We came here on a Saturday and it was our first time trying this bowling place. The lanes were almost full! We purchased one game which kept our group of 3 entertained for about 40 min. I've decided not to bowl here on weekends anymore. I understand that Saturdays and Sundays are naturally busy, but the number of parties simultaneously that are being hosted makes it overwhelmingly crowded. It feels like parties take priority over regular customers--I'm either asked to leave early or find that all the lanes are fully booked for private events and turned away. The management should do a better job of updating their website to indicate when the facility is unavailable due to parties. Constantly turning customers away without prior notice is both unprofessional and frustrating. I will definitely take my business elsewhere read more

The place is very nice and clean, the place was very unique they have 18 lanes. The best part was the seating it wasn't your normal bowling seats like every other bowling ally out there. Those chairs that swung these were nice, big, comfy sofas with a table around them. We drove over 2 hours to try this place out. We got there by 10:30pm not realizing they close at 12:00am. When I did call earlier in the morning they did state they were open until 1:00am. What's even more confusing is not only do the hours here on their yelp page say 24/7. On their door, it states close whatever that means. So I'm a little confused about what time they actually close. Since I got so many different answers couldn't really tell you. With 2 kids and 2 adults for 1 1/2 hours came out to $100. I think that's a bit on the expensive side. They charge per person I can find better prices out there and still have just as much fun. I would say do not go near closing it was nice we did have the bowling alley to ourselves but also it felt rushed. Everyone was cleaning up and the employees kept getting closer to us. As my daughter threw her last ball the lights came on immediately. It wasn't even 12:00am yet. Again I was told 1:00am. I would have never come that late knowing they closed at 12:00am. It was a nice experience but I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. The prices were just a bit much. If you're in the area and don't mind the prices and not near closing time. My son was turning 6 (insert crying emoji here) and was wanting a bowling party for his birthday. We've been to a few bowling alleys in town and decided to have his party here for a few reasons. 1. Their party package had the best deal compared to other bowling alleys. Each lane is $60 for up to 5 bowlers with shoes included. And of course food is separate. There is a $15 fee for balloons and table set up. In total, we got 3 lanes, 3 pizzas, tray of sliders (20), tray of fries, 3 pitchers of drinks for a grand total of $320. 2. The food was actually pretty decent!!!! The food is made right next door at their restaurant. Everything was hot and fresh. Everyone in my party was saying they were surprised by how good the food was (as was I). The pizzas were huge and had plenty of cheese and toppings. The sliders had good flavor to them and the buns were soft. And the fries were brought out hot and crispy. We still had plenty of leftovers despite the amount of people that came. 3. Planning the party was pretty simple. They require a week's notice with a $25 deposit/lane in person. You also order your food at time of booking also. The employees were friendly and everything was set up by the time we got there. Food was brought out about 30 mins. into our party time. And we didn't have to worry about clean up. They also have cosmic blowing in the afternoons on the weekends. I opted out of this because I didn't want to strain my eyes lol. 4. Another reason I chose this place is because of the smaller setting. It's not as big as casino bowling lanes so I didn't have to worry about anyone getting lost. It's also not as loud either. My only negative was that on the day of our party, there was only one employee working the front. He was busy getting shoes for multiple parties, causing a long wait and cutting into out bowling time. An extra person definitely would have been helpful. All in all, we had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend this place for a party. My son enjoyed his party and that was my main priority. read more

I hadn't been back here in a while because the last experience I had was not positive. Figured I'd give it another shot. Steven (the dude behind the counter) was polite as any one could be and has exceptional customer service skills. We left early because there was no air conditioning in the entire alley, just lots of ceiling fans. The thermostat says 71 but there is no way that's close to accurate. There is even a note on the thermostat saying don't change the temperature, you're on camera and you will be subjected to corrective counseling. We live nearby, and new to the state of Nevada. We are always looking to explore new places, and went to go take a look at Wildfire , mostly to look at the bowling center, but also to eat lunch. You order at the front of the restaurant, then go take a seat and they bring your food. Unfortunately, this process took quite a long time, saying that they had a problem with their grill. It took at least an hour to get our food, but I do understand that things happen, and we were not in any rush. One family ordered, got upset at the wait, demanded a refund, and walked out. Our order was ham and eggs breakfast, prime rib sandwich, and some elote fritters. The fritters was good, something different to try. Ham and eggs, nice slice of bone in ham, very nice portion. Now the prime rib sandwich, which was my order. Arrived on a burger bun, ok, but was expecting a French roll. No au jus dipping sauce, I was thinking French dip, but I was mistaken. I had a little something extra in my sandwich, a piece of parchment paper, probably from either portioning of the sliced meat or the cheese. Either way, it shouldn't have been left in my sandwich. I understand that the cooks were probably stressing out because of their grill issues, but still. Anyway, the sandwich itself, minus the paper, was actually very tender and tasty, with lots of sliced beef, and was still very good! I come here for the Sportsbook to place a quick wager then go. The ticket writers and management in the Sportsbook are consistently professional, without any "attitude" you get at other places. I was here last Saturday and saw a clerk I see often. I forgot his name but he is African American. My husband and I really enjoy the burgers at Wildfire. We went there tonight to find the restaurant closed with a sign saying we could eat at the bar. We went over to the bar and the bartender told us if we didn't want to sit at the bar we were welcome to sit at a table and the waitress would be over to take our order. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, we finally caught sight of the waitress and watched her as she walked right past us without even acknowledging us! 10 more minutes and again, she strolled right past us! My work hosted a party and the bartender this place had was putting 0 alcohol in the drinks. It's not that big of a deal if the bartender was just honest instead of saying "I'm fast" when confronted about how weak the drinks are, like just say your boss or someone told you to save your alcohol that way I don't have to waste my time and stomach 2 just straight pineapple juices with "tap tequila" that you're so fast at putting into the glass no one can see it or taste it... The food might make u sick. The cook coughs all over the food. I have even heard him say if u complain he will spit in your food. He does the kids parties and he is a drunk. I absolutely love this place! A hidden gem in Henderson. It's a tiny casino/bowling alley. The casino side has a full bar and a nice sports book. Wildfire is part of Station Casinos so don't forget your players card. Inside the casino they have a restaurant called Wildburger (look for my review later). The other side is a mini bowling alley. It has about 13 lanes. It's super clean, equipped with all the high tech. Each lane has comfortable couches and tables; they are like mini lounges and offer cheap bottle service on weekends. Wildburger delivers to your lane and inside the alley there's also a full bar. There's a tiny arcade towards the back with some really cool games. There're restrooms within the bowling alley, super clean and nice. There are also plenty of lockers and bending machines next to a juke box! I come here at least once a week. Make sure find out if the league is playing because it might be a bit full. This place is super cozy and cheap! The too have cosmic bowling and they offer special nights to UNLV students, I believe Thursdays. read more

Bowling with the family. The people there were completely nuts!! Running, jumping, screaming at the top of their lungs, walking on to the lanes, throwing three balls at once, throwing balls 4ft in the air onto the lanes, sliding on their stomachs, running into other people's lanes and no shred of bowler courtesy while the parents watched and joined in. Nobody cared about the bowling alley or anyone else who was there. I even seen a grown man bowl with a baby in his arms and almost fell down!! The employees did absolutely nothing. I been to many bowling alleys and understand some people act like this. This time it was 90% of the people and the lanes were full. Could not concentrate to just have fun and try to get a strike. If you want to bowl and try to get a good score, don't go here during open bowling. read more
