After submitting a request through Yelp, they got back fairly quickly, and even better, I was able to make an appointment for that day! Apparently they try to set up their schedule to accommodate quick turn around, which I think is great. Jason came, did a thorough inspection, and while he was up there, put the panels back on the side of the house, which he totally did not need to do. Also, fixed the ant problem as well. So that was a great experience, and now I know who to call about anything pest related!
