Stumbled onto this awesome vintage store in downtown Colorado this weekend and so glad I did!…read more The first rack of clothes I saw was vintage dresses mostly from the 90's which were beautiful and in excellent condition. Then as I made my way throughout the store I also saw vintage leather and suede purses and boots. And they also carry a beautiful selection of rare vintage silver jewelry along with a few new unused pieces of jewelry. They have an awesome selection of old school Levi's jeans and cut off shorts and they also sell some cute plants. I think this store is pretty awesome and there are some really great finds. I was able to find an amazing leather 70's bag in great condition and a cute pair of brand new tiny heart shaped sterling silver earrings at a great price. I'm totally digging this vintage store and looking forward to shopping here again. The owner of the store seems to be the one who shops for the items she sells and has great taste-- and I love it! Thanks Good Eye for making my vintage clothes dreams come true in CO!

After recently moving to the springs from the deep south, I drove to Denver multiple times to hunt down the wardrobe pieces I needed to handle this new climate. It was an exciting relief to discover I could locally find the high quality clothing staples I wanted at affordable prices. This store features the most unique graphic tees I've seen anywhere, including online. I've also purchased a luxurious kimoni that garners loads of compliments, boots, Scully jeans, and a leather moto jacket that looked like the one I recently saw on the cover of Vogue (only mine cost a couple thousand dollars less :) Ha! -- I've shopped here so often now that the lovely owner and staff know me by first name.

Walking into the Leech Pit is like getting vertigo at a strobe filled dance club (oontz oontz oontz) - there's just so much goodness you just need to pause to catch your breath and take it all in. But you can't pause because your heart is pounding and you're giddy with excitement. The rare concert t-shirts, the racks and racks of clothes that serve as documentary of every phase you ever went through, the action toys you spent every afternoon with (and realize you now could be rich if you had kept them instead of letting mom donate them to the stupid kid down the road because you're too old for them now SMH), the records - oh sweet Jesus the records! - and even record players for your new collection! It's a one stop shop for your wildest dreams!! As if the shop wasn't Valhalla on earth on its own, I met the owner too (I think his name was Adam, but he looks like an Izzy). He was damn cool - I think he's probably my long-lost best friend from 6th grade that I used to get in trouble with. When he shows you around you realize he knows every item intimately, because he curated everything in the store. Everything in the Leech Pit feels like an expression of the owner and his commitment to taking you on a journey to excite your senses and comfort your soul. I like to think of him as the curator of your wildest dreams - he WILL make them come true!

Mr. Proby donates suits to our students who are experiencing homelessness or significant hardships so they can go to graduation and prom with confidence. When I brought the students in, Mr. Proby was very kind and explained everything in detail! He made sure they were comfortable at every step of getting an awesome suit! He showed them how the measurements work and how to look professional and sharp in various suits. Men's Xchange donated a graduation suit, two shirts (one for prom and one for graduation), multiple ties, and everything they needed to feel great and snazzy! Now, they are using their suits to go on job and internship interviews! This kindness made the lives of local students so much better! This made their senior year milestones so much more joyful. Due to the kindness and altruism of this company, the students in our community feel so much more confident and happy! I would absolutely go here for any suit needs! I would also highly recommend bringing a young person here for a first suit because Mr. Proby will take the time to hear them, teach them, and show them how to style at each step! Thank you Men's Xchange!
