We were ok with this but once we got into the restaurant we were seated our appetizer came out two minutes before our food. The table next to us got up and left while we sat down. Very poor customer service. Waitress was very rude. She slammed our appetizer on the table and walked away. When I asked for utensils and napkins, she snapped at me and my wife who was there with our one year old as a family night out. After I asked for the manager, the manager approached us as we were leaving from being so upset from being so disrespected. I told her what had happened and that I did not appreciate being treated this way. A very meek "sorry" was the only response I recieved. WORST SERVICE EVER! I am not someone who ever complains at restaurants because I work in customer service my self and understand things happen but this was the worst service I have ever had in my life. We got to the restaurant and were immediately sat because it was not busy at all in the dining area. There were maybe 5 tables sat. We were given no utensils or napkins when we sat down. We ordered our drinks and received them 20 mins later. Waited another 20 mins before the guy even took our order, another 30 mins before our appetizer came out and then waited about an hour AFTER that before our food came out!! My boyfriend finally ended up talking to a manager who looked at our ticket and saw how long we had been there and expedited our order. When we got our food only 3 peoples food came out. Our 2 little kids who got chicken tenders and fries had no food so we waited another 10 mins for their food. My friend who went with us waited at least 20 mins after we all received our food and she only ordered CHEESE FRIES!! The easiest thing we ordered and she waited almost 2 hours total for cheese fries!! Make it make sense! We had talked to the manager so many times that they assigned us a different server who NEVER CAME!! To top it all off we received one refill on our drinks the entire time we were there and had to go hunt down our check and go to the front to pay because nobody ever came to our table to give us our check or pick it up. The food was not worth the wait AT ALL and the customer service was terrible. The only person who was even decent was the manager. I would never eat here again and never recommend it. read more

We came in for the grand opening yesterday! It was great! We go to Wild Wing Cafe in Charlotte and when we lived in Forest City, we used to go to the one in Spartanburg. For the first night the food and service couldn't have been any better! :) It was super busy, but the staff did good and the wait time wasn't too bad! We sat right by the stage. Tokyo Joe was the band, and they were so much fun! As far as the food goes, if you want wings, get gold rush sauce! The best appetizer is steel town spuds (fries). I have been here numerous times and the food is always good but the service was terrible so I stopped coming. I heard they had new managers that were turning it around, so I gave it another chance. I'm glad we did. The service was on point. Never had to wait for another beer. Food was hot and really quick to come out. All the games I wanted to watch were on and the atmosphere was great. The new manager Ashley was at our table a few times to make sure everything was up to our standards. I'll be back real soon. I can't get enough of the Braveheart wings. While the newly renovated rock n roll themed look is interesting, the idea to place a piano at the front door instead of a hostess stand is horrible. Not only do you immediately walk into it upon entering the restaurant, kids (read toddlers) have decided this is the best toy to play with in the restaurant so every other patron is subjected to every lazy parents child bashing and banging away on the keys. Then another 45 minutes for cold sub par food. And that was 45 minutes for cold overcooked garbage. When we got the silverware it is wrapped in what appears to be someone's old blue wash clothes. And it was disgustingly dirty. I wouldn't even use it to flick the leftover food from the previous diner off the table. She sat us at booth and forgot menus and said I'll bring your menus. She came back and literally tossed one menu on table. Still no acknowledgement by any waitress or manager. So after several more minutes I stop her again and ask again for manager. NOTE: At this point we still have no drinks and no visit from our assigned waitress. She responded by "I can't get manager, she'll have to" pointing to another waitress that had walked by our table several times already. Folks were coming in just standing with no one to greet them. We decided if this was how the service was then food service probably would only be worse so we left. And the attitude of all the staff we encountered was totally an " I don't care, I don't have time for you". This place is Not going to be around long. Chic Fil A is so successful and can make awesome profits closing on Sundays because they figured out how to treat customers. With respect and make them feel they are there to serve the customers. With a smile and genuine courtesy. Your staff could learn some pointers from Chic Fil A. Lots of new restaurants coming to Gastonia. She was distracted and did not do her job. Waited for a beer for over 20 minutes. She was sitting at a table with a man. Had to ask the server who brought our food,because it wasn't her. She then brings the beer and offers the explanation that "someone" was supposed to tell me they were changing the keg. Ummmm. You are the server, was that someone supposed to be you?
