Counting the car for me and cars I've co-signed for my sons, I've purchased four from Wilde between the summer of 2022 and the spring of 2024 (one new, three used). All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WILDE! I've purchased my last 3 cars from Wilde over the last 15 years. But regretfully the once good service department has gone down hill to the point where they are overcharging for work performed. There service department is no longer to be trusted. On two occasions I confronted there service tech and had I not been knowledgeable.... the manager would not have apologized and took hundreds off the bill. When I purchased a new Toyota Tundra, I was offered an extended warranty for $7,000. I was told that it covered everything and that it was a Toyota warranty. However, now the moonroof sunshade has come loose from its clips due to what appears to be a factory defect, and the extended warranty they sold me does not cover it. They are now trying to charge me $3,900 for the repair. In addition, the warranty they sold me is not actually from Toyota, but from a third-party company. I saw a car I wanted on the CarGurus website and contacted the dealership. I spoke with a sales associate named Tessa, who confirmed that the car was available at the advertised price. Later, I received a text from one of the managers, Chris Walczak, saying, "How can I help?" I called him to get more information and to assure him that I was serious about purchasing the car. I asked about financing options and an extended warranty. Initially, he said the car was not available at the advertised price, but after some discussion, he said he would honor the listed price and asked when I could come to get it. I told him that I would be off work at 2:30 p.m. and would get back to him after speaking with my wife. I called back around 3:45 p.m., but Chris was unavailable, so I spoke with the operator and left him a message. He never returned my call. When I called again the next day, Chris told me the car had been sold. I expressed my frustration and reminded him that I had made it clear I was ready to purchase the car. He replied, "You weren't here, and we can't hold it for you if you're not here." I told him that we had already finalized the deal and that I had left him a message, but he seemed unconcerned and instead became argumentative, trying to justify his actions. This was an example of extreme unprofessionalism from the management -- showing no regard for customers' feelings and only caring about making more money. These people are not trustworthy and appear to do everything they can to take advantage of customers by raising prices. I bought a used car in October 2025 and I took in for an oil change and both ti rods were leaking and the one was so ceased up I had to take it to a dealer to have it done and they also found a leak in the 4 wheel drive unit. This is by far the worst car I have ever bought there. I am spending 3000 dollars on this and I do not have another car. I will never buy another car from Wilde again. read more

Recently bought a car here and they were very helpful. They have a ton of inventory and friendly staff. We were able to test drive a corolla hatchback and it convinced us to get the car. Dan Mcdonell helped us out and very responsive to questions and keeping us updated with the car. We were able to get a car coming to the lot so we had to wait a month for the car to come in, but it was a right out of the factory model so that was worth the wait. They even had the car in the showroom so we know it was safe and not scratched at all. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time that it took to do everything. We came to the lot on sat and waited 3 hours to get our car. The loan was taking forever, so we came back on Monday to get it. We assumed it would take an hour tops because the loan was approved and we had told them we were coming in. Everything was set to go but it took us another 3 hours due to waiting for the loan officer. We were there until after closing due to waiting so long. So, after test driving and waiting there all day trying to get approved thru their finance team, they finally present me with my total payment making it seem that the warranty was included but no it was $3700 and didn't realize until the next day when I was wondering why my total seemed so high and I went back thru my paperwork. I feel like I was taken advantage of by them. I was in a position that I needed to buy a car because mine died and didn't have a lot of money to work with. No one ever wants to go to the car dealership, and my visit was no exception. I managed to break my key while turning on my car, and my valet key wasn't coded to my car. I managed to get my car to their service department on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to fit me in with no wait. It took a minute to explain my situation but they were able to code my key, and get me back on the road within an hour. Which I found to be a HUGE relief after a stressful day. It also didn't completely break the bank, which I also appreciate. While I waited I sat in their waiting room which had free coffee and hot chocolate, and the news on. They also had vending machines that took cards, which is a nice option for longer visits. All in all, I appreciate all they could do for me on short notice. read more

