2&1/2 Stars This review is for the RV Park. We're here on our third visit. There are some good sites at Wildhorse Resort, Casino and RV Park offering nice mountain views. This visit, we've noted maintenance is a bit lacking. We had site 65 and it was challenging to level our RV. The picnic table was gross and there were cigarette butts in the grass. We cleaned up (you're welcome). We've never had to clean our RV site before - they have always been usable upon arrival. While walking around the park I noticed bits of debris scattered around and dog deposits. The folks that work in the office are kind and happy to share information with visitors. read more

The RV park was a great place to stop before headed over Dead Man pass . We were here late December - so very quiet. Beautiful vistas overlooking rolling fields and hills. Golfer? A great course is right here. We played it a couple years ago. Your CSR at the office was kind and very professional. We will be back. read more

I am, or was one of the regulars at the casino, I am currently a VIP Club Member and have maintained that status continuously since August last year, to give an idea of how much I play there, according to my win/loss statement for 2025 it says I wagered over $140,000, and likely have surpassed that or was on the way to this year. A few months ago they changed the free night stays at the hotel offers for VIP members from the set monthly amounts by tier, to allowing me to book unlimited hotel stays free all I wanted through the online booking. I was there almost daily, and staying at the hotel usually a few nights a week in which I usually ended up playing more than usual compared to when I didn't stay at the hotel. Anyways, I had multiple nights reserved at the casino throughout the rest of the month of May and through June as part of their Club Wild free hotel nights offer. Then out of no where I received a notice informing me they received my reservation cancellation for most of the nights I reserved even though I did not cancel them. When I tried booking some nights again using my VIP club wild account they no longer were offering me any free nights at all, only discounted rooms. Not even the set amount of free nights per month previously given prior to the change for VIP members, no free hotel stays at all. And I was regularly playing at the time and still am a VIP club member with currently over 80,000 tier points still on my account. This bothered me a lot because out of all the perks the VIP membership offers, the free hotel stays was the best one but took them away, once that occurred I haven't bothered going back and instead of started going to other casinos like Legends and Northern Quest. Disappointed in the change. Was looking forward to the new hotel tower opening next year but don't care to play at a casino that takes away something they offered to their VIP club members after accepting the offers and booking the nights for them to cancel them and take back their offer, especially without warning. read more

As a trucker I've enjoyed stopping here while on my 34 hour resets. I really enjoyed the theater and saw a movie there. The popcorn and drink prices were great. The theater was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the Pho restaurant even though it was a bit in the pricy side, it's worth it due to portion sizes. The truck parking is great, I'm able to park bobtail against the north side wall of the truck parking lot without anyone bothering me. Slot machines, are what they are; sometimes you're lucky sometimes you're not. Don't go sinking too much money into them to try and chase a win. They have a Bingo in the evening so your odds are likely better there. Overall this is a pretty solid casino and I enjoyed my time here. If any of the folks that run this place see this I want to thank you for the enjoyable experience! read more

We just stayed for one night. We enjoyed our meal at the Plateau. I ordered the wedge salad and steak tips over polenta, which I shared with my husband. He enjoyed the spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese. The bread was yummy with three kinds of flavored butter. Btw.. the price for this meal was less than I have paid for two people to eat breakfast!!! Our room was the Plateau Suite. Here is where we knock one star off the experience. Lovely room in general. It was very spacious and is updated. The bathroom was lovely but we had a backed up toilet and no plunger in the room so we had to call down for maintenance to bring us one. Then my husband took a shower and we heard a constant drip noise that seemed behind the wall, which we alerted the front desk about. I tried to get some extra sleep but at 7 am the construction crew started working and when I got up to take my bath the hot water was shut off for Boiler maintenance.. All of this is to say that these were little inconvenient things that are not the ordinary and so we just let that go. Check with the hotel to see if it is still under construction when you go! Overall we enjoyed our stay, the rooms are comfortable and the whole place was clean and had a great vibe. I would recommend this resort if you are passing through as it has lots of fun things for the kids to do and it is pet friendly. read more

