I am so glad we made this happen. Great place to social distances, experience the beauty of Long Island and get some fresh air. A sense of adventure and thrill. Fun for the whole family. A few different levels of courses to choose from. A bit of a challenge to park. On the WILDPLAY website they do indicate that fields 4 and 5 are your best parking options, they are actually located on the opposite side so as you get near when you can see WildPlay start looking for the lots 4 and 5 on your right. GPS it is a bit confusing, it knows that WILD PLAY is on the other side so it will NOT give you directions to these 2 suggested parking fields. I have added some photos of aerial shots of the parking lots to help. By dumb luck we ended up in the lot that says volleyball ( see my pics ) and it was very close to WILDPLAY. Ticket booth was easy to find it's located on the upper deck. They offer 3 different levels of courses, a free fall jump and one very Big Zip Line. All the courses have small zip lines that connect so you stay attached and zip on over so a small connecting zip line is included with all levels. If you choose the upper course you get the scenic view of the ocean. My kids were 12 and a little nervous so we purchased one single course on the lower level. It took them about 1/2 hour to run the course so next time I will definitely purchase all three to get the best deal. A big Thanks to Adam and his team, all the staff was great but a special thanks to Joe, he was so educational and had the patience of a saint as he explained to my nervous kids how to connect to the zip lines and then back to the course , he had them do a few test runs and off they went. They loved it. We then decided to go on the Big Zip Line all together as a family. The kids wanted to race us so we all went at the same time. It goes so pretty fast and it looks like you are coming in way to fast but no worries Collin is there to grab ya on the other end. So much fun and amazingly views are. It was a super fabulous day. I just want to add that you may want to buy a pair of gloves for the kids. They are only $6:00 and they sell them with the tickets. I didn't think we needed them but as it turns out it would have been helpful.

Hi! I took my nephew Aiden there this past Saturday who's 10 yes old and is on the spectrum. He made it though the green and the blue levels but by the time he got to the red level he started to get scared and had a bit of meltdown. Your staff was so helpful, attentive, caring and patient. I really don't know how to thank them. They were truly amazing. Can you please let your staff know how grateful we are. Even though he had that moment, he still had fun in the end and he was proud of himself and so was I and the rest of his family. Please thank them over and over. And shoutout to James Mandi (I believe that's his name) for guiding my nephew the rest of the way to the bottom. We are so appreciative. THANK YOU!

Staff is great and very knowledgeable. They are also great at motivating you to power through. This was our first time on one of these courses and were really happy we came to this location. The view was great.

This literally help free my spirit and is good for relieving stress and helping mental health and also good building body strength! I have to admit that the moment I started going there, the very friendly staff feel like family to me. Emily, Sarah, Jenn, James, Joe, Tom, Taylor, and of course Adam all gave me the guide and courage I needed to navigate through my challenge of heights! The zipline itself has an amazing view and the place is wide out in the open. And their prices for unlimited ziplines and their prices for passes are amazing! Just $150 for full season of courses and $50 for a whole day of unlimited ziplining! Too bad I chose to go to when it got cold but come to next season I'll be ready for full time action!

However, my experience at the end left me disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose the magical theme was the bubble dance because my daughter absolutely loves bubbles and playing with them. I know it may sound like a small thing, but for me it was an important part of her birthday celebration. I was waiting for them to ask us when we are ready becoz it's part of magical theme. When everyone finished eating, I asked if they could do the bubble dance. I was told they didn't have time. What frustrated me was that we still had about 15 minutes left in the party time that I had paid for. We spent around $1,500 for a 2-hour party, and it felt like they were already rushing to wrap everything up and close out the event. They eventually did it, but it felt very rushed and like the bare minimum effort. I wasn't asking for extra time or anything beyond what was included. Sometimes it's the small gestures that make customers feel valued. Instead, it felt very business-focused, with no willingness to go a little above and beyond. As a parent, I was looking at it from an emotional perspective because it was my daughter's birthday, and that moment meant something to us. That disappointment instantly changed my mood. Again, nothing was outrageously bad, and nobody was rude. The venue is nice, and kids will have fun there. But the way the ending was handled left a negative impression otherwise loved birthday decor. My daughter had fun that's all it mattered at end.

There's broken netting and stains too. It's been going downhill for a while now

There were two staff members during the party and they were nice and helpful. The place is perfect for younger kids (maybe 5 and under) and spacious with a lot of things for the little ones to do. The play area is fenced in although the entrance to the play area is open (no gate). There was also I believe a little reading nook area in the corner by the front of the facility? Everything looked very clean and the place was brightly lit. I love that you can see the entire play area if you're sitting down and having a coffee or something. They have some food and drinks available for purchase during non-party times. There were two private bathrooms and free parking in the back. I also saw an outdoor fenced play area behind the facility which I'm assuming would be for when the weather is nicer out. It was my first time at Sippy Cups (though I've always heard them recommended by other moms) but I'd definitely return to check out their open play! If you're thinking of doing a birthday party for your little one, I would highly recommend it although not sure of party pricing. Beautiful setup and all the kids had a great time. Remember to wear socks or you have to purchase.

We paid $26 for 2 hours open play which included a $11 game card - however, that card got us barely any games and I knew instantly if I didn't slow things down we were going to be done with this place in less than a halfhour. We dragged out some time on the indoor playground which definitely had some nice climbing areas and slides.. but before you know it, we're back at the games! We still had fun though especially due to the playground but on a summer day I was thinking eh maybe we should have just gone to a park's playground if this was going to be the best part.. Our favorite game was a unique skeeball one they had and the claw machine. The bounce house was fine it was nice it had a basketball hoop but not much more than that. They had a toddler section with toys but my 5 year old daughter seemed a little old for it or had a lot of those toys- definitely good for younger ones though like siblings. I wasn't a fan of everyone having to take their shoes off.. especially adults I would have figured could keep them on. I'm guessing they would make you buy socks if you didn't bring any due to sandals. At least they had cubbies. I feel like I could see a birthday party being fun here so maybe that would be a different perspective. When we went, it happened to be us and just 2 other families so it was pretty quiet. Oh speaking of parties.. it took awhile for us to finally be able to book here for open play because we were always looking for a weekend and usually they reserve morning blocks for parties (leaving open play times like late afternoon 3/4/5pm. We were hoping for earlier slots to open up at some point but no luck. It is nice that this place is located in the town of Bellmore so you can walk to other places within the town before/after for food, coffee, even a movie, etc.