They mishandled my personal information and that of another customer. We received each other's personal information including name, address, phone number, and VIN of each other's vehicles. They claim that they were able to fix it, but i asked for a Toyota shirt (not a Wilde shirt) because I love the toyota brand and own two of them. The assistant GM promised me he would get me one, but I have never received it. He refuses to answer/return my phone calls. I was looking to potentially purchase another vehicle and while bringing in my Avalon for routine maintenance, I take with a salesman. He repeatedly lied to me and when I called him out, he kept saying that misunderstood him. That may have been true once, however, when my wife and I both heard the same things and then the salesman denies he said multiple things, that's not misunderstanding him, that's him lying. Their service department was embarrassing on this visit. Other customers and I were left waiting between 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Meanwhile countless service advisors walked past us and never acknowledged our existence. Another service advisor was swearing at a customer on the phone while feeling herself up, and other advisors were standing around joking with each other. This place is a total embarrassment to the Toyota brand. If it wasn't for the fact that my service appointments are free, I would never come back. Save yourselves and don't come here! read more

We contacted Wilde via internet a few weeks ago about a 2023 Venza. I told them we wanted to see how we fit into one as I'm 6'4" tall and then also wanted to take it for a test ride. So on Tuesday we got a call from Wilde that they just received a 2023 Venza and they were prepping it and we could come down to check it out Wednesday and take it out for a ride. Even scheduled an appointment. We arrived after a 38 mile trip for our appointment with Tessa the person that had called me. She came out and immediately turned us over to a salesman to show us the vehicle. Not a big issue so far. We go out to check out the Venza and the doors are locked. He goes in to get the keys, mind you we had set up an appointment the day before to check out the "brand new Venza" and do a test drive. Approximately 10+ minutes later he drives up in a very used 2022 Venza with 36K miles on it and tells us they cant find the key for the 2023. Were we just baited into coming to the dealership that had no intention of letting us drive it? They fooled us once but they won't get another chance to fool us again, that's for sure. Horrible buying experience Run away from Wilde Toyota. We started the process of purchasing a vehicle in January 2025. We explicitly told the Wilde sales rep that we'd had horrible purchasing experiences in the past and wanted to avoid the same with this vehicle purchase. We couldn't have been more explicit. We've been loyal Toyota customers for over 40 years. Toyotas are great. Nonetheless, during our 4 month 'journey' to purchase our next Toyota, we experienced terrible communication, poor follow-up, significant issues regarding financing, last minute documentation requests (even though we waited 3+ months for a vehicle) and a finance agent who, after hearing that we'd had a bad purchasing experience, suggested we should have purchased on-line. We provided feedback real-time to multiple sales and dealer management people at Wilde throughout the process. Nothing changed. In fact, on 'closing day' our interactions with the finance representative only served to rub salt into open wounds. After our sale had closed, and after repeated emails and comments to Wilde staff about our concerns, we received a phone call from Wilde's general manager Terry Schwieso. While it fits into the category of 'too little, too late' we appreciate Terry's willingness to listen to our concerns, if after the fact. He's got the factual feedback. TL;DR: Wisconsin Statute 616.56(15) states you can cancel an extended warrantee/VSC contract within 10 days without penalty on request. May this be useful to others who discover they've been ripped off. We have a mixed review. The vehicle we purchased was great, and at a fair price. The finance department, however, was misleading (dishonest) in their sales tactics about an extended warrantee on the vehicle, charging us more than double what we found online as a 'fair price' for the make and model we purchased, and suggesting if we didn't purchase it that day we'd miss the opportunity (we actually had 24 months, as that's when the factory warrantee expires). We were also given misleading figures about the cost of owning the vehicle (the cost the cited included gas/tires/brake pads, which are not covered under the VSC). Once we realized all of this we were angry and invoked the above statute to get a refund. FWIW, our salesman was wonderful. Smart. Knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with him and he was very informative. read more

