Absolutely 0 complaints now and it's nice to see a company that values feedback and makes changes. We moved in our apartment when it was brand new…read more The property owners here are too cheap to replace any wear and tear items in your apartment such as flooring. After six years, our old apartments replaced our flooring no questions asked. This place says we need to come up with a $1000 dollars first for a new floor I kid you not. They charge you for literally everything they can inside your apartment in addition to going up on rent 50 to 60 dollars each year. The median rent range in St. Charles Mo for a 2 bd 2 bth averages $1500-$1600 since the pandemic hit. Be warned that the owners here are slowly but surely trying to push the current tenants rent up to the average amount. The problem with that is that the apartment itself is not worth that. Not even close to that. I started out paying $1000 a month and that's currently what its worth given the current condition of it. There's also unsightly rust forming in the breezeways which they haven't fixed. Its not worth it especially if you've been a long time resident residing in the same apartment for many years without having anything replaced. Remember they do not replace anything free of charge. I'm giving two stars for the convenient area and vicinity only. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Especially if you're looking to settle down and spend 4 years or more somewhere. We aren't at all stuck here Thank God and will move somewhere that has value for the price as soon as the opportunity presents itself. The original staff here were a delight. They were always attentive to our needs and weren't fake and phoney to your face. The current staff there are not helpful in the least. The office staff there is so fake to your face. You will definitely see a diffferent side to them if you can't get something they request from you to them fast enough. Our rent is always early and we've been unproblematic there but I doubt any of that is appreciated. STEER CLEAR OF AVENTURA MID RIVERS OR ANY MLP PROPERTY. I do recommend the apartments across the street, Meadow Ridge. I've heard nothing but good things about them and its a good value for your hard earned money over there. It is a property owners market right now with apartments being in such high demand. Tenants are expendable to these rich and wealthy property owners.

We ultimately ended up moving due to location needs, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the property or management. I've had my son living at multiple apartment complexes over the years, and I can honestly say this is by far one of the better ones, easily top three overall. Shannon (Property Manager) is exceptional. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about residents' comfort. Gavin from the leasing office is always helpful and responsive. Jeremy (maintenance) does outstanding, precise work, and Layton keeps the grounds and balconies looking great. During a recent visit, the team did an amazing job power washing both balconies, cleaning windows, and making sure everything in the apartment was perfect. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and respectful. This level of service really makes Whispering Hills stand out. Five stars all the way!

Management and property owners gave insufficient reason for their…read moreactions related to building security--overall dismissive of real concerns we had regarding homeless individuals occupying the stairwells (yes, that creepy under-staircase area) and urinating in the elevator (smelling for days on end). Community members shared experiences with these issues--mind you, single women and the elderly--between each other and management yet never once was a notice posted on the messages board in the apartment app where "community" announcements go. Our particular situation was such that we could only use one elevator which I found a homeless person in twice (in addition to sleeping under the stairs). Absolutely no sympathy for my wife and child having to use that elevator while I am on military orders (we have a dog that naturally needs to go out with baby and stroller, morning and night). We had to leave the apartment because of this and eat the early termination fee. Again, not one care given to the sensitive situation. We were told security was being hired but such and such date, which never came to fruition while we were there. The shipping delivery situation is a pretty big mess, packages everywhere most of the time and unclear directions (or none at all) as to how to get to which apartment. Just bank on delivery people not caring enough to find you and losing 1/5 deliveries in the complex. The whole place only has a few people in charge. They either don't care or don't have the power to care, it's hard to know.
