I had such an amazing and intimate experience at Angela's Bridal, a woman owned business! And, I had no idea that I'd be supported by a very thoughtful, kind, and patient person no other than Taty! At the start of the appointment, five of the dresses I wished to try on were pulled and placed into my fitting room. From there, Taty was able to make informed decisions to pull more dresses that catered to my vision. She helped me into the dress, clipped to my body, and even held my train and walked me to the podium. I also appreciated her expertise to help add a belt embellishment or veil to tie the dress together. Each dress was better than the next!! Not only were the dresses beautiful with a wide variety of options and variances, but they were so affordable! Everything shown was in my price range and I was even happily surprised that some dresses I tried on were On Sale. Angela's Bridal has great selection and value, with the added bonus of Off the Rack options! I give it a 10/10 for dress selection in the store! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and experience. The shop also offers Quinceanera dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and bridesmaid dresses. I found Angela's Bridal when I was looking for a salon that could get me in on October 15, 2016 when my friends were coming into town. Come to find that it's hard to get a bridal appointment in the Boston area on a Saturday! Angela's had availability so that was it! I thought I would probably visit a few salons, but Angela's had a HUGE selection and everyone was very kind. No one was pushy and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I visited one other salon, but they had nearly all mermaids and trumpet style dresses and I was not impressed! I liked what I had seen at Angela's, so I brought my mom back a few months later. Angela's had noted my top 3 from the first visit, and one of these was the dress I ended up choosing! Angela's was easy to work with, including arranging payments by phone. This is a family shop and there were often cute kids running around, which added to the charm. The seamstress who fitted me was also very sweet and kind (she's a wedding dress designer by trade and comes in to help with the fittings and alterations). At the wedding I had tons of compliments on both the style and fit of the dress. I came to Angela's Bridal directly from a very bad experience at a different store shopping for a wedding dress. The minute I walked in Tati greeted us enthusiastically and made us feel at home. She had already pulled several dresses for me before I arrived, all within my budget and based on styles I said I was interested in. Each dress I tried on frankly looked stunning, even if it wasn't my style in the end. Tati worked hard to make sure each dress was clipped properly and fit to my body, and helped me try different veils and sleeves to compliment them. With each dress she noted what I loved and didn't love, and then would pull more dresses she thought I would like based on that feedback. I must have tried on 15+ dresses and she never made me feel rushed, and was so supportive and attentive. She thought I would like a dress that was $180 over my original budget and asked my permission before she even showed it to me. Ultimately, I found the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be happier! I had such a fantastic experience at Angela's. I chose this as my first stop based on the great reviews and the fact that they carried Mori Lee. I made my appointment online and filled out a survey with everything that I was looking for. My consultant, Jenny, referenced the survey when I arrived and I loved that she already had an idea what I was looking for. Also, the location is right over the city line from Dedham and has plenty of parking. The boutique itself is HUGE with plenty of choices. My group and I were able to pick dresses we liked off the racks and Jenny supplemented as the appointment went on. The prices were great and we had plenty of selection for our budget of $1500 or less. What I was really excited about is that the samples weren't itty bitty. I wear between a size 12 - 14 and was nervous that I wouldn't be able to fit into anything. They had a large range of sample sizes and Jenny got me into all the ones I wanted to try. For the one that was way too big, Jenny expertly clipped the dress so I could see how it fit to my body. I loved the runway they have set up with all the mirrors and really felt like I got the "bridal" experience. While I didn't walk out with a gown, I was so appreciative of Jenny's patience and reassurances that more gowns are sent in all the time. I went to Angela's this past weekend to look at bridal gowns and had a very positive experience. I came here in search of one specific gown. After calling many different stores in the area, Angela's was the only store to carry this gown. Deliz was my consultant, and she was awesome. First of all, she had the gown I had come in to try on waiting for me when I got there. She then asked for pictures of other dresses I was interested in, and I showed her the various dresses I had saved on my phone. They had almost every dress I had saved, which I was shocked by