i have come here multiple times and i have never experienced service this terrible. whoever was working on 3/5 5PM with the lash extensions needs to be addressed by management. first, while i was speaking to him, he took a personal call and acted like i was the one interrupting him. when he finally told whoever was on the phone that he'll talk to her soon, he rushed through my questions about the products. I asked if they had space bars which he reluctantly pointed to and immediately pushed for me to purchase. I asked if it was mint and if the vape was green colored and he said yes, but it was obviously clear?? after i asked him about other vapes he SCOFFED IN MY FACE and my friends and i were so off put that we left. he then went right back to his call. i'll never shop here again. to the employee, if you hate working there so much then quit. you're just making city smoke's already weird reputation even worse. xoxo read more

I've been coming here for years - at least once a week. I am a very faithful customer. Tonight I went in the buy a battery and was charged a tobacco tax on a product that doesn't contain nicotine and isn't used for that purpose. The item was priced at $60, but the itemized receipt read $63 with a sales tax of $3.90 (6.5%). When I asked the cashier why the item was marked $60 but rang up as $63, he told me all items have a tax, but that rings up with the item and is separate from sales tax, further adding it's a tobacco tax on everything in the store. This was very weird and I've never experienced this before. This isn't a dispensary and my product does not say nicotine anywhere on it. Per MA law... Electronic cigarettes or vape products that don't contain nicotine are not subject to the state's tobacco excise tax. I'll go to the dispensary from now on. I'm not paying 8% tax on every item purchased from this overpriced smoke shop. It's not about the $3, it's about transparency and customer service. read more

This place is awesome! Whoever is giving 1 star reviews based on the products clearly hasn't owned a business and know how reviews like that hurt a business for no reason. If you don't like the product, write a review on the company who made it. My wife and I went in here and the owner was SUPER helpful. He knew everything there was to know about anything we asked and was as polite and nice as can be. He made our experience today 100% awesome. I would definitely go back here. read more

I bought a vape but was defective. Each time I was smoking it e-liquid cones out but the manager told me that it was the vape itself that does that. After some research on internet I found that this model had defective vape and in the shop they didn't wanted to hear anything about that and I couldn't exchange it neither have a refund. Really bad services I strongly don't recommend this shop if you need anything there are others nearby ! read more

No complaints on the service, no complaints on quantity of inventory. My only complaint is in regards to fake juul pods. They have a sign outside the store stating they are an authorized dealer for Juul. Mind you there is also a whole wall devoted to Juul pods. I bought one pack of mint pods and one pack of cucumber for my girlfriend. The mint pods seemed to be legit but he cucumber flavor was clearly fake. The store employee assured us everything was real. Granted many people stay away from cucumber because it isn't a favorable flavor in the Juul world, but advertising as an authorized retailer they are expected to be legit. I comforted her all night as she tried everything she could to get pod juice out of her mouth. We compared the boxes of the two pods and the pods themselves and they were slightly different font, not noticeable by glancing at them. We want our money back, but they were not able to offer a receipt when we paid cash. Beware Jullies! read more

Good selection of juul but weird staff. It's uncomfortable in there. It's better than Boston smoke shop but still a weird vibe. Because it's one of the few places you can get juul it is crazy expensive as they are price gouging. I hope the vape ban lifts so we can get more reasonably priced juice. read more

WOW! I wasn't sure what to expect I walked in here, but was throughly surprised by the warm level of service. Admittedly I am new to the CBD game and had an idea of what I needed. Disappointed with this places customer service. I bought a device off them about two weeks ago. A week after I bought the item, the item stopped working. I paid money for this device and after a week it doesn't work? I called the store and they said they only accept exchanges for 72 hours. Really? I never heard of a store doing that. When I mentioned that I obviously was sold something defective, as how can a $25 battery stop working after only a few moments of use over a week. They said they would give me a discount to buy a new one. I am sure that the discount would be less than the money I'd have to take the T over there. I'll take by business else where. Selling products at that price that break after a week is just unethical in my opinion. I've never had a battery do this to me at any other place. read more

EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO HERE! The gentleman that works there, CJ was the most kind, patient and positive person that I have ever met as a customer. He was able to answer every question I had (which was a lot) about a variety of items. He knew all about the bongs and what each chamber was called and all the fancy stuff inside it and how everything works! This place had the most glass pieces to choose from versus any other shop I have gone too. As well as super clean and organized and was easy to see and find everything.The vibe is awesome, I think a lot of that had to do with CJ. He was patient and if he had to leave for a sec to help someone else he was very sweet about it and came back to help me super swiftly! He brightened my day and I felt so confident with my purchases. I will only be coming here from now on and I definitely hope to see CJ there each time! I forgot to also mention I am clumsy and broke my last bong and my girlfriend just broke the last one we had and so when I mentioned that he showed me one that was easy to hold and light!