Casino super tight, rooms were not up to standard cleaning and run down, grounds are dirty, staff is not friendly. After visiting this casino for years we will NOT be back. Diamond in the rough! We were visiting family in Pendleton. They talked about this casino nearby and I had really low expectations. Was pleasantly surprised to find it had a movie theater, arcade, food court, and the casino was nice and had a lot of great slot machines! It would be a 5 star but many arcade games were out of order... however the prize redemption was generous compared to other arcades. Overall! AVOID THE RV PARK - I had VERY POOR service from the older male; the younger person there was very nice and tried to help me but the older guy wouldn't let them. I booked my reservation 2 months in advance over the phone. There were 2 of RV's traveling together and I let them know that when I booked BOTH spots (70 & 71). When we arrived, the older male told me that they had to move me because there was an Airstream group and one of them needed my spot. They moved me to the only empty spot on the opposite side of the RV park. My dad pulled into his original site (70) and my original spot was empty. About an hour later, the RV that took my spot arrived and was NOT an Airstream but a regular RV. I still don't understand why my spot was given away to someone who had not even checked in by the time I had. Additionally, the electricity in my new site did not work. It was only one night so I went without it but was pretty irked at the experience. The bathrooms were dirty and someone was clearly smoking in there. I would not stay here again! read more

We REALLY ENJOYED our stay here Sunday October 13th. It was our 2nd time and this was just as pleasant and relaxing as the first time. We enjoy the smoke free building and Casino. We also had a delicious steak dinner at Plateau. We would highly recommend Wildhorse Casino and Resort. read more

Family-friendly and super fun experience for going to watch movies and bowling at the arcade at this resort in a small country town. I'm glad the casino doesn't allow smoking indoors anymore post-pandemic. Food court is a must try. I stayed here a couple nights in the RV park. They accept AARP and I got a 10% discount. Yay. They gave me #60 slot for the RV which is the closest to the pool, bathrooms and laundry room. The place is really clean. There was a guy mowing the grounds lawn at like 8am which was a little early for me on a Tuesday morning. Oh well. Other than that this place is pretty decent. The restrooms are really clean too with handicapped shower stalls too. read more

Great for Rv travelers! You can park in the parking lot or of you need hookups they have a nice clean RV park behind the casino for $63 a night and a shuttle to and from the casino. Casino was smoke free, no smoke odor at all and dinner was enjoyable. There is even a movie theater inside the casino building (movies are $10 for adults or $8 for kids/seniors) read more

We stayed one night in the RV park. We arrived late. I reserved a particular spot on their website because it had the space we needed. When I called at approximately 10:15 pm on 8/24/25 the person I spoke to was very rude and obnoxious! She should not be allowed to check people in with such poor manners. I hope this gets back to her superior. Please choose the KOA in Pendleton instead of the RV park at Wildhorse Resort and Casino. read more

The resort has an online booking option, but it wasn't obvious how to input the Good Sam discount for the RV Park, so I called and made my reservation. They were very friendly on the phone and told me they take a credit card to guarantee the reservation, but won't charge anything until check-in. When I arrived, the office was closed, but we only waited about 10 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in. We had a choice of 4 different back-in sites. We opted for one of the sites farthest away from the tent camping and open space that seemed busy with children and dogs playing. The site was gravel surrounded by grass. The gravel sloped from back to front so our leveling system wanted to lift one of our front tires off the ground, so we adjusted accordingly to avoid over lifting the front. The water connection was within 12 inches of the ground but was easy to connect and offered a bit over 50 psi pressure. The sewer connection was a bit uphill due to our style of motorhome that sits lower upon leveling. The power was good and included both 30 and 50-amp service. Our site had a tree at the back that needed a couple of branches trimmed to avoid scraping on our motorhome. It was a bit breezy when we arrive. This park was very busy with one-night stays. It would nearly empty out in the morning and refill up in the afternoons. It was close to Pendleton as well as a quick day trip to Walla Walla. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. read more