This was the most straight forward, no games, transparent buying experience I've had in my life. Shout out to Tim "TW" Hansen, my Sales Associate. Tim was beyond knowledgeable about not only Toyotas, but basically every vehicle ever made. Tim listened to what my needs were and delivered. I was never pressured or roused and went above and beyond to ensure I was beyond satisfied. To speak to his character and his willingness to accommodate my purchase, Tim came in on his off day, shortly after having a dental procedure, to ensure I could take delivery of my vehicle. A few weeks ago, we purchased a used, 2023 Toyota Tundra SR5 (less than 20,000 miles), from Wilde Toyota (West Allis), and to say our experience was less than ideal is an understatement. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by pre-owned sales associate Terrance Dies. Initially, Terrance was pleasant to work with, took down my information, then allowed us to go on the test-drive alone. When we returned from the test-drive, Terrance exited the building and asked how we liked the truck; completely normal, and professional behavior from a salesman at a dealership. Being a used truck, I advised Terrance we would like some time to look the truck over; Terrance obliged, advising us to come inside when we were done. When we were done going over the truck, we went back inside, at which point we made contact with Terrance at his desk; it was at this point, things started to go downhill. Terrance asked us what we wanted to do, at which point we pointed out many damages on the truck, which they purposely made sure the online pictures didn't show; I understand this is an extremely common practice, since the dealership is just trying to get people in the door. I also understand that we were purchasing a used truck, and minor scratches/scuffs are common, but there were quite of few damages we believed should be addressed in the negotiation process; all four rims had major curb-rash, a decent dent in one of the door panels, and a large scratch on the side of the bed, which looked like a 5-year-old touched-up. Terrance dismissed everything we said, except for saying they could re-condition the wheels for $125/wheel, if we purchased the vehicle; that cost being on us. We briefly asked about Toyota Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), at which point Terrance told us a VSA was something that would be addressed later in the process. As we continued speaking with Terrance about the issues we found with the truck, he appeared to get irritated with us, as if he had somewhere better to be, and just assumed we were just going to say, "okay, we'll take it," at asking price, without any sort of negotiation. Terrance then asked us where we would like the price to be; I gave him an acceptable/fair starting-point for negotiations. Terrance immediately got up from his desk and walked to the back. A few minutes later, the sales manager (I don't recall his name), sat down in-front of us, and told us the price I gave wasn't realistic, at which point I advised him it was a starting point for negotiations. The sales manager proceeded to show us a piece of paper which showed the price the dealership purchased the vehicle for, versus the price they were asking. He told us they were upside-down on the vehicle already, and they couldn't reduce the price any further. Whether or not he was telling the truth about being upside-down on the truck (I didn't believe it for a second), it's not our fault or problem; he specifically told us they made a bad purchase on their end. After going back-and-forth with him for 10 minutes or so, he slightly reduced the price, then stated he would try to get us more for our trade-in. It should be noted the asking price for the truck was above the overall average asking price. In the meantime, Terrance sat back down with us. Terrance attempted to further persuade us to purchase the truck by telling us it would be getting a brand-new engine, free of charge, due to a major recall of more than 100,000 engines. I knew about this recall long before considering purchasing a 2023 Toyota Tundra, and checked the VIN prior to arriving at Wilde Toyota; it showed the specific truck we were looking at wasn't part of the massive engine recall. I advised Terrance of this, at which point he stated he had just checked the VIN to verify it was part of the recall; Terrance appeared to get upset I was advising him otherwise. A few seconds later, another Wilde Toyota employee approached Terrance's desk. This employee placed a piece of paper in front of us, then stated he ACTUALLY ran the VIN, and advised us the specific truck we were looking at wasn't part of the massive engine recall. Terrance responded by smiling (for the first time), and stating something along the lines of, 'looks like you have one over me now'. I again brought up Toyota Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), because we wanted to make sure the cost of the VSA wouldn't put us above what we budgeted. Terrance appeared to get annoyed that I brought it up again, stating I wouldn't be able to get the cost until a deal was already made on the truck. I made an appointment for 1:30 for a routine oil change. Received multiple texts/emails reminding me to be on time etc. I arrive (on time) and had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Finally when they checked me in they told me it would be THREE HOURS. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I was obviously angry as it is a work day, and like an idiot, I brought my computer but no charger. But honestly who would have ever thought three hours for an oil change?! I asked what the point was of making an appointment at all and he said he was not sure. I said with all the communication that they send me that a courtesy call alerting me to the insane wait would have been appreciated so I could have rescheduled. If I didn't have my PAID maintenance package I would never return. If it's going to be a free for all they shouldn't take appointments, just drive ups and a quote for the wait. To top it off? "Car wash is broken". The cherry on the whip cream of a dogshit sundae? THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A TIP. AT A CAR DEALERSHIP. But wait, there's more! Once it was ready I went out to grab it and it wasn't in the garage (where I was told