Even though this was an unusual request, the owner personally called me over a holiday weekend to make sure it could be done. Despite concerns that the printer might not even be open, they went above and beyond to ensure the arrangement was ready. On the day of the wake, I received the call that the wreath was completed, and it was absolutely stunning. This small business truly cared about making a ninety-five-year-old surviving twin happy, and that compassion and effort meant so much to the family.