Dear WildHorse Hotel And Resort and Casino I am writing, as a loyal member of your rewards program to express my concerns regarding an issue during my recent stay at your resort. I have always appreciated the quality of service your resort offers, but my recent experience fell short of expectations. During my visit to the pool on January 20th, I noticed an overwhelming amount of chlorine in the water. Unfortunately, this led to multiple negative outcomes: The chlorine caused visible bleaching to my clothing. My son has developed a persistent cough following our time in the pool. My eyes are still irritated, and this discomfort has continued since yesterday. This has greatly affected our stay and overall experience. I kindly request that the management consider compensating us for this inconvenience through a discount or other appropriate measures. I believe this would reflect the commitment to guest satisfaction I have come to expect from your establishment. Also, I do disagree that since it's a new year all my previous points no longer count, so I had to pay a large amount with only 10% off. The casino is fine, but the golf course operations and staff are terrible. Oaid for an expensive $360 foursome round of 18z. When a thunderstorm closed the course after finishing just 8 hiles, the staff refused ti issue a lighting/rain check for the back 9. Terrible customer service policies and definitely not worth the headache when there are many more friendly, better run, and beautiful courses nearby. Stay away until the course management staff learn and implement proper customer service policies. read more

Tuesday, 6 pm. Traditions Dining was take out only. Plateau was closed until tomorrow. Wildhorse Sports Bar had a short waiting line. We were served ny lovely, smiling Casey. We got a large garden salad, All American Burger and onion rings. The burger was deliciously char broiled, the onion rings vrispy and tasty. The salad was very big for two. Non-alcoholic coffee and iced tea were free. We finished with the Blueberry Cheesecake Chimichanga. Tis huckleberry season in the mountains. Enormous fires are freshening huckleberry stands across the northwest. Instead of blueberries we got huckleberries - a rare chance for a casual diner. It's an excellent, not too dweet finger dessert. This review is for the two times that we ate here recently on our way thru (road trip from Spokane to Ontario, OR, and back for a wedding, driving a Tesla, which needed to be charged surprisingly a lot--even though it was a long range one). Anyway... stopped here to eat an early lunch on a Friday and there was no one here (at least in the food court). I did have a pretty tasty hamburger from their "food court" if you want to call it that. And, then ended up eating dinner here on the way home on a Sunday evening! Wow, were there a lot more people here than Friday. Had a slice of Hawaiian pizza (that regrettably was not very fresh but was still "good enough" to eat. Since the Tesla charging station is really basically on the premises and the prices for the food in the food court were that reasonable, it was a win-win. Didn't try my luck in the casino though. read more

The golf course and casino fun we had are the only reasons this place is a 3 star. I would give it a 1 besides that. We booked a night here for the stay and play and the room was a complete bust. The golf course was in fine condition, even our lunch after our round was great. Service was very good and the bartender/server gal was super sweet to talk to. The casino itself was quite entertaining and we even got to play a little bingo. The room on the other hand.... HELLOOOOO 1970. The bed was not comfortable even in the slightest, toiletries were very subpar and the room was VERY dated. When the gal at the front desk asked us how the stay was and we commented on the room she pulled the "covid card". "Yes, we were going to update and build a new tower then covid hit". It's 2023. At least update your rooms a little to make it seem like you're trying. You could even smell the tinge of old stale smoke that they threw a coat of paint over in the room. Highly disappointed in that aspect. Staff was extremely nice, casino was fun, golf was cheap and a good round but rooms here absolutely kill the whole thing. read more

This review is for the hotel only: Check-in: Made it to the hotel prior to checking, and was allowed in the room early. Was not informed of construction (this is crucial to the rating). The stay: Since it was an anniversary getaway, we splurged and upgraded to a suite thinking more bang for our buck: a soaking tub, kitchenette, and a king sized bed. Little did we know our suite was located on the side of the hotel with a massive construction zone. The first chance to sleep in: and woken up by construction work by 7am both days we stayed. A king bed is a great improvement from my personal bed; however the rooms mattress is severely worn. If the bed was in better shape, i could overlook every negative in this review. The soaking tub: if you are looking for hot water, don't waste your time. The water gets warm, and then the jets shoot freezing water. Making the soaking tub not worth the time, unless you want an ice bath. The second issue grimy water. There is no smell of chlorine or any chemicals, but the water had a dirty tint and left us feeling dirty and oily. Checkout: I did not catch the name, but the lady at checkout does not deserve the title customer service representative. She was rude, short, and had an attitude. She stated "you haven't paid", I could see the charge on my bank account. I had to pay again and then let the held funds be released/returned. This makes no sense to me. It would take alot to get me to stay in the hotel again. I don't see this resort being part of my 10 year anniversary plans. read more