it was waiting). I asked where it was and they said "finishing up in the car wash" and to wait outside. HALF AN HOUR later the guy comes out and said hey sorry our car wash is out of service so you won't be getting a wash. Then TWENTY MORE MINUTES pass and he comes back out... "I'm sorry ma'am but we can't bring you your car without the keys"....... And? You sir HAVE MY FREAKING KEYS FROM TAKING IT FOR SERVICE. "We can't seem to locate them. Are you sure you don't have them? Your car is *gestures wildly in no particular direction at all* over that way somewhere. NO I DON'T HAVE THE FREAKING KEYS. Finally he goes in and checks with the cashier, and then comes back to me and says they are with her.... so why didn't you GET THEM. I finally got my keys, searched through the lot trying to unlock all the identical cars until I found mine. THEN - the tech had completely altered all my settings - not just the seat/mirror which I understand to drive safely, but turned off my blind spot mirror detection, lane detection, the headlight settings, and the radio stations. I went home FURIOUS, washed my own car in my driveway, and vowed never to ever return here. EVER. read more

Finance Manager Noman Arshad decided to advantage of my mental disability and added on warranties that I said I did not want and thought I was agreeing to not purchase. Communication with the finance department since has been very poor. After complaining about the warranties I was unaware of, I received cancellation forms from Noman for some, but not all, of the unwanted warranties. Over a week after returning the cancellation forms, I called the third party vendors for the warranties, who confirmed that they never received the cancellation forms from Wilde Toyota. Do not buy from this location or any other dealership owned by Lithia Motors (owner of the Wilde car dealerships). They are highly unethical, even by car dealership standards. read more

Nope Nope Nope. Stay away. We made a mistake and purchased a brand new car here in 2019. We received a free maintenance packet that was good for a year. Now the maintenance light comes on and I thought I just needed an oil change. My wife took the car in and come to find out we need approx $600 of maintenance work performed on the car. Tire rotation and an Alignment, throttle body service, and replacing the front and rear differential fluids all Toyota recommended services. She agreed to all, with the service manager being extremely pushy. Well Toyota I did not know we purchased a Bentley and servicing it comes to $1000 a year. I called a different Toyota dealer and I was told that a a 30000 mile check does not consist of those things and that they are not necessary. See attached photo from the Toyota website. What a difference! I had the unfortunate luck of having two cars get totaled within nine days of each other. My wife was rear ended and then a week and a half later I was. We bought my wife's replacement vehicle, a Honda Odyssey, from another dealer and it was a terrible experience. High pressure, long waits, and double talk. We love the vehicle but we will never go back. Then we came to Wilde Toyota to buy my replacement Camry, and it was a night and day difference! The service was great, the pressure was nonexistent, and they answered all of our questions clearly and directly. I did get a response here from wilde toyota. I called the phone number of the person who said he would look into my complaint. The first two times I called it rang and rang before going to voice mail. I did leave a message both times. The third time I called, it went to voice mail after two rings. The answering machine says that Chris is the internet sales manager. I did not order my car online. I sat with a salesman. It is now over one year since I ordered. They did tell me when I ordered it, that it would be six to nine months. At the advice of someone, I called to different toyota dealers and asked what the expected wait would be if I ordered a new prius. They both said three to six months. The service team is dismissive and demoralizing. Nobody wants to help you, and you are expected to know where to park/pull in without any signage or guidance. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Toyota Dealership for maintenance, oil changes. Don't expect the service reps to look up from their phones when you come up to them. The customer waiting area no longer has any refreshments or water. They've only got half the lights on. They'll tell you to sign your receipt, but not give you a pen. So... Wilde Toyota Negative Review I have purchased 5 cars from Wilde Toyota since 1998. Their service has been exemplary. On July 22, 2022. the Service Department essentially ended all that Good Will. I scheduled a Recall Notice service visit for that Friday afternoon and asked them to replace a burnt out driver's side headlamp while there. I also scheduled a courtesy car to take me back home. All this was confirmed. I arrived at the 1:30 pm appointment about 10 minutes early and it took about 15 minutes before I was helped, though 3 people walked passed and told me that someone would be with me shortly. When finally served I asked how long it would take and was told about 2 hours. I asked about the courtesy car and was told someone would be with me shortly. During my wait, before being served, I noticed a courtesy car driver leaving with a customer, so I knew who at least one of them was. About 30 minutes after being told a driver would take me shortly, I saw that driver come in and I asked him about my ride. He