Bugs never truly went away, customer service aint it. It hit a point where my exterminations were telling me about back of house issues and to stop calling for etas or else they are being constantly checked on so then in turn you have poor service cause they are trying to be in and out to get to the next house. Ive been on Medical Leave since October, they have been showing up to my house and trying to talk to me through my fence over NINETY DOLLARS. They tell me every-time they'll leave me alone until Im back on my feet but Im still getting calls, people at my house, and mail all over. We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

They are very respectful of the property and are aware of all the areas where you could potentially have infestations. They have made our lives a lot easier as a result of their services. Fortunately, the issues were limited to the outside, which was cheaper, obviously, and we have seen much less around our property since.