Was told they had rooms but I needed my club card number (asked if it was the number on my free offer and the reservation attendant stated no) so I called back within 5 mins and they said no rooms were available. When I spoke with a manager, she asked what I would like her to do. Obviously, educate her staff that the number is on their offer and ... work on their commu cation skills, which suck. We have stayed here on multiple occasions over many years. This trip we had 3 couples and my 90 year old mother in law in 4 rooms reserved weeks ago. Customer service while checking in this visit was horrendous. We had 4 rooms for two nights. It took the better part of an hour to get that figured out. The customer service agent seemed not to know what he was doing. We got to our room and about 30 minutes later we had another guest walk in on us. They were given the same room. The couple apologized and left. My wife went back down to the front desk and was assured it was a glitch. Came back up and our keys were not working. Back down to get new keys. About two hours later 2 of the other rooms we had also had been given to other guests. The only way we found that out was that the we received calls while we were in the casino asking if we were in the rooms. When we returned to the rooms their keys no longer worked. When we tried to get that straightened out the male front desk employee was extremely rude. He was very condescending to my wife, her sister and my MIL. Implying it was their fault. The next morning my mother in law keys didn't work and again the front desk implied that it was her fault. I thought my wife was going to blow a gasket. We did speak to the night supervisor and she expressed her sincere apologies but it seems as if customer service is pretty lacking at the front desk. All in all my wife spent about 4 hours dealing with customer service. read more

Based on the reviews here, we were pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The tesla chargers here are not the fastest and this is really the only thing in the area. So, we decided to just give it a shot and see what we thought. The casino area seemed newer and up to date. Bathrooms were just fine. We ate lunch in what I think was the traditions pub. The nachos were cheese- sauce style, which isn't my favorite but was fine for what it was. Several craft beers on tap. Meh... I don't really know what there is to complain about here. Had to hunt down a waitress to bring us out menu then when I tried to order she told me she's not our waitress so I had to hunt down another one. We booked 3 rooms for our family to enjoy my bday weekend. The only availability had us separated with 2 rooms in the courtyard and 1 in the tower. That wasn't a big deal but the courtyard room was dirty, musty and the walls were paper thin. We were kept up all night by guests in the hallway and barking dogs. This was brought up to the front desk and we were told that's just how the rooms are. When the females in our group were gambling they were uncomfortable with people standing very close and staring at their bodies. The security staff even did this on numerous occasions. The only bright side of the trip was the bowling alley. We all had fun and their staff was amazing! read more

We stayed one night in the RV Park. Front desk clerk was kind and efficient. (He's the only reason I gave 2 stars.) The lots are only 60 feet long, but they have a parking spot next to the rig. (We have a 45 foot fifth wheel.) No dog park, but lots of grass. All dogs we saw were friendly. Casino: The lighting throughout the parking lots and "roads" are almost non existent. The casino is a dump. There wasn't any "regular" restaurants (not counting fast food and coffee shops)open, so we didn't stay long in the actual casino. Thankfully we had groceries in our fifth wheel. Tipi was cool. read more

Next, we finally get to sleep after a long day. And the other guest across the hall is having a full on Brawling situation for over an hour screaming in the hall way and drunk. At 2:00am. I don't even know where to begin. Our room was dirty, the AC didn't work, the shower leaked everywhere, and the bathroom door handle was broken. We asked to have these things fixed, but nothing was done. After gambling all night, the casino did a system update from 12:30 AM to 4:30 AM. When it was over, our credits still hadn't posted. We asked about it and were told a manager would check. We came back five hours later to see if the points were there, and while they eventually were, the woman at the counter was incredibly rude. We were simply asking a question, yet she spoke to us with attitude and treated us like children. Later, we needed to get a charger from our vehicle, but the valet refused to give us our keys and insisted on driving our car himself--another unnecessarily rude interaction. This place is ridiculous. No one listens, no one cares about your stay, and all they want is your money. We have stayed at many casinos and have never been treated this way. I will never stay or gamble here again, and I'm sure other guests experience the same issues. We also have to wait an hour on the phone to speak to the front desk as well as call multiple times. read more