stated he was going in the other direction but the other driver would be back soon. I was never offered a ride even though that particular courtesy driver came back several times during my wait and we made eye contact. The service manager that checked me in and acknowledged the request of a ride, came in several times and saw me sitting there and we made eye contact -- BOTH knew I had requested a ride home! The supposed 2 hour repair took 3 hours and I just sat there not being helped or even talked to. That Service Manager had come in the several times he saw me to tell particular clients, in person, their cars were ready. HOWEVER, when my car was ready he just called me on my phone and told me my paperwork was at they cashier. I went to the cashier and had to wait 10 minutes before the paperwork actually showed up. Remember how I asked for the headlamp repair. It was a bright sunny day and my automatic headlights didn't come on until I pulled into my garage -- THE HEADLIGHT WAS STILL OUT. By this time it was a few minutes before 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon. I called and asked for the Service Director, Mike Greco, and told the receptionist that his voicemail would be fine. I'd rate the service department 0 stars if I could! And I don't understand why my uncle loves this place! (Oh wait he nolonger does because they put an aftermarket alternator in his car that died after 6 months then spent another month or more doing phone tag to get a refund on it!) So I buy this used car in October I'm told in part if it was just a little newer it could qualify cpo and would have passed those tests Well when I finally get it in a month later for them to fix a very annoying door alarm I mention it needed jumped multiple times and that aaa guy said the battery is not correctly mounted along with multiple outher things --they IGNORE me! Like wtf?! At another point I'd shown a VIDEO with both the door and seatbelt light on and the DOOR ALARM going off!! Well there person says it's the seatbelt (have they not listened? I grew up with toyotas In fact my mom owns a similar about 5 year newer then mine that she got new and I know it's common noises well enough!) the 2 noises are in fact VERY different in behaviour Further: after having the place I trust look at the car and that place is the reason I choose a Toyota So after math: the one tyre had a slow leak I've had to have it in the body shop to fix the wipers not shooting correctly I'm going to have the front brakes looked at tomorrow As of today: I got this car in OCTOBER(!) and have already DUMPED an extra 2k on TOP of the purchase price and I'm looking at still dumping MORE(!) Mind you: I'm in the mindset buy from a brand dealer (it's a toyota from a Toyota dealer) it should be MINIMUM 6 months before you have to put any money into it! So: I used my moms car to jump my car and I did that ALONE which can be very dangerous! (There's a picture of it attached I'm sitting in her car facing mine and mine as a push button ignition had what can only be described as a panic attack! I HAVE had to use the key that's hidden in the fob a couple times to open the door I also had to CLIMB thru the car to get at jump leads in the trunk! Luckily I did that a few times with my old car) The tyres: well to replace the one at my place 400 a new set 800 I'm going set with warranty(!) I HAVE contacted Toyota USA and followed up with them after the dealer responcse --at one point in talking the dealer claimed AFTER THE FACT they claim they would have fixed everything that "our only goal is a truly exception experience in every level of dealership operation" which had that been true not only would the people have listened to me when I showed concerns over the battery and mount (CHEAP parts compared to some stuff!) but they would have known the difference between a door and seatbelt alarm(!) So I'm 100% DONE with this at this point NO they will not do anything/enough to satisfy me (partly at this point I think just reimbursing wouldn't be enough and don't know what I do want as they can't go back in time) so I'm leaving reviews multiple places so they can see I'm serious AND so outhers know BE AWARE(!) read more

Originally bought my 2023 Camry from Giuseppe and he was great to work with and the wait for one my color to come in wasn't even as long as expected! Had my first 3 Toyotacare services no problem the service advisors in the garage were great and never tried to sell me anything extra and always asked if I wanted a car wash. For my final 20,000 mile service that was all changed. I had the displeasure of working with the advisor Salma Arriaga Castillo. She never asked if I wanted the wash and then tried to take advantage of me being female saying I'm overdue for an alignment (both males that I know that had their Toyotacare were NEVER told they needed this). I didn't have time to ask someone I trust until afterwards and I said sure. They should have to disclose this is really only needed for an accident/pulling/ new tires/uneven wear instead of praying on young females like me to pay their commission!!! I immediately went back out within MINUTES to cancel and she said they "are already doing it" and I signed and can't cancel now. She was extremely RUDE even rolling her eyes at me and stating that I was offending and attacking her because I said this only happened because I am female. Eventually she sent someone to cancel that part of the service but not without EXTREME ATTITUDE on her part. Someone like this should not be in customer service