based on my experiences at other bridal stores. As I tried on different dresses, Deliz listened to my and my family's feedback and pulled other dresses she thought I might like. She hit the nail on the head with every dress she pulled. We liked them all, and it made for a tough decision, but I ultimately chose the dress I had come in to see. I would definitely recommend Angela's if you're looking for a bridal gown. They have a large selection of beautiful gowns that are very reasonably priced compared to the same designers I've seen at other stores. I never felt rushed or pressured during my appointment. This place is amazing! Before even visiting the shop, I reached out to see if they had a dress I was dying to try on. They did not have a sample in the store, but offered to get one shipped from the designer so I could try it on! So helpful!! For our appointment, my consultant was Jenny and she was incredible! She really took the time to talk with me about what I liked/disliked about each dress. She asked about my fiance and our venue and thoughtfully picked dresses for me to try on. Wonderful, calm experience in a beautiful bridal boutique. I made my appointment via e-mail and they send a confirmation with a form to fill out about what you're looking for. There is ample parking and they only have 2-3 appointments at a time, so there's plenty of space and is a very calm atmosphere. My consultant, Jenny, was friendly and knowledgable and pulled dresses based on what I wanted and my budget. She really listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all. She was able to make suggestions about accessories and alterations. I did not end up buying my dress here, but I really enjoyed the experience. I will say, it does seem to be a more traditional bridal boutique. My favorite dress that I tried on was a lace number that was beautiful, but ultimately not the style I was looking for. I called Angela's Bridal for an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. I was attended to immediately and once I showed the lady to photos os dresses I was interested in she pulled out dresses that matched my style to the T. I honestly struggled to decided which one to go with because she kept pulling out such amazing dresses which is not what usually happens to me. The lady was very patient with me as I actually tried all the dresses twice in an effort to make up my mind. I wish I remembered the lady's name who assisted me. The only thing I didn't like was at the end of my appointment is another lady was supposed to assist me with getting time lines for expedited processing for the dresses I liked and she said she would call me a few days later with the information and didn't. But someone did manage to give me the information when I called to follow up. I would still give my overall experience 5 stars. I was referred to Angela's bridal by co-workers who purchased their dresses there. The minute I walked in I knew I was going to buy my dress there. It had beautiful mirrors and a stage/runway where I could model the dresses for my family and even cute signs for my family to hold up and rate the dresses. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I needed to and even go back twice before making a final decision. The dress arrived early and they even have in-house alterations and steamed the dress a few days before the wedding for me. When I went back for alterations I purchased beautiful David Tutera earrings and bracelet to wear on my wedding day. The entire dress buying experience was fun and easy and they had a wide variety of designers to choose from. I ended up purchasing a Kenneth and Winston gown that was stunning and reasonably priced! After a successful shopping trip and finding my dress my experience with Angela's went down hill. I was told they couldn't give me a ball park for alterations but usually it's about $50-100. After their seamstress pinned my dress they told me it would be $465 for a bustle hem and cups to be paid in full that first fitting appointment. Flash forward to picking up my gown and it looks as if it were never pressed and they tell me they could "re press" it if I came back the following day. I wandered in just to look around and, as luck would have it, there was an appointment cancellation and the owner's daughter helped me try on a handful of gowns. When I made an appointment to come back with some family members, I got the same girl again and she was so great. She knew designers and styles, and made recommendations that looked great on me that I NEVER would have picked out myself! They have a great platform and mirrors, and can play with the lights so you can see the gown in different settings. I'd gone to other stores where your appointment ends at a certain time and then the staff ignores you. My bridal dress appointment at Angela's was the BEST. The store is clean and roomy with an awesome runway-esque set up so you can really see the dresses at all angles. I worked with Hector, who was amazing. He helped me try on essentially every potential style in the dress shape I liked, and pushed me to try a few things that I wouldn't have picked out myself and ended up absolutely loving. When I found my dress, Hector picked out gorgeous accessories and a veil to complete the look, but was not at all pushy about buying anything (not the case in other bridal boutiques). Hector also took the time to help me browse some bridesmaid dresses, and accommodated my big and boisterous shopping party. I went to Angelas bridal to look for possible prom dresses, nobody greeted me when I walked in the door or came up to me on the floor to see if I needed help. There were two woman that I saw working and neither showed interest in helping. I'm very frustrated. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and gave them my exact measurements. They placed me between a 10 and a 12. I told them to order the 10 but they ordered the 12 anyway. Now I am swimming in the dress and looking at expensive alterations. Also, the dress is missing the clasp at the back of the halter neck and will require that edit as well. The initial correspondence over email was very prompt and great. I was able to book an appointment 2 days out. On the day of the appointment, however, I came 10 minutes early and had to wait an additional 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before the dresses I wanted to try on were pulled and I was fitted into them. They were running behind because of the previous bride and it appeared that they only had 1 person to do the fitting and 1 person to run the front desk. The gown collection itself was alright. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I loved my whole experience with Angela's Bridal. Angela, and her daughters Taty and Jen were wonderful to work with. Very down to earth, accommodating, kind, fun and helpful. I found a dress I liked but wanted to make it my own. They happily created a one of a kind dress for me bringing the customizations I envisioned to life! They built out cap sleeves and added sparkle throughout. It was not an easy feat but they did it from scratch. The other best part of Angela's is their competitive prices and huge selection! I went to many bridal shops before deciding on Angela's. They had all of the latest brands and dresses I wanted to see and all at an affordable price. At Angela's, it's EASY to stay under $3,000 and even under $2,000 while looking like you're in a $10,000 couture gown. I loved the fact that none of the associates pressured me into any sales and let me come back over and over again until I made my decision. They gave me prices up front and let me try on as many dresses I wanted to. I would say that if you see a dress elsewhere that you love, check with Angela's Bridal to see if they carry that brand and dress and I bet they will give you a better price and better service. I definitely recommend Angela's Bridal for all of your wedding day needs for the bride, bridesmaids, flower girls and mother of the bride. I haven't received my dress yet (expecting it in about 2 months or so) but I felt compelled to write a review anyway because I had such an AMAZING experience here. I'm a plus-size woman and had a couple of frustrating experiences at other stores in the Greater Boston area that didn't carry enough samples in a size large enough for me to get the dress on. Angela's has an incredibly extensive collection of dresses from various designers, and a wonderful selection of gorgeous plus size dresses - not the boring, plain, matronly potato sacks some places sell as the "safe" option for curvy girls. The service was amazing and actually I called and got an appt mid-day on a weekday and was the only one there for a while (I was feeling panicked that I hadn't found anything yet so took the soonest appt I could get). AND another big plus for this store: they have HUGE dressing rooms and ample mirrors. It astounds me how some bridal shops have tiny dressing rooms knowing that there will be some brides trying on "princess" gowns and dresses with tulle or long trains, etc. who end up stepping all over the dress trying to jump into a pile of fabric without bumping into the wall. I felt comfortable and calm trying on dresses - something I hadn't really felt at other bridal shops. It wasn't long before I fell in love with "the dress" and now I anxiously await its arrival! :) As an aside/pro tip from someone who made it out of dress-shopping alive and well: don't listen to anyone who tells you what style of dress you should wear "for your shape" - you can AND SHOULD wear absolutely whatever you feel beautiful in. I've visited this shop three times in the past month or so in search of my dream dress (they have a large selection, and I can only try on so many in one sitting before getting hangry), and found the most amazing dress on my third trip. They have such a large selection of so many different types of dresses, and the consultants are so helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. This was a great place. I came out here because their site says they have Pronovias dresses, and they are my dream wedding designer. They have a good selection of different gowns from brands like Essence of Australia and Allure, and I liked a lot of what I tried on. Unfortunately when I arrived, they only had a handful of Pronovias gowns to choose from, but the customer service was what makes me recommend this place.
