If the place wasn't closing at 7PM, I know he would've stayed even longer! This playplace is located in a strip mall, with plenty of free parking. You go in through the DMV area and walk all the way down the long hallway and it's to your left. Check in was quick, you sign the waiver via QR code and get matching stamps with your child. I thought it was a little odd that they charge for the adult (although not as much as a child's admission) as most indoor playplaces, the price for the child includes the adult admission since most of the kids are too young to be running around on their own inside. Like, I wasn't going to drop off my child and not go in kind of thing. The admission price is for the WHOLE day which is a great deal. The inside at first doesn't look that big but the climbing structure itself is HUGE as in it goes up a lot of levels and spans the entire place almost. There's a section for 4 and under which is really cute. Plenty of seating for the adults throughout the place which is nice. Adults can go into the play area to supervise their children though I didn't but it didn't seem too cramped for a full sized adult to maneuver around. Pretty often I would see a staff member vacuuming/wiping down the place and the place overall is very clean. There are well kept clean bathrooms by the front of the playplace. There is a separate food area by the front for eating/drinking and the food is reasonably priced although doesn't taste anything special. Food and drinks for sale include things like pizza, quesadillas, grilled cheese, popcorn chicken, bagged snacks, coffee (no decaf), bottle drinks, juice boxes, and freezer products like ice cream. There's also three separate party rooms that look really cute for birthdays. In conclusion, this is a great indoor playplace for kids maybe up to 10 years old and I would highly recommend this location! I haven't been to the other ones but I believe this one is the newest. I'd even consider having a future birthday party here. Note: Remember to wear socks (both adults and kids) otherwise you need to purchase.

I like it for the following reasons: 1. It caters to older kids and younger kids. So if you have kids who have a bit of an age difference, it will appeal to them. There is also a seprete section for babies to 4 year olds. 2. There is a 1 way in, 1 way out situation. You get a stamp upon entry like at chuckie cheese. It is monitored by staff and they check to make sure that adult and child have the same stamp before leaving. The latch to get out is on the staff side, so no accidental unlocking a from kids 3. If you are a parent who needs to follow thier child through the climbing structure. It's not that bad. I am a short mom and I can easily stand and walk through most parts without having to hunch over. I also like that there are ropes on the side of most step ups to help us older folk climb. 4. Food is reasonably priced and is affordable. The menu offers up all food that kids eat from pizza to nuggets 5. The chairs are comfortable. If your a parent who needs to sit, at least there are comfy chairs to sit your aching muscles in. 6. The place is very well maintained and clean. You will continously see staff cleaning and vaccumming every surface they come across. Now for some look outs before going: 1. The slides are fast. Kids love it but there is a potential for boo-boo's. 2. It appears small, but the place is big and you will lose your child at some point. It is a maze in there. I suggest establishing a meeting point that if you get split up and your child needs you, they will know where to look for you. 3. Bring grippy socks. Socks are a requirement here but not the ones with grips. I suggest that you bring some as it will help everyone climb better. 4. They do not allow you to bring in outside food. You can bring in water bottles and baby things, just not food. I wish the coffee selection was a bit better as I had to throw out my Starbucks cup before entering. 5. This place is a little hidden and you do have to go through the doors that say dmv. It is at the end of the long hallway next to the swim school. Overall I love this place and highly suggest going . It is my kids new favorite indoor play place!

However, my experience at the end left me disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose the magical theme was the bubble dance because my daughter absolutely loves bubbles and playing with them. I know it may sound like a small thing, but for me it was an important part of her birthday celebration. I was waiting for them to ask us when we are ready becoz it's part of magical theme. When everyone finished eating, I asked if they could do the bubble dance. I was told they didn't have time. What frustrated me was that we still had about 15 minutes left in the party time that I had paid for. We spent around $1,500 for a 2-hour party, and it felt like they were already rushing to wrap everything up and close out the event. They eventually did it, but it felt very rushed and like the bare minimum effort. I wasn't asking for extra time or anything beyond what was included. Sometimes it's the small gestures that make customers feel valued. Instead, it felt very business-focused, with no willingness to go a little above and beyond. As a parent, I was looking at it from an emotional perspective because it was my daughter's birthday, and that moment meant something to us. That disappointment instantly changed my mood. Again, nothing was outrageously bad, and nobody was rude. The venue is nice, and kids will have fun there. But the way the ending was handled left a negative impression otherwise loved birthday decor. My daughter had fun that's all it mattered at end.

Attended 9th Annual All Kids Fair at Hilton Long Island @ Huntington today for the first time…read more One day event 10-4:30 pm. Advanced and on site ticket same price. $5 per person. Kids 2 and under free. We Got there 1:30 pm. - multiple spots for face painting by different vendors. Most are free it one charged $15 but did a good job. You get what you pay for. - Feed the butterflies- Walk through a tent. Given a spongy stick soaked with sugar water so butterflies will land on it. $4 per person all ages. -one small bouncy house on one side of hotel. A large one at other end of hotel. - Free classes throughout the day. For more popular one you have to stand on line before it starts. See my photo for class schedule - petting zoo includes roosters and bunnies and goats. $1 half cup for goat feeding. Goats were so full that they ignored the food! Later found out you can pull out hay from the hanging net to feed them to save money. - Touch a snake/ lizard/ bunny..... - photobooth - free balloon artist -Food vendors : chicken fingers (3 pieces $5), muffin $2 , wrap $7 , burger and fries $6, shaved ice $3-6, food truck selling funnel cake $8 and fried Oreo etc. - Free popcorn and cotton candy but ran out in the afternoon - advertised as over 80 vendors Pro: -Location is easy to find. Event has one smaller room to the left when entered ( one small bouncy house, one person facepajnting, feed the butterfly and a few vendors). Room was small and with ppl standing on line for face painting and bouncy house. There's really little wiggle room, especially with stroller. Ppl coming in and getting out via a bottleneck area. Petting zoo was at the back of the hotel. Third part is at the bigger 'Grand ballroom' which houses a bigger bouncy house, food vendors, more facepajnting, pat a snake And at least 25 more vendors. -Classes were arranged in smaller conference rooms. We attended princess party and the room was definitely overcrowded. Ppl with stroller parked right in front of us and blocked my 3 years old view. She refused to move saying there was no other space. - Princess party was poorly organized despite energetic Moana and Rapunzel. They often looked at each other and think what's next. Dance party music was played directly from a staff iPhone. Not even a Bluetooth speaker. Music was hardly heard. The session was 45 min originally but we left in 20 min. - walkway was full of ppl sitting on floor resting and snacking - tried the chicken fingers 3 pieces for $5. It was little cold and dry. Conclusion: kids had fun despite lines. Wish we had gone little earlier to enjoy more classes. Venue is nice and modern despite confusing layout of the event. Good value for $5 per person. Will definitely attend again next year.

The staff was also lovely. The gentleman helped my daughter feel comfortable going up and down the ladder to enter a space which I am thankful for. Everyone has been very supportive to her and patient with her. The staff are easy to talk to and have no problem answering any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this cheer program!