period. Minus her this place has been good but that is enough of an experience to seek further servicing needs elsewhere. At least I know better now. Females watch out! I was checking different dealerships and cars because I needed to buy a car. When we pulled into the lot, at least like 5 or 6 salesman started to come towards us, all wanting to work with us. We ended up working with Leonard. They had a good selection and good pricing. After we decided that there were some cars we wanted to look at after our first visit, we went back. We ended up buying the 2018 Chevy Equinox on a Saturday.. The guy in the finance department wasn't bad to work with. Leonard ended up being out sick when we decided on the car. But since he was out, we worked with Big Mike. He was okay - nothing stuck out to me that would want me to go back to work with him. After we signed the paperwork, he went to get the car but with all the time that we took to sign the paperwork, he could have taken the dealer license plate off. He also could have put the front bracket in for the front license plate. We had to call them after we got home and we spoke with Mike. It was like pulling teeth to talk to him on the phone. He may need to learn some phone manners or at least how to carry on a conversation on the phone. I took my car to the service department on Monday thinking thay it should be an easy enough fix. The service department told me that i should go to a Chevrolet dealership to but a bracket for the front license plate. So I go to a Chevrolet dealership to buy a front bracket but they told me that couldn't put it on so I went back to Wilde Toyota. They end up putting a bracket onto my car for free and not with the bracket I bought but had an attitude about it like they were doing me a favor. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I had a pretty good experience here. First off, do your homework on what to expect, how to say no to stuff, and know what you should pay before arriving. Their job is to upsell you, so prep for that and say no to everything! If you really want that warranty though, keep saying no until you get them down to the 3rd offer for it. Went from $4600 to $900 for me, still said no, but just saying. I recommend watching Kevin Hunter the Homework Guy on Youtube, he preps you for everything. Staff was friendly, they do really want those reviews though, kind a desperate about it, but must get a nice kickback or something. I recommend this place for someone who knows what to expect and doesn't mind playing the game. For noobs, you are in shark water, so good luck. read more

The past few times I have come to this location I'm always told that there's an additional problem that needs to be fixed when I'm very knowledgeable on my cars needs and when I took my car to a different family owned shop they said I would have been overcharged. Less than a month ago, we purchased a new vehicle from Wilde Toyota in West Allis. We have been very happy with our car and were pleased to work with Jim "Jimmy G" Gesselle. Jimmy G was very helpful from the time we walked in the door until less than 3 week's later when we drove home in our brand new car. He spent a lot of time showing us all the electronics that have been added to cars since our last new-car purchase 11 years ago! My service center experience for routine car maintenance was not positive, due to lack of professionalism of employees and long wait times. I spent 3.5 hours in order to have a tire rotation, air filter change, and car wash. I waited on site in the waiting room. Although I arrived on time to my appointment, I was not checked in for service for over 20 minutes. After my car was taken for servicing by representative Basilio, I did not receive any updates and was never told that my servicing was complete. My request for updates via their messaging system went unanswered. So I just sat there waiting. When I asked for an update at the desk, was told my car had been ready "for a while now" without apology or explanation. I do not anticipate returning to this location for routine servicing, especially not given the price paid. read more

I bring my car here for service often. I always make an appointment and try to honor that. I'm not sure why I do that. I had an appointment today at 9:15 for a simple oil change. When I came in they said they were running a bit late, and would I mind being a bit patient. Almost 3 hours later I finally got out of there. It was not me-the waiting room was packed, and many people were grousing about the fact they were waiting so long for very simple service jobs. I asked the service representative why they were running so far behind-I was wondering if perhaps people had the flu and weren't working. She hemmed and hawed and basically told me nothing. I asked the person at check out why they were running so late and she said they simply took too many appointments. I think it's unacceptable to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change. I can come in on a weekday, and they do offer a shuttle service. However I want of done that, you wait forever for a shuttle to take you somewhere, and you wait forever for the shuttle to pick you up. I think it's time to stop bringing my car here. read more

Stay away from this place. This place is a rip-off. Especially sales. The sales people do not care anything about you and only want your money! The Service Department is bad, and the sales department is extra bad. They ripped me off, and no one tried to help me. they took advantage of my naivety. read more
