huge difference to me. I hate getting sticky from pop and I HATE having to clean my seats or my cup holders because of drippy drinks!! When multiple visits consistently come with the same poor experience, it reflects a bigger issue with management and expectations.
