My birthday was last week, and my Brother- and Sister in-law sent an arrangement through FTD, not knowing I'd be out of town on the day. When she realized it, my SIL tried to contact the florist through FTD to reschedule delivery, but it was already relatively late in the day. When the Wildflower driver arrived at my home and found me not there, he called my cell. I told him I'd ask a neighbor to pop by and take the flowers in, but he said no. He knew that I wouldn't be home for another three days, and wanted the arrangement to be fresh. He said he'd take them back to the shop, and that I should call when I arrived home on Thursday (yesterday). They'd then re-make the arrangement and redeliver. He also let me know that I had a package waiting on my doorstep. When Thursday came, they re-made and redelivered my flowers WITHOUT a call from me, and they're beautiful. Wildflower did the floral arrangements for my mom's funeral. We talked with the owner at length because mom loved flowers and we wanted something she would have chosen. They turned out spectacular and exactly what mom would have wanted. Pretty much everyone that was at the funeral commented on their beauty and uniqueness. I didn't think to take pictures of them, too emotional to think of it. I would suggest people put your trust in the floral designer. Tell them what you want in shape and color and give them some options because every flower isn't always available or at it's best. We have received floral arrangements from Wildflower in the past and that is why we went there. I will never use another florist. The flowers they did for mom would have been the thing that would have meant the most to her. read more

I asked for a purple and white winter bouquet for $60, and they sent the most enormous spray of beautiful flowers. I called late afternoon to order a bouquet of flowers for a relative who had surgery. I mentioned something I saw on the web site and the person I talked to asked if I wanted it exactly like that. I said it didn't need to be. I want something cheerful and plenty of flowers and told her my budget. The flowers were delivered that night. I saw a photo of the flowers; well worth the money. AWFUL SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FLOWERS. EVEN WALMART WOULD HAVE BETTER SERVICE AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. My grandmother bought a dozen rose bouquet from here for my engagement party. It cost $70 and died within two days. When I called the florist to ask for a replacement bouquet, she said "We will have to see if we sold any roses that day and then get back to you." She went on to say that she wasn't sure if the roses were actually from there, despite me explaining that I both asked my grandmother and found business name, address, and phone number on a card in the flowers so that they were definitely from there. When I did receive a call back, she said that I would have to come tomorrow, and bring in the roses to show her that they were actually dead, in order to get them replaced. I had to drive 30 minutes to get there, and then when I went in I was not even greeted. I said that I was the person who had called yesterday and had the dead roses. She handed me a new bouquet, said "okay," and that was the extent of the conversation. There was no apology, no offer for a better bouquet since she had sold an inferior one...nothing. My family nor I will never buy flowers from here or recommend them as a florist. The service and flowers were terrible and I am appauled that they charge $70 for a bouquet that looks identical to other, less expensive bouquets...and not only that, but then dies! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING A DOZEN ROSES FROM WALMART FOR $10 AND PUTTING THEM IN A VASE YOURSELF. read more

I have placed an order with them at 10 am in the morning for next day, they called me at 6:30 pm telling me that that don't have the flowers they need and that it's to far for them to drive to do the delivery. All the stores were already closed. So I was not able to place an order with any other flower stores. But the worst of all they charge my credit card like they complete the order. Be careful this people just trying to get your money and they don't complete the work. will never use them again and will let every body know what they have done. This is Fraud!!!!! I will give them two stars for calling me back, but I can't imagine how someone who barely speaks English works with brides. When I answered my phone I was asked when my wedding was and when she found out it was in a little over a year, she told me that she would have to charge me for a consultation. That makes no sense. Then when I told her I was getting married in Chicago she told new she doesn't do Chicago weddings. As I proceeded to tell her my bouquets would be delivered to my house in naperville she kept talking over me. I tried to tell her that I was trying to get as much done as fast as possible and she just kept saying yes. .. yea. . Yes. .. so I thanked her for her time and hung up. I ordered an arrangement through 1800 flowers and it was fulfilled by this florist. The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to be a large arrangement there were only 5 roses no daisy s it was almost entirely filled with greens and cheap flowers and the quality of the arranging was poor. Not what I would consider acceptable for a $65 arrangement. I would never order flowers from this florist again. read more

After my daughter met with the staff to arrange her wedding flowers, the Owner later decided through a text message that she incapable to of fulfilling her order. This only occurred after my wife went to the store to see another wedding's flower order and asked two related questions without providing the praise the owner was looking for. I just went to pick up a nose gay for my son's prom. We specifically asked for coral flowers with light pink accents. When I got there they bought out a nose gay with white roses. I questioned where were the coral roses, there were no coral flowers at all. The women were rude and said we don't have any coral flowers. I asked why someone didn't call me to let me know so I could choose another color or another florist. They did not respond and asked what color the dress was, when I told them the color one of the women made a nasty face and questioned, you want coral with that? Yes, I did and it was not her place to question my choice. I finally said do you have light pink roses instead, since light pink was the accent color. I was told they had medium pink and would use those. I have included a picture so you can see how awful the flowers look. I will never use this florist again and would never recommend them to anyone. Poor service, rude employees. Very disappointed in the quality of the their flowers. I apologized to my son's date. How embarrassing! These cost $60.00! Way over priced for the product! read more

If you use this florist and receive bad flowers like my mother did, be sure to let her know right away. Don't know if she will compensate you, but I wanted to share my experience. I live out of town but my mother lives in Naperville, so for over 15 years I have been ordering from Wildflowers directly by phone to deliver to my mom. My mother always thanked me for the flowers and said that they were beautiful until this year when I decided to splurge and order 2 dozen long stem roses that cost over $100 for Mother's Day. The roses arrived on time but were red and white instead of the pink and white I requested. I let that slide, but many weeks later my mother (who didn't want me to feel bad) told me that the roses were bad, that the buds never opened, never looked good and that they just turned black and died. It was embarrassing to me that my mother received bad flowers and frustrating to me that I spent so much money. I called Wildflowers earlier but did not get the owner, then it slipped my mind. I connected just now with the owner (August.) The owner did not seem to appreciate that I have ordered flowers from her for over 15 years and said that I had called so late with this complaint that it wasn't fair to her! Needless to say, she did not offer a refund, replacement flowers of any type or even a discount on my next order. I felt she might not even have believed me.
