Our server Jamie was super friendly. We came on a recommendation from the concierge at the Inn at Keys Crossing. I shared the fettuccini alfredo with my daughter. Sauce was homemade and delicious. My son loved the bbq wings. wifey had the half order of cheese fries with ranch (house made & great). she couldn't finish it but kept trying. Come by and enjoy a relaxed meal. read more

Ummmm, my wife and I would rate this less than a one star if you would allow. We agreed the only thing good is they serve Knotty Blonde Ale. We arrived at just past 9 pm on a Friday night, we sat for 10 min before I finally went to the bar and asked if we could sit anywhere. More in hopes to alert them we were there than anything as the sign said 'seat yourself'. I was snapped at like I was bothering the bartender, but was assured we could indeed sit where we liked. A waitress did come shortly after that and rudely told us they closed in about 1/2 hour and that we could only have our choice of about 6 bar-food options. But yet their website and even here their description says 11, not 10. So sadly we don't get hamburgers or steaks as we were hoping for. I mentioned the advertised time and was told 'we're a small town and we don't update that sort of thing'. We ordered our beers and a couple of options from the bar menu. Food arrived about 15 minutes later, cold. Did I mention nachos are not good cold. Pretty much tasteless food. The waitress came by twice to tell us they close at 10 so we needed to hurry. Prices not bad, but value for that price was way below our expectations. Service terrible and in fact rude. Food tasteless and cold. We frequent this small town about once a month. Sorry to say we were less than impressed. Will we be back to this place, never. Nor do we recommend you spend your time or money here either. read more

Good food selection, good selection of taps, reasonable pours, nice sports bar ambience and prices a little high but understand being in a small town hard to get volume purchasing discounts. Stay at Cross Keys as it is my landing place when on my CO regional visits for company. Walking distance between the two. Would give a 4 star if the owner had a better demeanor. She is either not a night person, not happy or both. Never seen someone work so hard to start closing 30 minutes before the hour and making sure everyone knows the hour is coming up. If there was another sports bar within walking distance I would be all over it. Can't be another grumpy owner in the same small town. read more

Burger would be awesome if it wasn't slathered in mayonnaise which I don't like and didn't realize until I had several bites of it. It also took FOREVER to cook as it was stuffed. Manager was a compete bitch and had the audacity to say all of our burgers have mayo. Had I known this in advance I would have requested no mayo. The manager discounted the burger which is fine but I had rather had it right and not waited another 30 minutes for another burger. I also asked for a beer list and shes like we don't have that as our taps change often. She told me to go down stairs and take a pic so I knew what they had. Went there last weekend for breakfast and was very impressed. 24 beers on tap with a solid line up and cheap growlers. I had an omelet with legit country potatoes for $10 which was better than expected. They have a nice set up inside also. Half basement area with shuffle board and darts and additional seating a few steps up. I will definitely be back! read more

HIGH priced, very low quality and drink are basically expensive water. let's start with the only thing that was decent. the drinks. we each ordered a screwdriver which entails vodka and orange juice. They obviously for got the vodka yet charged us 6.50 per each. not a decent price for juice. next the food. kinda hard to mess up a cold sandwich. a BLT at that but it was accomplished here. the L part was the main course. whole head of lettuce. onion rings were raw as well the onion burnt our eyes and the batter was goopy... how do you mess up onion rings?!!!! we also ordered bacon jalapeño poppers...... I'm sorry but I like my jalapeños cooked unless it's in tacos.... raw all around and the cream cheese mitus we'll have been milk. i highly doubt they will last another year with the prices and the quality. In town for a few days and locals said this was the best place in town to eat. I hope not, for their sakes. I ordered a hamburger with a side of macaroni & cheese. Hard to screw up, right? Wrong. The hamburger was burnt to a crisp. Beyond charred with ashy-tasting hard edges. The macaroni and cheese was more like cheese soup with some pasta bits. So runny it was impossible to eat. It looked so awful I took a picture of it. My dining companion ordered fettuccine with chicken. The chicken and mushroom bits in it were burnt. Inattentive night in the kitchen? I took the burnt hamburger meat out to our dog in the car. She wouldn't eat it, either. The chef murdered our food. They had to realize it but served it anyway. Go somewhere else to eat. As with the other two reviews, the food is good. The restaurant also provides "fresh" seafood from the Portland area I believe (...what one of the servers had told my wife and me). It's the owners that have prompted me to only rate the same establishment with two stars. Cooks and servers have last mere weeks. I personally witnessed such a lunch rush where the owner is sitting on his butt, there is only one server and folks half to leave without even receiving drinks and return to work. We've also witnessed the owner killing flys with a squirt gun around tables as he sits on his butt. Yes he's the owner, but he promotes an atmosphere that is pretty nauseous. My wife and I wanted Jeff to succeed, but he'll have to do it without us as patrons. read more

Very nice waitresses. Ambiance and interior setup theme was pretty cool. The food left a lot to be desired. My Jalapeño Bratwurst good flavor but was way overcooked (dry and chewy) and way too large a grind for a Brat (supposedly the owners of this joint also operate a local butcher shop). Housemade onion rings had a nice fluffy batter but were incredibly greasy (too low frying temp) and saturated a napkin I put them on to drain. My crewmates got some burgers which they said were good but somehow the kitchen managed to run out of tatertots (across the street from a Safeway) and sent out fries as a tough-shit-take-what-you-get order with a 45min+ fire time. They aren't stingy with the house ranch dressing though, it was pretty good. The apps we got--Jalapeño poppers and wings--were also good with a long lead time on them. read more

I have a family of three we all got burgers with fries and added egg they charged us 40 dollars just for the burgers then each egg was 3 dollars on top of that for a total of $49 dollars. When you break it down to $16.75 for a burger that falls apart as tastes like the ones I make at home I strongly recommend save your money and go else where like Mc Donalds or sonic. read more

I've visited this restaurant a total of three times. The first was with friends and I ordered soda - no complaints. The second, I ordered the French dip. The waitress was very rude and condescending and was extremely irritated when I simply asked for silverware to eat my salad. Little did I know, she was doing me a favor. My salad had brown leaves and the dressing was terrible, as if it had soured. The sandwich was dry and did not include cheese as I had requested. The meat was like shoe leather. Thinking that I maybe just had a bad experience, I stopped by months later while killing some time. My experience was the same. A different waitress treated me like an inconvenience. I stood at the bar, looking for a menu and she just stared at me and said nothing. After I had decided on a salad (different salad that my earlier visit), I had to track down the one waitress and she asked me from across the room what I was getting. The salad was decent this time, should've been awesome for the price. Bad customer service. Bad food. Will not go back. read more
